Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of controlling an appliance to access a router according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling an electrical device to access a router according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1, the router provides the first hotspot.
Specifically, the first hotspot is a hotspot provided by the router in a normal working state, that is, a target hotspot to which the electrical device needs to access.
And S2, controlling the router to switch from the first hotspot to the open hotspot, so that the electrical equipment can access the open hotspot.
Specifically, for example, the router may be controlled by a client (e.g., a routing control APP installed in a handset), through which APP, for example, a user may modify information such as a username, password, and the like of the router. And controlling the router to be switched from the first hotspot to the open hotspot through the client. The open hotspot can be implemented in two ways, which are described below.
In one embodiment of the invention, an open hotspot is password free.
In particular, for example, the control router provides WiFi without a password, i.e. access is possible without entering any password.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the account and the password of the open hotspot are preset information, and the preset information is stored in the electrical device.
Specifically, for example, an account and a password of WiFi provided by the router are set as specific preset information, for example, the preset information is an initial ssid and a password embedded in the electrical device.
Then, after the control router switches from the first hotspot to the open hotspot, the electric devices in the coverage area of the WiFi signal detect that there is a "free" signal (i.e., the open hotspot), and automatically attempt to connect.
S3, broadcasting configuration information of the first hotspot through the open hotspot, wherein the configuration information includes an account and a password of the first hotspot.
In one embodiment of the invention, configuration information for the first hot point is broadcast by the router.
In another embodiment of the invention, the configuration information of the first hotspot may also be broadcast by the client of the access router.
Specifically, after the electrical device accesses the open hotspot, the router or the client accessing the router broadcasts the configuration information of the first hotspot.
And S4, controlling the router to switch from the open hotspot to the first hotspot.
Specifically, for example, after the open hotspot is opened for a period of time (e.g., 2 minutes), the control router restarts the router according to the original WiFi configuration (i.e., the configuration information of the first hotspot).
Among other things, restarting a router can be done in a number of ways. For example, the user may control the router to restart through the APP in the mobile phone (of course, before restarting, the configuration information of the first hot point needs to be broadcast); the method can be that after the open hotspot is opened for a period of time (the time can be set by a user or is a default value), the APP in the mobile phone automatically controls the router to restart; the configuration information of the first hot point is broadcasted first and then the router is restarted; or, the router is provided with a timing module, and when the timing module judges that the open hotspot is open for a period of time, the control module in the router automatically controls the router to restart.
And S5, the electric equipment is accessed to the first hot spot according to the configuration information.
Specifically, after receiving the configuration information of the first hotspot, the electrical device acquires and stores an account and a password of the first hotspot from the configuration information, and then automatically tries to reconnect to the router by using the acquired account and password to complete access.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a function key (denoted as a first function key) of an "open password" may be added on the basis of a general router, and when the function key is pressed, the router may automatically switch to an open hotspot. Furthermore, the restart logic of the router can be changed, that is, before the restart, the configuration information of the hot point to be enabled is broadcasted to all the electric appliances which are accessed in the domain, and then the restart is carried out. In this way, the network distribution function of the electrical equipment can be realized by directly and manually operating the router without the aid of a client (for example, an APP in a mobile phone). Wherein, for example, when a restart key (e.g., a second function key) of the router is pressed or a timing module in the router determines that a timing time (e.g., 2 minutes) is reached, the router automatically broadcasts configuration information of a hot spot to be enabled and restarts.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a method for controlling an electrical device to access a router further includes: when the configuration information of the first hot spot is modified, broadcasting the modified configuration information of the first hot spot so that the electrical equipment is accessed to the first hot spot according to the modified configuration information.
Specifically, when a user modifies the account and/or password information of the first hotspot of the router, the modified configuration information is also broadcasted before the router is restarted, and the electrical equipment receives the modified configuration information and accesses the network according to the modified configuration information. Therefore, the configuration mode does not need to be reset for all the electric equipment again, and the synchronization of the network configuration information of the electric equipment and the configuration information of the hot point of the router is ensured.
