Abstract

一种防水盒结构,包含一复合板材及一软质薄膜。复合板材包含相互贴附的一化学硬化层以及一热塑性树脂层,且复合板材上开设有一通孔。通孔贯穿化学硬化层及热塑性树脂层,且热塑性树脂层在通孔内缘处向通孔内凸出而形成一凸缘。软质薄膜遮蔽通孔,软质薄膜的外缘包覆凸缘并且与凸缘相结合。本发明借由移除通孔内缘处的化学硬化层而使热塑性树脂层裸露形成一凸缘以供软质薄膜融合连接,其不但构造简单,且能够借由模具成型,因此制作简易。

Description

防水盒结构及其制造方法
【技术领域】
本发明有关于防水盒,尤指一种构造简单且易于制作的防水盒结构及其制造方法。
【背景技术】
防水盒为用于保护一行动电子装置的配件,其能够包覆行动电子装置以阻隔外界的水汽及尘粒,借以避免水汽及尘粒损伤其内的行动电子装置。
防水盒一般会设有一强化玻璃,强化玻璃对应行动电子装置的显示器的位置配置以供使用者通过强化玻璃观看显示器所显示的内容。而且防水盒一般还会设有至少一软质组件,软质组件对应行动电子装置上的操作按键的位置配置,其贯穿防水盒而连接防水盒的内、外侧以供使用者按压而压动操作按键。强化玻璃一般为复合板材所制成,当软质组件设置在强化玻璃时,需要借由外加的硬质结构组件压迫软质组件上其与强化玻璃的连接处,借此以确保此连接处的水密性。其结构复杂,因此加工的良率也不佳。
有鉴于此,本发明人遂针对上述现有技术,特潜心研究并配合学理的运用,尽力解决上述的问题点,即成为本发明人改良的目标。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的,在于提供一种构造简单且易于制作的防水盒结构及其制造方法。
为了达成上述的目的,本发明提供一种防水盒结构,包含一复合板材及一软质薄膜。复合板材包含相互贴附的一化学硬化层以及一热塑性树脂层,且复合板材上开设有一通孔。通孔贯穿化学硬化层及热塑性树脂层,且热塑性树脂层在通孔内缘处向通孔内凸出而形成一凸缘。软质薄膜遮蔽通孔,软质薄膜的外缘包覆凸缘并且与凸缘相结合。
为了达成上述的目的,本发明另提供一种用防水盒结构的制造方法,其包含:提供一复合板材,其复合板材包含相互贴附的一化学硬化层以及一热塑性树脂层;开设一通孔于复合板材上,其通孔贯穿化学硬化层及热塑性树脂层;移除通孔内缘处的化学硬化层而使热塑性树脂层在通孔内缘处向通孔内凸出而形成一凸缘;形成一软质薄膜遮蔽通孔而使软质薄膜的外缘包覆凸缘且与凸缘相结合。
借由移除通孔内缘处的化学硬化层而使热塑性树脂层裸露形成一凸缘以供软质薄膜融合连接,其不但构造简单,且能够借由模具成型,因此制作简易。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1所示本发明的防水盒结构的立体示意图,本发明的第一实施提供一种用防水盒结构,其包含一复合板材100及一软质薄膜200。
参阅图2所示本发明的防水盒结构的复合板材的立体示意图以及图3所示本发明的防水盒结构的复合板材的剖视图,复合板材100为一化学硬化层110以及一热塑性树脂层120相互贴附结合而构成。复合板材100上开设有一通孔130,通孔130贯穿化学硬化层110及热塑性树脂层120,且热塑性树脂层120在通孔130内缘处向通孔130内凸出,因此而形成一凸缘121。凸缘121上贯穿开设有若干个锥孔122,且每一个锥孔122皆朝向化学硬化层110渐缩。因此,锥孔122在化学硬化层110上所形成的孔径小于其在热塑性树脂层120上所形成的孔径。
参阅图4所示本发明的防水盒结构的软质薄膜的剖视图,软质薄膜200以包覆射出成型方式成型在通孔130而遮蔽通孔130,软质薄膜200的外缘包覆于凸缘121并且与凸缘121相结合,借此使得软质薄膜200与复合板材100相结合。软质薄膜200其中一面上凸设有环绕此面周缘的一凸墙210,凸墙210沿着此面的外缘延伸而呈环状,且软质薄膜200被凸墙210所圈绕的部份自化学硬化层110朝向热塑性树脂层120凹陷。软质薄膜200的另一面上对应前述的各锥孔122延伸形成有若干个凸出此面的塞部200,各塞部220皆为渐扩延伸而呈倒锥状。各塞部220的形状及位置分别与其对应的锥孔122相配合,且各塞部220分别填充在对应的锥孔122内。软质薄膜200借由其塞部220咬合复合板材100上的锥孔122而使得软质薄膜200稳固结合于复合板材100上。
参阅图5及图6所示本发明的防水盒结构的使用状态示意图,本发明的防水盒结构应用于如图5所示的一防水盒10。如图6所示,此防水盒用于包覆一行动电子装置20,而使得行动电子装置20密封在防水盒10之内,借以阻挡水份侵入行动电子装置20而损害行动电子装置20。且复合板材100的化学硬化层110表面配置在防水盒的外侧借以抵抗外物磨损,热塑性树脂层120表面则位于防水盒的内侧。凹陷的软质薄膜200抵接于行动电子装置上的一按键,使用者能够借由按压软质薄膜200而更进一步按压按键以操作行动电子装置。
本发明的第二实施提供一种防水盒结构的制造方法,其包含步骤如后:
参阅图2、图3及图7,图2及图3如同第一实施例所述,图7为本发明的防水盒结构的制造方法的流程图。于图7所示的步骤a中提供如图2所示的一复合板材100,其复合板材100如图3所示包含相互贴附结合的一化学硬化层110以及一热塑性树脂层120;
图7所示的步骤b接续步骤a,于复合板材100上开设一通孔130,其通孔130可以借由钻头加工贯穿化学硬化层110及热塑性树脂层120而形成在复合板材100上。
图7所示的步骤c接续步骤b,借由铣刀加工移除通孔130内缘处的化学硬化层110而使热塑性树脂层120裸露在通孔130内缘处,此裸露的部分形成朝向通孔130内凸出的一凸缘121。
图7所示的步骤e为一可选择性的步骤,其接续步骤c,借由一锥状钻头自复合板材100的热塑性树脂层120钻入加工,且其加工的位置是位于前述的凸缘121。锥状钻头钻穿热塑性树脂层120而在凸缘121上形成一锥孔122,锥孔122贯穿凸缘121且朝向化学硬化层渐缩110。于本实施例中,较佳地重复本步骤而在凸缘121上形成若干个锥孔122。
于本实施例中,图7所示的步骤d接续步骤e,若未执行步骤e,则步骤d接续步骤c。
若步骤d接续步骤c,将经过前述步骤加工后的复合板材100置入一射出成型模具中,以包覆射出成型方式在通孔130内形成如图4所示的一软质薄膜200以遮蔽通孔130,软质薄膜200的外缘包覆于凸缘121且与凸缘121相结合。软质薄膜200的中央部份自化学硬化层110朝向热塑性树脂层120凹陷。
若步骤d接续步骤e,其大致如同前段所述。但更进一步地,软质薄膜200的一部份填充在各锥孔122内而形成若干个塞部220,当软质薄膜200成形后,塞部220即倒勾卡固锥孔122使得软质薄膜200与复合板材100稳固结合。
于本实施例中,如图7所示的步骤f为一可选择性的步骤,其与步骤d为同步进行,借由如步骤d中所述的包覆射出成型方式在软质薄膜200的其中一面上的外缘形成一凸墙210,凸墙210环绕软质薄膜200的中央部份。
本发明的防水盒结构及其制造方法中,复合板材100的化学硬化层110无法受热而再融化,因此借由铣刀加工去除复合板材100的一部份化学硬化层110而使此区块的热塑性树脂层120裸露形成凸缘121。当在模具内注入高温的材料以形成软质薄膜200时,其材料接触凸缘121致使此凸缘121能够软化。借此使凸缘121能够与软质薄膜200融接而紧密结合,因此能够确保复合板材100与软质薄膜200接合处的水密性。再者,本发明的防水盒结构,其不但构造简单且制造步骤简易。

