发明内容

相应的凹腔以及因此被接纳在凹腔中的真空隔热面板或其他面板可以通过在外壳中形成的角支柱(corner column)分开。
真空隔热面板或其他插入面板可以具有任何便利的形状,但将通常是六面体的,例如立方体,例如正方形或矩形立方体。
为了进一步保护真空隔热面板或其他插入面板,单独的保护元件优选地布置在真空隔热面板或其他插入面板与邻近的PCM面板之间。
优选地,保护元件由片材材料形成,例如波纹板或波纹塑料材料。
保护元件板的一个或两个面可以设置有反射物,例如箔,例如金属化的膜、涂层或层。
保护元件板的一个或两个面可以此外或可选择地设置有防水涂层以减轻来自使用期间可能积聚的水分的损害。
在一个实施方案中,反射涂层或层可以被提供在板的一侧并且防水涂层或层可以被提供在另一侧上。
在特别优选的实施方案中,金属化膜可以被提供在防水塑料膜上以提供反射性质和防水性质两者。
优选地,保护元件围绕真空隔热面板或其他插入面板延伸以保护真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的未被外壳覆盖的所有的暴露面。
因此,在其中真空隔热面板或其他插入面板被接纳在外壳壁中的开放的顶部凹腔中(并且因此将具有暴露的顶部边缘)的比如上文讨论的布置中,优选的是,保护元件还在真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的暴露的顶部边缘之上延伸。
在特别优选的布置中,保护元件由折叠的板材料形成,其具有用于覆盖真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的第一面的第一面板、用于覆盖真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的顶部边缘的铰接式地附接到第一面板的第二面板以及用于至少部分地覆盖真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的与第一面相对的第二面的铰接式地附接到第二面板的第三面板。这样的布置是有利的,因为在保护元件放置在外壳中之前,保护元件还可以被用来操纵真空隔热面板或其他插入面板,因为使用者将能够将真空隔热面板或其他插入面板紧夹在第一面板和第三面板之间。这减少真空隔热面板或其他插入面板在安装期间被损害的可能性。
在优选的实施方案中,第三面板不覆盖全部的第二表面而是仅仅覆盖其区域。
在外壳的壁中形成的凹腔可以具有凹部以容纳第三面板,使得真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的后面可以紧密地靠着凹腔的后表面安置。
提供还可以被用于操纵真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的单独的保护元件的观念本身被认为是新颖的并且有创造性的,因此根据另外的方面,本发明因此提供组合的真空隔热面板或其他插入面板和保护元件,所述保护元件包括折叠的片材材料,其具有用于覆盖真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的第一面的第一面板、用于覆盖真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的顶部边缘的铰接式地附接到第一面板的第二面板以及用于至少部分地覆盖真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的与第一面相对的第二面的铰接式地附接到第二面板的第三面板。
在优选的实施方案中,保护元件可以比真空隔热面板或其他插入面板宽以便超过真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的边缘突出。
最优选地,在外壳的侧壁中形成的凹腔设置有相应的狭槽以接纳保护元件的突出部分。除了可存在的任何压入配合之外,这增加了将真空隔热面板或其他插入面板保持在侧壁中的水平。
