本发明公开了一种抗菌防静电耐磨橡胶地板,由下述重量份的原料制成:氯丁橡胶20-30份、丁腈橡胶33-43份、三元乙丙橡胶25-30份,氧化镁2-4份、硬脂酸0.5-1.5份、半补强炉黑15-28份、氧化锌4-8份、秋兰姆类促进剂 0.3-0.8份、2,2,4- 三甲基-1,2- 二氢化喹啉聚合体4-8份、异噻唑啉酮1.5-1.8份、次氯酸钙 0.5-0.8份、导电纤维3-5,地板上涂有涂料,本发明的橡胶地板不仅能对表面的细菌具有抗菌作用,延长橡胶地板的使用时间,减少后期清洁和替换橡胶地板的成本,还通过添加导电纤维使得本发明具有永久抗静电性,橡胶地板上涂料中的环氧树脂与复合聚苯并噁嗪材料、甘油醇酸树脂作为成膜物质,大幅提高了本发明的耐磨、耐冲击性能和防腐蚀、附着性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板领域,具体是一种抗菌防静电耐磨橡胶地板。
背景技术
随着人们生活品质的不断提高,卖场、医院和家庭等场所的装修要求也随之提高。在地面的铺设物中,除了可以用瓷砖、木质地板外,还可以用其他各种类型的功能性地板进行铺设。在国内外,偶有听闻卖场、餐厅或其他营业场所因顾客跌倒受伤而赔偿的事件,若这些营业场所采用止滑性好的地板,必能相对减少此类赔偿事件的发生。在功能性地板中,橡胶地板的表面止滑性佳,能够有效避免人们滑到,尤其适用于铺设在医院或卖场内。但目前橡胶地板或只有抗菌性,或只有防静电性,或只有防腐蚀性,却没有综合抗菌性、抗静电性和防腐蚀性的地板。

本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌防静电耐磨橡胶地板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

氯丁橡胶20-30份、丁腈橡胶33-43份、三元乙丙橡胶25-30份,氧化镁2-4份、硬脂酸 0.5-1.5 份、半补强炉黑 15-28 份、氧化锌4-8份、秋兰姆类促进剂 0.3-0.8 份、2,2,4- 三甲基-1,2- 二氢化喹啉聚合体 4-8份、异噻唑啉酮 1.5-1.8份、次氯酸钙 0.5-0.8份、导电纤维3-5;
所述橡胶地板上涂有耐磨涂料,所述耐磨涂料其原料按重量份包括:复合聚苯并噁嗪材料52-55份,环氧树脂37-40份,甘油醇酸树脂22-25份,滑石粉5-8份,有机膨润土4-5份,纳米二氧化钛9-12份,云母粉9-12份,钛酸酯偶联剂1.8-2.2份,固化剂1.6-1.9份,消泡剂1-1.3份,增韧剂3.2-3.6份,防霉剂0.8-1.2份,颜料2.2-2.5份,溶剂65-70份。

所述橡胶地板上涂有耐磨涂料,所述耐磨涂料其原料按重量份包括:复合聚苯并噁嗪材料52-55份,环氧树脂37-40份,甘油醇酸树脂22-25份,滑石粉5-8份,有机膨润土4-5份,纳米二氧化钛9-12份,云母粉9-12份,钛酸酯偶联剂1.8-2.2份,固化剂1.6-1.9份,消泡剂1-1.3份,增韧剂3.2-3.6份,防霉剂0.8-1.2份,颜料2.2-2.5份,溶剂65-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防静电耐磨橡胶地板,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:
氯丁橡胶25份、丁腈橡胶37份、三元乙丙橡胶28份,氧化镁4份、硬脂酸 1 份、半补强炉黑 23份、氧化锌6份、秋兰姆类促进剂 0.6 份、2,2,4- 三甲基-1,2- 二氢化喹啉聚合体 6份、异噻唑啉酮1.6份、次氯酸钙0.6份、导电纤维4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防静电耐磨橡胶地板,其特征在于,所述耐磨涂料其原料按重量份包括:复合聚苯并噁嗪材料52份,环氧树脂37份,甘油醇酸树脂25份,滑石粉8份,有机膨润土4份,纳米二氧化钛10份,云母粉10份,钛酸酯偶联剂1.8份,固化剂1.6份,消泡剂1份,增韧剂3.3份,防霉剂1份,颜料2.4份,溶剂65份;其中,溶剂是由丙酮、聚丙三醇按重量比6: 5混合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防静电耐磨橡胶地板,其特征在于,所述导电纤维为碳纤维。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌防静电耐磨橡胶地板,其特征在于,所述的碳纤维是连续性碳纤维或者短纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防静电耐磨橡胶地板,其特征在于,所述顶层经过碱处理过,所述碱处理是将出片后的顶层置于温度为22℃、浓度为3%的氢氧化钠水溶液中浸泡60~90分钟。
