Abstract
本发明公开了一种人造蓝宝石手表及其制造方法,该手表包括表壳、表底、表盖和表芯,表盖和表底分别安装在表壳的上部和下部,表芯安装在表壳的表盖和表底之间,表芯上设有不锈钢表针,表壳的一侧还设有与其连接的表冠,所述的表壳、表底、表盖、表芯都是由蓝宝石制成,该方法为所述的表壳、表底、表盖、表芯经过如下步骤制成:人造蓝宝石材料——切割——研磨——CNC雕刻——抛光——成型,成型后的各部件按序组装成一体构成人造蓝宝石手表。本发明的有益效果为:整体结构简单,大部分部件都有人造蓝宝石制作而成,在彰显身份的同时节省了成本,适合一般的消费群体,且制作简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及手表技术领域, 尤其涉及一种采用人造蓝宝石材料制成的手表及其制造方法。
背景技术
作为一种计时工具,手表得到了广泛的运用, 同时,也作为一种身份和财富的象征,奢侈、豪华型手表得到了达官贵人的青睐,无论是作为普通的计时工具还是奢侈品,手表大都采用金属作为材料制成,即使是用于彰显身份的奢侈型手表相对于普通手表而言,也是采用金属材料制成,只是做工更精细,并镶嵌贵重金属而已,但这类手表造价相当昂贵,不适用与一般的消费者适用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种外观精美、价格可接受的人造蓝宝石手表及其制造方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种人造蓝宝石手表,包括表壳、表底、表盖和表芯,表盖和表底分别安装在表壳的上部和下部,表芯安装在表壳的表盖和表底之间,表芯上设有不锈钢表针,表壳的一侧还设有与其连接的表冠,所述的表壳、表底、表盖、表芯都是由蓝宝石制成。
作为本方案的优选实施例,所述的表芯通过卡接件安装在表壳上。
作为本方案的优选实施例,所述的表冠的外端部也镶嵌有月牙状蓝宝石,表冠的顶部设有八卦图案。
本发明所述的一种人造蓝宝石手表的制造方法,所述的表壳、表底、表盖、表芯经过如下步骤制成:人造蓝宝石材料----切割----研磨----CNC雕刻----抛光----成型,成型后的各部件按序组装成一体构成人造蓝宝石手表。
作为本方案的优选实施例,所述的研磨包括粗磨、细磨、钻石粉磨。
作为本方案的优选实施例,所述的抛光包括药水抛光和物理抛光。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:整体结构简单,大部分部件都有人造蓝宝石制作而成,在彰显身份的同时节省了成本,适合一般的消费群体,且制作简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种人造蓝宝石手表,包括表壳1、表底2、表盖3和表芯4,表盖3和表底2分别安装在表壳1的上部和下部,表芯4安装在表壳1的表盖3和表底2之间,表芯4上设有不锈钢表针5,表壳1的一侧还设有与其连接的表冠6,所述的表壳1、表底2、表盖3、表芯4都是由蓝宝石制成,表芯4通过卡接件7安装在表壳1上,所述的表冠6的外端部也镶嵌有月牙状蓝宝石8,表冠6的顶部设有八卦图案9,大部分部件都有人造蓝宝石制作而成,在彰显身份的同时节省了成本,适合一般的消费群体,蓝宝石部件经过如下步骤制成:人造蓝宝石材料----切割----研磨----CNC雕刻----抛光----成型,成型后的各部件按序组装成一体构成人造蓝宝石手表,其中研磨按顺序包括粗磨、细磨、钻石粉磨,抛光包括药水抛光和物理抛光,制作起来相对于现有技术较为简单。

Claims (6)
1.一种人造蓝宝石手表,包括表壳(1)、表底(2)、表盖(3)和表芯(4),表盖(3)和表底(2)分别安装在表壳(1)的上部和下部,表芯(4)安装在表壳(1)的表盖(3)和表底(2)之间,表芯(4)上设有不锈钢表针(5),表壳(1)的一侧还设有与其连接的表冠(6),其特征在于:所述的表壳(1)、表底(2)、表盖(3)、表芯(4)都是由蓝宝石制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人造蓝宝石手表,其特征在于:所述的表芯(4)通过卡接件(7)安装在表壳(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种人造蓝宝石手表,其特征在于:所述的表冠(6)的外端部也镶嵌有月牙状蓝宝石(8),表冠(6)的顶部设有八卦图案(9)。
4. 一种人造蓝宝石手表的制造方法,其特征在于:权利要求1所述的表壳(1)、表底(2)、表盖(3)、表芯(4)经过如下步骤制成:人造蓝宝石材料----切割----研磨----CNC雕刻----抛光----成型,成型后的各部件按序组装成一体构成人造蓝宝石手表。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种人造蓝宝石手表的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的研磨包括粗磨、细磨、钻石粉磨。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种人造蓝宝石手表的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的抛光包括药水抛光和物理抛光。
