Background
Most current pallets only have a single speed to adjust the pallet height in an application. For a bracket with a plurality of supporting blocks on one body, the height of each supporting block needs to be adjusted respectively when a workpiece is lifted so that each supporting block can be in good contact with the workpiece. At this time, if a traditional bracket with single speed is adopted, the speed is not enough and time and labor are wasted when the bracket needs to be quickly put in place, or the precision is not high when the position of each supporting block needs to be accurately adjusted, so that the requirement cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems of the background art, an object of the present invention is to provide an adjustable bracket that can realize quick rough adjustment and accurate fine adjustment, and can adjust the position with respect to the accuracy without difficulty, thereby facilitating the switching between rough adjustment and fine adjustment.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an adjustable bracket, comprising: the device comprises a base, a support block, a screw rod, a plane bearing, a rough adjusting hand wheel, a locking pin and a fine adjusting mechanism.
The base is fixed. The support block is positioned above the base and used for supporting the workpiece. The plane bearing is arranged between the upper part of the screw rod and the support block, so that the screw rod is fixedly connected with the support block through the plane bearing. When the position of the support block is roughly adjusted, the locking pin is taken down, the rough adjusting hand wheel is rotated, the screw rod rotates along with the rough adjusting hand wheel through the threaded connection with the nut and moves up and down, and the screw rod is connected with the support block through the plane bearing to drive the plane bearing and the support block to only move up and down, so that the rough adjustment is realized; when the position of the supporting block is finely adjusted, a locking pin is inserted, the locking pin connects the screw rod with the supporting block, the rotation of the screw rod is limited, the fine adjustment hand wheel is rotated, the worm rotates along with the fine adjustment hand wheel, the worm drives the worm wheel on the outer side of the nut worm wheel and the nut on the inner side of the nut worm wheel to rotate, the nut worm wheel is limited vertically and cannot move vertically (in other words, the nut worm wheel rotates in situ), therefore, the nut worm wheel drives the screw rod to move vertically through threaded connection, and the screw rod is connected with the supporting block through the plane bearing to drive the plane bearing and the supporting block to move vertically.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: in the adjustable bracket, the screw rod, the plane bearing, the rough adjusting hand wheel, the locking pin and the fine adjusting mechanism are adopted, so that quick rough adjustment and accurate fine adjustment can be realized, the position can be adjusted to the accuracy without difficulty by adopting the rough adjusting hand wheel and the fine adjusting hand wheel, and the rough adjustment and the fine adjustment can be switched conveniently by adopting the locking pin and the jack.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an adjustable bracket according to the present invention includes: the device comprises a base 1, a support block 2, a screw rod 3, a plane bearing 4, a rough adjusting hand wheel 5, a locking pin 6 and a fine adjusting mechanism 7.
The base 1 is stationary.
The pallet 2 is located above the base 1 and is used to support the workpiece W.
The screw rod 3 is arranged on the base 1 in a penetrating mode, threads are arranged on the outer surface of the screw rod, and a jack 31 extending in the radial direction is arranged on the periphery of the screw rod.
The plane bearing 4 is arranged between the upper part of the screw rod 3 and the support block 2, so that the screw rod 3 is fixedly connected with the support block 2 through the plane bearing 4.
The rough adjusting hand wheel 5 is connected to the lower part of the screw rod 3 to drive the screw rod 3 to rotate.

The fine adjustment mechanism 7 includes: the box body 71 is positioned between the supporting block 2 and the base 1 and is fixed on the base 1; a worm 72 inserted into the case 71, one end of which is exposed from the case 71 and the other end of which is located inside the case 71; a fine adjustment hand wheel 73 which is positioned outside the box body 71 and is connected to the one end of the worm 72; and a nut worm gear 74. The nut worm wheel 74 is a hollow structure, is located in the box 71 and is limited in up-and-down movement, and includes: the worm wheel 741 is located radially outward; and a nut 742 located radially inward and sleeved on the screw 3 and threadedly coupled to the external thread of the screw 3.
When the position of the support block 2 is roughly adjusted, the locking pin 6 is taken down, the rough adjusting hand wheel 5 is rotated, the screw rod 3 rotates and moves up and down along with the rough adjusting hand wheel 5 through the threaded connection with the nut 742, and the screw rod 3 is connected with the support block 2 through the plane bearing 4 to drive the plane bearing 4 and the support block 2 to move up and down only, so that rough adjustment is realized; when the position of the support block 2 is finely adjusted, the locking pin 6 is inserted, the screw rod 3 and the support block 2 are connected through the locking pin 6, the rotation of the screw rod 3 is limited, the fine adjustment hand wheel 73 is rotated, the worm 72 rotates along with the fine adjustment hand wheel 73, the worm 72 drives the worm wheel 741 on the outer side of the nut worm wheel 74 and the nut 742 on the inner side to rotate, the nut worm wheel 74 is limited vertically and cannot move vertically (in other words, the nut worm wheel 74 rotates in situ), the nut worm wheel 74 drives the screw rod 3 to move vertically through threaded connection, and the screw rod 3 is connected with the support block 2 through the plane bearing 4 to drive the plane bearing 4 and the support block 2 to move vertically, so that fine adjustment is achieved.
In the adjustable bracket according to the present invention, since the screw 3, the plane bearing 4, the rough adjusting hand wheel 5, the locking pin 6 and the fine adjusting mechanism 7 are used, the quick rough adjustment and the accurate fine adjustment can be realized, and since the rough adjusting hand wheel 5 and the fine adjusting hand wheel 73 are used, the position can be adjusted with respect to the accuracy without difficulty, and the switching between the rough adjustment and the fine adjustment can be very conveniently performed by using the locking pin 6 and the insertion hole 31.
In an embodiment of the adjustable bracket according to the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the screw 3 may be a structure in which a hollow tip 32 is closed; the adjustable bracket further comprises: the connecting member C is positioned above the tip 32 of the screw 3, is fixedly connected (e.g., by a screw S with reference to fig. 1) to the tip 32 of the screw 3, and sandwiches the flat bearing 4 between the upper portion of the screw 3 and the holder 2.
