本发明涉及一种蓄热抗菌防辐射面料，包括表层面料、里层面料，两层面料由独立系统的经纬纱相互重叠交织形成，所述表层面料由表经和表纬交织形成，所述里层面料由里经和里纬交织形成，所述双层面料的经纬线均由抗菌纤维和棉纤维的混纺纱线构成，所述表层面料和所述里层面料通过交织点相连。本发明提供的抗菌面料由经纬线交织沉浮，不仅外形美观，同时具有蓄热、抗菌、防辐射等功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及属于纺织品领域，涉及一种面料，具体涉及一种蓄热抗菌防辐射面料。
背景技术
传统的面料通常为单层结构，功能较为单一。近几年随着纺织工业的发展，出现了双层面料，双层面料为三维结构，具体立体层次感，厚实度和强力都比较好，但现有的双层面料主要为全棉双层面料，不具备蓄热抗菌防辐射功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种具有蓄热、抗菌、防辐射功能的蓄热抗菌防辐射面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：：一种蓄热抗菌防辐射面料，包括表层面料、里层面料，两层面料由独立系统的经纬纱相互重叠交织形成，所述表层面料由表经和表纬交织形成，所述里层面料由里经和里纬交织形成，所述表层面料和里层面料的经纬线由抗菌纤维和棉纤维的混纺纱线构成，所述表层面料和所述里层面料通过交织点相连，在所述表层面料的外表面设置有防辐射面料层。
作为优选，所述双层蓄热抗菌面料的经线纱支为7s-80s/2，纬线纱支为21s-300s/2。
作为优选，所述的交织点均匀分布于表层面料和里层面料的重叠处，交点间的间距为1-2.5cm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明提供的抗菌面料结构合理，由经纬线交织沉浮，为三维结构，具体立体层次感，不仅外形美观，同时具有蓄热、抗菌、防辐射等功能。

参见图1—图2，本发明涉及一种蓄热抗菌防水面料，包括表层面料、里层面料，两层面料由独立系统的经纬纱相互重叠交织形成，所述表层面料由表经1 和表纬2 交织形成，所述里层面料由里经3 和里纬4 交织形成，所述表层面料和里层面料的经纬线均由抗菌纤维和棉纤维的混纺纱线构成，经线纱支为7s，纬线纱支为21s，所述表层面料和所述里层面料通过交织点5 相连，所述的交织点5 均匀分布于表层面料和里层面料的重叠处，交点间的间距为1cm，在所述表层面料的外表面设置有防辐射面料层6。

1.一种蓄热抗菌防辐射面料，包括表层面料、里层面料，其特征在于：两层面料由独立系统的经纬纱相互重叠交织形成，所述表层面料由表经(1) 和表纬(2) 交织形成，所述里层面料由里经(3) 和里纬(4) 交织形成，所述表层面料和里层面料的经纬线均由抗菌纤维和棉纤维的混纺纱线构成，所述表层面料和所述里层面料通过交织点(5) 相连，在所述表层面料的外表面设置有防辐射面料层（6）。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的蓄热抗菌防辐射面料，其特征在于：所述双层蓄热抗菌面料的经线纱支为7s-80s/2，纬线纱支为21s-300s/2。
3. 根据权利要求1 所述的蓄热抗菌防辐射面料，其特征在于：所述的交织点(5) 均匀分布于表层面料和里层面料的重叠处，交点间的间距为1-2.5cm。