这样的狭槽还可以用作另外的或可选择的目的,如将在下文中另外描述的。
用于本发明的包装的PCM面板可以采取任何便利的形式。例如,其可以采取直立棱锥的截头锥体的形式,如在EP-A-2221569中公开的。然而,此类形状是生产昂贵的并且不必要地复杂的。因此,在本发明的优选的实施方案中,PCM面板可以包括被密封在箔或膜袋状物之内并且具有至少部分地围绕面板的周边延伸的翼缘的相变材料。此类面板比前述成形的面板制造起来简单和便宜得多。
周边翼缘可以被用来辅助PCM面板在包装箱中的定位。特别地,翼缘可以被接纳在形成在外壳的侧壁中的狭槽中。该狭槽可以是与上文讨论的接纳真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的保护元件(如果存在)的狭槽相同的狭槽,或是单独的独立的狭槽。具有保持PCM面板的翼缘和真空隔热面板或其他插入面板的保护元件的周边部分两者的狭槽是特别有利的。
根据另外广泛的方面,本发明提供包括泡沫材料的隔热壳的隔热包装箱,所述壳的一个或更多个壁包括形成在其壁中的开放的顶部凹腔,所述凹腔的至少一个侧边缘具有形成于其中的狭槽。
因此,PCM面板可以布置在凹腔之内并且可以是通过凹腔的开放的顶端从凹腔选择性地可拆除的,使当PCM面板布置在口袋之内时PCM的周边翼缘被接纳在狭槽中。
每个凹腔可以具有面向彼此的一对侧边缘,并且狭槽设置在那些侧边缘中的每个中。
每个凹腔可以具有面向该凹腔的开放的顶端的底部侧边缘,并且狭槽被设置在底部侧边缘中。
在某些实施方案中,翼缘可以被设置在PCM面板的仅仅一对相对的边缘上。然而,在其他实施方案中,翼缘可以沿着PCM面板的单侧、PCM面板的任何的多个侧或PCM面板的所有侧延伸。
PCM面板可以由多个PCM面板元件构造,所述多个PCM面板元件可以被安装到共同的支撑体,例如板材料或塑料材料的片材,例如波纹纸板或波纹塑料。支撑体可以包括翼缘以接纳单个PCM面板元件的翼缘并且因此被用于接合外壳中的狭槽。
通过将PCM面板布置在支撑板上使PCM面板的翼缘在支撑板的翼缘之上并且与支撑板的翼缘接触,单个PCM面板的翼缘可以被支撑板翼缘接纳。在特定的实施方案中,PCM面板的翼缘用任何适当的连接材料例如粘合剂、卡钉、夹子、卡扣连接器或其他连接器连接到支撑板的翼缘。在其他实施方案中,单个PCM面板的翼缘可以被模制或热结合到支撑板翼缘或被接纳在形成在支撑板翼缘中的凹腔或狭槽中。
优选地,PCM面板的翼缘被形成为大体与面板的一个面共平面。最优选地,PCM面板的该面被布置成面向真空隔热面板或其他插入面板。
PCM面板可以被布置成从形成在隔热外壳的壁中的凹腔突出出来。可选择地,PCM面板可以被使得与凹腔的表面大体齐平或被稍微凹进于其中。
PCM面板的翼缘还可以用来帮助使PCM面板保持在包装箱的壁凹腔中,例如在包装箱的盖中,因为当被推入凹腔内时,翼缘将被向后折叠以提供指向外(相对于凹腔的基底)的边缘,所述边缘将倾向于接合凹腔的侧壁并且从而辅助保持PCM面板。
因此,根据另外的方面,本发明提供包括具有形成于其中的凹腔的壁的隔热包装箱,所述凹腔接纳具有周边翼缘的PCM面板,所述周边翼缘在插入到凹腔内时折叠以提供接合凹腔的一个或更多个侧壁的指向外的边缘。
在此类结构中,PCM可以具有在以上所述段落中讨论的多种特征。
有效负荷可以被直接放置在由PCM面板界定的空间中。然而,优选地,其被接纳在例如纸板盒的内部容器之内,该内部容器被接纳在有效负荷空间中。
内部容器可以是箔的,例如金属化的箔面的。另外地或可选择地,其可以设置有防水涂层,例如塑料涂层。金属化的塑料膜可以提供两种功能。可选择地,内部盒可以由波纹塑料材料制成。
内部容器可以被定尺寸以便接合外壳,从而辅助定位有效负荷。例如,内部容器可以接合界定在邻近的侧壁凹腔之间的角柱(corner post)。凹腔的指向内的边缘可以设置有倒角或凹槽以接纳内部容器的转角。
外壳可以被接纳在例如波纹板容器或波纹塑料容器(例如容器)的外部容器之内以用于运送以提供对外壳的某些保护。