Claims (10)

1.一种防水盒结构,其特征在于,所述防水盒结构包含:
一复合板材,包含相互贴附的一化学硬化层以及一热塑性树脂层,该复合板材上开设有一通孔,该通孔贯穿该化学硬化层及该热塑性树脂层,且该热塑性树脂层在该通孔内缘处向该通孔内凸出而形成一凸缘,该凸缘贯穿开设若干锥孔,且各该锥孔在该热塑性树脂层与该化学硬化层邻接侧的孔径小于其在该热塑性树脂层的另一侧所形成的孔径;
一软质薄膜,遮蔽该通孔,该软质薄膜的外缘包覆该凸缘并且与该凸缘相结合,该软质薄膜具有若干塞部,各该塞部对应各该锥孔设置,该些塞部呈倒锥状,且其锥状底面的径长大于该些锥孔在该热塑性树脂层与该化学硬化层邻接侧的孔径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水盒结构,其特征在于,该软质薄膜的外缘凸设有环绕该软质薄膜的一凸墙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水盒结构,其特征在于,该软质薄膜以包覆射出成型方式成型在该通孔而与该复合板材相结合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水盒结构,其特征在于,该软质薄膜自该化学硬化层朝向该热塑性树脂层凹陷。
5.一种用防水盒结构的制造方法,其特征在于,所述方法包含:
a.提供一复合板材,其中该复合板材包含相互贴附的一化学硬化层以及一热塑性树脂层;
b.开设一通孔于该复合板材上,其中该通孔贯穿该化学硬化层及该热塑性树脂层;
c.移除该通孔内缘处的该化学硬化层而使该热塑性树脂层在该通孔内缘处向该通孔内凸出而形成一凸缘;
d.形成一软质薄膜遮蔽该通孔而使该软质薄膜的外缘包覆该凸缘且与该凸缘相结合;
e:开设若干锥孔贯穿该凸缘以供该软质薄膜的若干塞部填充在该些锥孔内;
其中,各该锥孔在该热塑性树脂层与该化学硬化层邻接侧的孔径小于其在该热塑性树脂层的另一侧所形成的孔径,各该塞部对应各该锥孔设置,该些塞部呈倒锥状,且其锥状底面的径长大于该些锥孔在该热塑性树脂层与该化学硬化层邻接侧的孔径。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防水盒结构的制造方法,其特征在于,该锥孔朝向该化学硬化层渐缩。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防水盒结构的制造方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包含一步骤f:形成一凸墙于该软质薄膜的外缘。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防水盒结构的制造方法,其特征在于,该凸墙环绕该软质薄膜。
9.根据权利要求5所述的防水盒结构的制造方法,其特征在于,在该步骤d中以包覆射出成型方式将该软质薄膜成型在该通孔内。
10.根据权利要求5所述的防水盒结构的制造方法,其特征在于,该软质薄膜自该化学硬化层朝向该热塑性树脂层凹陷。
