Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,包括:9~91wt%的醇化淀粉胶PVAD,0.5~5wt%的钛白色浆,0.5~5wt%的碳酸钙色浆,其余为乙醇。所述的用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,其涂布在标签表面后能够快速干燥,形成一层能被水容易洗脱的水洗涂层,使得随后附着在水洗涂层上的金属镀层可以简单地剥离标签表面。本发明可用于局部定位金属电镀标签的生产过程。

一种用于制作标签的水溶性涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷物涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种用于制作标签的水溶性涂料。
背景技术
在标签制造行业中,要想实现局部定位的金属花纹,需要先将其整个表面进行镀印,然后对花纹区域表面施加保护层,再用碱性溶液将花纹区域以外的金属蚀去。由于保护层仅能保护金属花纹的上表面,而碱性溶液却可以从侧面渗入,使得花纹区域边缘的金属容易发生剥落;同时碱性溶液也可能对标签的基材产生不良影响,降低产品的合格率。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,该水溶性涂料可以改变局部定位的金属花纹的获得方法,能有效保障标签生产的合格率。
一种用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,包括:9~91wt%的醇化淀粉胶PVAD,0.5~5wt%的钛白色浆,0.5~5wt%的碳酸钙色浆,其余为乙醇。
进一步地,所述醇化淀粉胶PVAD包括1.2~12wt%的聚乙烯醇,0.2~2wt%的淀粉,4.4~44wt%的乙醇,4.4~44wt%的水组成。所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度≥50%,固含量≤20%。
本发明所述水溶性涂料的固含量为15~80wt%。
本发明所述的用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,其涂布在标签表面后能够快速干燥,形成一层能被自来水容易洗脱的水洗涂层,使得随后附着在水洗涂层上的金属镀层可以简单地剥离标签表面,并且剥离后的金属镀层会被水溶性涂料裹住,容易沉降,既能简化污水处理的步骤,又可以将金属颗粒回收利用,有利于节能环保。本发明可用于局部定位金属电镀标签的生产过程。

一种用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,包括:9~91wt%的醇化淀粉胶PVAD,0.5~5wt%的钛白色浆,0.5~5wt%的碳酸钙色浆,其余为乙醇。其中,所述醇化淀粉胶PVAD包括1.2~12wt%的聚乙烯醇,0.2~2wt%的淀粉,4.4~44wt%的乙醇,4.4~44wt%的水组成。所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度≥50%,固含量≤20%。所述用于制作标签的水溶性涂料的固含量为15~80wt%。所述钛白色浆和碳酸钙色浆均选用市面常规产品。
本发明所述的用于制作标签的水溶性涂料的使用方法:针对需要添加金属花纹的标签,①在基材表面以套印的方式对花纹区域以外的区域定位涂布本发明所述的用于制作标签的水溶性涂料;②待水溶性涂料干燥形成水洗涂层后,对标签的整个表面进行真空蒸镀;③用水冲洗标签,所述水洗涂层遇水溶解,使得花纹区域以外的金属层剥落;④溶解后的水洗涂层将附着在其表面的金属裹住并在沉淀池中沉淀,使得金属易于回收。
以上对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

1.一种用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,其特征在于包括:9~91wt%的醇化淀粉胶PVAD,0.5~5wt%的钛白色浆,0.5~5wt%的碳酸钙色浆,其余为乙醇;
所述醇化淀粉胶PVAD包括1.2~12wt%的聚乙烯醇,0.2~2wt%的淀粉,4.4~44wt%的乙醇,4.4~44wt%的水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇的醇解度≥50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇的固含量≤20%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于制作标签的水溶性涂料,其特征在于:所述水溶性涂料的固含量为15~80wt%。