具体实施方式
参考图1,根据本发明的包装箱2以分解图示出。
包装箱2包括外部容器4,在此情况下为简单的波纹纸板箱。在外部容器4之内提供了包括主体8(在图4中示出)和盖10的外壳6(在图6中以横截面示出)。主体8和盖10是由隔热泡沫材料(比如膨胀性聚苯乙烯(EPS)、石墨浸渍EPS(例如)、具有聚乙烯添加剂的EPS(例如)、聚氨基甲酸酯(PUR)或聚丙烯)形成的模制部件。优选地,盖10和主体8由相同的泡沫材料制成。
布置在外壳之内的是真空隔热面板12、真空隔热面板保护元件14、16、PCM面板18以及有效负荷容器20的组。
如从图4到图6中可以最好地看出的是,主体8是整体化的主体并且包括基底壁22和四个竖立的侧壁24。基底壁22形成有中央的方形截面的向上敞开的凹腔26。每个侧壁24设置有凹腔28。顶部30和每个侧壁凹腔28的面向内的侧部是开放的。邻近的侧壁凹腔28通过形成在外壳的主体中的大体方形截面的角柱32分开。优选地,凹腔26、28被一体地模制到主体8中。凸缘(lip)34围绕主体8的上边缘向上突出,在角柱32的顶部上形成平台36。
每个侧壁凹腔28的由角柱32界定的相对的侧部38设置有沿着其长度的狭槽40。如从图7中最好地看出,基底壁22也设置有相应的狭槽42,该相应的狭槽42与侧壁狭槽40对齐以形成每个侧壁24中的大体U形的狭槽。此外,每个侧壁凹腔28的后表面44形成有浅的凹部46。基底壁22还设置有在一个或更多个侧部上、优选地在两个相对的侧部上的凹部48。这些多种构造的目的将在下文进一步描述。
如从图1中将最好地理解的是,从底部向上,基底壁凹腔26接纳方形真空隔热面板12、方形真空隔热面板保护元件16以及方形PCM面板18。虽然在此实施方案中示出为方形,但是在其他实施方案中,相应的面板可以是其他形状,例如矩形。
优选地,真空隔热面板12在凹腔26中是轻微的推入配合以稳固地定位面板12。真空隔热面板12具有标准的工业结构,即例如封装在气密的膜(更特别地金属化的箔膜)中的煅制二氧化硅的排空多孔芯,包装箱中的其他真空隔热面板12是同样的。在此实施方案中,各个真空隔热面板12全部具有相同的形状和大小,但取决于有效负荷的形状,真空隔热面板12可以具有不同的形状和大小。
如图1中所示,真空隔热面板保护元件16是正方形截面的波纹板材料,例如E瓦楞(flute)(2mm)或B瓦楞(3mm)的波纹板材料,其可以在一个面或优选两个面上涂覆有金属化的箔膜和/或防水涂层。这将保护真空隔热面板12免受上述PCM面板18影响。
在此实施方案中,PCM面板18由封装在塑料膜中的PCM材料形成。使用的特定的PCM将取决于用于有效负荷的期望的温度,但在此实施方案中,其是十四烷。此材料具有4.5℃的相变点,使得其适合用于需要2℃-8℃的温度范围的有效负荷。诸如水合盐的混合物的其他相变材料具有在-20℃到+20℃的范围中变化的相变点,这取决于其组成。
如从例如图2中可以看出,PCM面板18具有周边翼缘50,所述周边翼缘50与PCM面板18的一个面大体共平面延伸。此翼缘50由PCM面板18的封装膜材料形成并且在PCM面板制造过程期间形成。
优选地,将PCM面板18的大小设定成成比基底壁凹腔26稍小,使得围绕PCM面板18的周边有足够的空间以允许当PCM面板18被插入到凹腔26内时翼缘50向上弯曲。此翼缘50将帮助将PCM面板定位于凹腔26中。
在此实施方案中,此实施方案的各个PCM面板18全部具有相同的形状和大小,但取决于有效负荷的形状,PCM面板18可以具有不同的形状和大小。
设置在基底壁凹腔26中的凹部48允许使用者将他的或她的手指插入真空隔热面板12和PCM面板18之下以便从凹腔26移除面板。
转向侧壁凹腔28,如从例如图3可以看出的是,从后到前,这些侧壁凹腔28各自接纳真空隔热面板12、真空隔热面板保护元件14以及PCM面板18。