In the related art, some intelligent router has a "sub-WiFi" function, for example, when a visitor comes from home, a WiFi user name and a password may be newly created to allow the visitor to access the network because the WiFi password is special and the newly created WiFi is "sub-WiFi". In an embodiment of the present invention, if the intelligent router is used in the home of the user, an open hotspot may be provided through a "sub-WiFi" function to complete the initial access of the electrical device, and then the configuration information of the "main WiFi" is broadcasted under the "sub-WiFi" and the "sub-WiFi" is turned off, so that the electrical device accesses the network to be configured after receiving the broadcasted configuration information, i.e., accesses the "main WiFi".
According to the method for controlling the electric equipment to access the router, the hot spot provided by the router is changed, the electric equipment is firstly made to access the open hot spot provided by the router, the configuration information of the first hot spot of the electric equipment is informed to the electric equipment in a broadcasting mode under the open hot spot, and then the router provides the first hot spot, so that the electric equipment can access the router according to the configuration information.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present invention further provides a system for controlling an electrical device to access a router.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a system for controlling an appliance device to access a router according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the system for controlling an electrical device to access a router according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: appliance 10, router 20, and client 30.
The client 30 is configured to control the router 20 to switch from the first hot spot to the open hot spot, so that the electrical device 10 accesses the open hot spot.
Specifically, the first hot spot is a hot spot provided by the router 20 in a normal operating state, that is, a target hot spot to which the electrical device 10 needs to access.
More specifically, a user may control router 20 via client 30 (e.g., a routing control APP installed in a handset), e.g., via which the user may modify information such as a username, password, etc. of router 20. The switching of the router 20 from the first hotspot to the open hotspot may be controlled by the client 30. The open hotspot can be implemented in two ways, which are described below.
In one embodiment of the invention, an open hotspot is password free.
Specifically, for example, the control router 20 provides WiFi without a password, and access is possible without inputting any password.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the account and the password of the open hotspot are preset information, and the electric device 10 stores the preset information.
Specifically, for example, the account and the password of the WiFi provided by the router 20 are set as specific preset information, for example, the preset information is an initial ssid and a password embedded in the electrical appliance 10.
Then, after the router 20 switches from the first hotspot to the open hotspot, the electric appliance 10 in the coverage area of the WiFi signal detects that there is a "free" signal (i.e., the open hotspot), and automatically attempts to connect.
The router 20 or the client 30 is configured to broadcast configuration information of the first hotspot through the open hotspot, where the configuration information of the first hotspot includes an account and a password of the first hotspot.
Specifically, after the electrical appliance 10 accesses the open hotspot, the router 20 may broadcast the configuration information of the first hotspot, or the client 30 of the access router 20 may broadcast the configuration information of the first hotspot.
The client 30 is configured to control the router 20 to switch from the open hotspot to the first hotspot, so that the electrical device 10 accesses the first hotspot.
Specifically, for example, after the open hotspot is opened for a period of time (e.g. 2 minutes), or when the user presses a virtual button in the APP, the client 30 controls the router 20 to restart the router 20 according to the original WiFi configuration (i.e. the configuration information of the first hotspot).
The electrical device 10 is configured to access the open hotspot when the open hotspot is identified, and access the first hotspot according to the configuration information after receiving the configuration information of the first hotspot.
Specifically, after receiving the configuration information of the first hotspot, the electrical device 10 acquires and stores the account and the password of the first hotspot from the configuration information, and then automatically tries to reconnect to the router 20 by using the acquired account and password to complete access.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the configuration information of the first hot spot is modified, the router 20 or the client 30 is further configured to broadcast the modified configuration information of the first hot spot, so that the electrical device 10 accesses the first hot spot according to the modified configuration information.