如上文讨论的,在此实施方案中使用的真空隔热面板12和PCM面板与在基底壁22和盖10中使用的那些相同。然而,真空隔热面板保护元件14不同于在基底壁22和盖10中使用的那些。在图10中真空隔热面板保护元件14可以显得最清楚,其中其被示出处于围绕真空隔热面板12的位置。真空隔热面板保护元件14由波纹板材料制成,例如E(2mm)瓦楞或B(3mm)瓦楞波纹板,其中箔(例如金属化的膜)和/或防水塑料涂覆在一侧或优选两侧上。元件14具有覆盖相关联的真空隔热面板12的前面54并且延伸超过其侧向边缘和底部边缘的第一面板52。覆盖真空隔热面板12的上边缘58的第二面板56铰接式地附接到第一面板52。仅仅在真空隔热面板12的后面62的上部部分之上延伸的第三面板60铰链式地附接到第二面板。
真空隔热面板保护元件不仅用来保护真空隔热面板12在包装箱2中处于原位,而且还便于其操纵。特别地,使用者可以将真空隔热面板保护元件14围绕真空隔热面板12折叠并且然后将真空隔热面板12紧夹在第一面板52和第三面板60之间以用于将真空隔热面板12组装到包装箱2内。
此外,如从例如图5中可以看出的是,真空隔热面板保护元件14还用来帮助将真空隔热面板12保持在侧壁凹腔28中。真空隔热面板保护元件14的超过真空隔热面板12突出的部分64接合在形成在角柱32中的狭槽40中。下突出部分将接合在形成在基底壁22中的狭槽42中。因此,即使真空隔热面板12在侧壁凹腔28中可能是轻微的推入配合,真空隔热面板保护元件也帮助将真空隔热面板12保持在适当的位置。
真空隔热面板12和真空隔热面板保护元件14可以从凹腔28的顶部组装到凹腔28内。可选择地,其可以被顺序地组装。在该种情况下,可以将真空隔热面板12从上方滑入凹腔28内或从凹腔28的开放面推入凹腔28中,并且然后将真空隔热面板保护元件14滑入狭槽40内。
应理解的是,当组装时,真空隔热面板保护元件14的第三面板被接纳在形成在凹腔28的基底壁中的凹部46之内。凹部46具有与第三面板60大体上相同的形状以及深度。这允许真空隔热面板12的后表面62的主要部分紧密地接合侧壁凹腔28的后壁。
侧壁凹腔28还接纳PCM面板18。此外,将从图5中看出的是,PCM面板18的周边翼缘50被接纳在形成在角柱32中的狭槽40中。翼缘50的下边缘将被接纳在基底壁狭槽42中。翼缘50在狭槽40、42之内的这种相互接合帮助将PCM面板18保持在其侧壁凹腔28之内。在组装时,可以简单地将PCM面板18从上方滑入适当位置内。
PCM面板18被设定尺寸,使得在组装之后其将位于与角柱32的面大体齐平处或超过角柱32的面稍微突出。
如从图5中可以理解的是,当基底壁凹腔26和侧壁凹腔28已经用适当的真空隔热面板12、真空隔热面板保护元件14、16以及PCM面板18填充时,有效负荷容器20可以被放置到在PCM面板18之间界定的有效负荷空间中。为了定位的目的,有效负荷容器20的转角可以接合角柱32的尖端64。有效负荷容器20优选地是板材料,特别是波纹板材料,其可以在一个或优选地两个表面上设置有箔(例如金属化的膜)涂层和/或防水塑料涂层,防水塑料涂层保护免于在使用中可能积聚的任何水分。
当有效负荷容器被放置在有效负荷空间内时,包装箱2的盖10可以被安装。
盖10也由泡沫材料(优选地与主体8相同的泡沫材料)模制。如可以在例如图3中看出的是,其具有相对的操纵切口70和凹部72以用于接纳例如RFID标签或其他记录装置。外部容器4具有与操纵切口70对齐的操纵开口。
如在图7到图9中所示,盖10具有围绕盖10的整个周边延伸并且位于主体8的凸缘34之内的悬垂地带(depending land)76。地带76设置有退刀槽78,该退刀槽78接纳安装在侧壁凹腔28中的PCM面板18的向上突出的翼缘50。盖10还具有凹腔80以用于接纳真空隔热面板12、真空隔热面板保护元件16以及PCM面板18。真空隔热面板12可以紧密配合在凹腔80之内。真空隔热面板保护元件与设置在基底壁22中的真空隔热面板保护元件相同。PCM面板18被设定大小,使得当PCM面板18被插入到凹腔80中时PCM面板18的翼缘50将向内折叠,如图9中所示,借以翼缘50将倾向于向外张开到凹腔80的壁中以辅助将PCM面板18保持在凹腔中。特别地,折向下的翼缘50的下边缘将倾向于戳入凹腔80的壁中以提供对PCM面板从凹腔80中掉落的抵抗。
如图6中所示,盖10还设置有相对的凹部82,所述相对的凹部82将允许使用者将他的或她的手指插入PCM面板18和真空隔热面板12之下以便于其移除。
随着盖10放置在主体8之上,外部容器4可以被封闭以用于运送。
应理解的是,在使用后,包装箱2可以被再使用,PCM面板18被适当地修复。其他部件可以大体上按照原来的样子被再使用。
上文的描述涉及本发明的仅仅一个实施方案。然而,应理解的是,可以对此实施方案进行修改而不脱离本发明的范围。
例如,如上文讨论的,各个面板不一定是正方形的而是可以是矩形的。此外,包装箱不一定是立方体的,而是在形状上可以是矩形长方体。
此外,取决于容器的大小,可以通过以两个或更多个零件形成主体8来简化主体8的制造。此类布置在图11中示出。
在此构造中,主体8由基底零件8a和环形上部零件8b形成。基底零件8a具有接纳上部零件8b的悬垂凸缘84的竖立的凸缘82。如在早前的实施方案中,上部零件8b接纳盖10。凹腔26、28、80的形状未从早前的实施方案改变并且使用相同的真空隔热面板12、保护元件14、16以及PCM面板18。该构造对于其中模具尺寸限制可能不允许主体8的全部高度在单次操作中形成的较大的包装箱是有用的。
还应理解的是,超过一个的凹腔26、28、80可以被设置在侧壁24、基底壁22以及盖10中的一个或更多个中。此类实施方案在图12中示出。
在此实施方案中,每个侧壁24设置有由肋90分开的两个侧壁凹腔28。肋90的相对面设置有狭槽92以用于接纳真空隔热面板保护元件14和PCM面板18的翼缘50。基底壁24和盖10设置有四个凹腔28、80。
当然,在每个壁上设置的凹腔的数目可以改变以给予期望尺寸的包装箱。例如,如果需要矩形容器,则相应的侧壁24可以分别具有不同数目的凹腔28。
还应理解的是,每个PCM面板18可以包含超过一个的PCM元件。例如,两个或更多个PCM元件可以一个在另一个上面地被接纳在侧壁凹腔28中。为了便利此类构造,多个PCM元件可以被安装到共同的支撑体,如图13中所示。
在此实施方案中,各自具有周边翼缘150的两个PCM元件118被安装(例如被结合)到支撑体元件100。支撑体元件100可以是片材材料,比如纸板、波纹纸板或波纹塑料,并且其具有在至少一对相对的侧边缘上的周边翼缘102,该周边翼缘102接纳PCM元件118的翼缘150。这样的翼缘102可以被接纳在设置在侧壁凹腔28中的狭槽40之内以辅助支撑PCM元件118。
在另外的修改中,可以选择外壳6和面板12的材料以便提供期望的导热性。特别地,插入面板12可以由具有比外壳6的导热系数更低的导热系数的材料制成。
因此,外壳6可以由通常具有约0.036W/m-K的导热性的膨胀性聚苯乙烯(EPS)、通常具有约0.032W/m-K的导热性的石墨浸渍EPS(例如)、通常具有约0.038W/m-K的导热性的具有聚乙烯添加剂的EPS(例如)或通常具有约0.022W/m-K的导热性的聚氨基甲酸酯(PUR)制成。在基于EPS的外壳材料的情况下,插入面板12可以是PUR,如可以看出的,其具有较低的导热系数。在使用外壳材料中的任何一种的情况下,插入面板12可以是纳米多孔材料,比如通常具有约0.016W/m-K的导热性的BASF。典型的真空隔热面板将通常具有约0.004W/m-K的导热性。因此,可以选择外壳6和隔热插入面板12的材料以给予期望的导热性。
此类实施方案可以使用上文描述的构造特征中的任何一种,唯一的区别在于使用的材料的性质。
Claims (20)
1.一种隔热包装箱,包括:泡沫材料的隔热壳,所述壳的一个或更多个壁包括形成于其中的开放的顶部凹腔,所述凹腔的至少一个侧边缘具有形成于其中的狭槽;以及相变材料(PCM)面板,其包括周边翼缘,所述周边翼缘被布置成使所述翼缘被接纳在所述狭槽中。