Specifically, when the user modifies the account and/or password information of the first hotspot of the router 20, before restarting the router 20, the router 20 or the client 30 broadcasts the modified configuration information, and the electrical device 10 receives the modified configuration information and accesses the network according to the modified configuration information. This eliminates the need to re-configure the configuration for all the electrical devices 10, and ensures synchronization between the network configuration information of the electrical devices 10 and the configuration information of the hot-spot of the router 20.
According to the system for controlling the electric equipment to access the router, the hot spot provided by the router is changed through the client control, so that the electric equipment is accessed to the open hot spot provided by the router, the configuration information of the first hot spot of the electric equipment is informed in a broadcasting mode under the open hot spot, and then the client controls the router to provide the first hot spot, so that the electric equipment is accessed to the router according to the configuration information.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present invention further provides another system for controlling an electrical device to access a router.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram of a system for controlling an appliance device to access a router according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the system for controlling an electrical device to access a router according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an appliance 100 and a router 200. The router 200 includes a first function key 210, a second function key 220, a timing module 230, and a control module 240.
The control module 240 is configured to control the router 200 to switch from the first hotspot to the open hotspot when the first function key 210 is triggered, so that the electrical device 100 accesses the open hotspot, and when the second function key 220 is triggered or when the timing module 230 determines that the timing time is reached, the control module 240 controls the router 200 to broadcast configuration information of the first hotspot and controls the router 200 to switch from the open hotspot to the first hotspot, where the configuration information of the first hotspot includes an account and a password of the first hotspot.
The electrical device 100 is configured to access the open hotspot when the open hotspot is identified, and access the first hotspot according to the configuration information after the configuration information of the first hotspot is received.
Specifically, the first function key 210 is an "open password" function key, and when the function key is pressed, the control module 240 controls the router 200 to switch to the open hotspot, so that the electrical device 100 accesses the open hotspot.
Further, after the electrical appliance 100 accesses the open hotspot, when the second function key 220 is triggered (for example, a restart key of the router 200 is pressed) or when the timing module 230 determines that the timing time reaches (for example, the open hotspot has been opened for 2 minutes), the control module 240 controls the router 200 to broadcast the configuration information of the first hotspot and controls the router 200 to switch from the open hotspot to the first hotspot, that is, after the configuration information of the first hotspot is broadcast, the router 200 is restarted, the first hotspot is provided after the router 200 is restarted, and the electrical appliance 100 accesses the first hotspot according to the received configuration information of the first hotspot.
In one embodiment of the invention, an open hotspot is password free. I.e., access to the open hotspot is possible without entering any password.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the account and the password of the open hotspot are preset information, and the preset information is stored in the electrical device 100. For example, the preset information is an initial ssid and a password embedded in the electrical appliance 100.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the configuration information of the first hot spot is modified, the control module 240 is further configured to control the router 200 to broadcast the modified configuration information of the first hot spot, so that the electrical device 100 accesses the first hot spot according to the modified configuration information.
Specifically, when the user modifies the account and/or password information of the first hotspot of the router 200, before the router 200 is restarted, the router 200 also broadcasts the modified configuration information, and the electrical device 100 receives the modified configuration information and accesses the network according to the modified configuration information. Thus, it is not necessary to reset the configuration mode for all the electric devices 100 again, and the synchronization between the network configuration information of the electric devices 100 and the configuration information of the hot point of the router 200 is ensured.
According to the system for controlling the electric equipment to access the router, when the first function key is triggered, the router provides the open type hot spot to enable the electric equipment to access, when the second function key is triggered or when the timing module judges that the timing time is reached, the router broadcasts the configuration information of the first hot spot and switches the configuration information of the first hot spot from the open type hot spot to the first hot spot, so that the electric equipment can access the first hot spot according to the configuration information, the operation is simple and easy to implement, the access cost of the electric equipment is reduced, the operation difficulty of a user is reduced, and the user experience is greatly improved.
