Abstract

一种存储单元锁固装置，包括固定架和锁固模组，锁固模组滑动地安装于固定架。固定架包括底壁、端面及两个第一侧壁，侧壁上设有导轨槽，端面设有卡扣位。锁固模组包括托盘、旋转支架、把手、扭簧和弹簧，存储单元收容于锁固模组内。托盘包括两个第二侧壁，第二侧壁包括定位轴，定位轴滑动地安装于导轨槽。旋转支架包括固定部和把手安装部，旋转支架通过固定部安装于托盘之上，把手滑动地安装于把手安装部，把手包括一卡扣，卡扣和端面的卡扣位卡合。该存储单元锁固装置将存储单元固定于机箱内，通过导轨和卡扣结构，可方便地将锁固模组连同存储单元从机箱内取出。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁固装置，尤其涉及一种用于固定存储单元的锁固装置。
背景技术
存储单元作为存储资料的工具被广泛用于计算机。现有的存储单元如硬盘通过螺丝直接锁固于计算机的机箱内。但是这种通过螺丝将硬盘固定于机箱内的方式不方便使用者拆卸硬盘，当使用者需要更换新硬盘时，需要借助螺丝刀等拆卸工具才能硬盘从机箱取出，这就使得拆卸过程不方便。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明提供一种组装简单且拆卸方便的存储单元锁固装置。
本发明提供的存储单元锁固装置，包括固定架和锁固模组，锁固模组滑动地安装于所述固定架。
固定架包括底壁、端面及两个第一侧壁，所述底壁和所述端面及所述两个第一侧壁共同围成第一收容空间，所述第一侧壁上设有第一导轨槽和第二导轨槽，所述端面之一端向背离第一收容空间方向垂直弯折形成一卡扣位；
锁固模组滑动地安装于所述固定架的第一收容空间内，所述锁固模组包括托盘、旋转支架、把手、扭簧和弹簧；
其中所述托盘包括顶壁及两个第二侧壁，所述顶壁和所述两个第二侧壁共同形成第二收容空间，所述第二侧壁包括第一定位轴、第二定位轴，所述第一定位轴滑动地安装于所述第一导轨槽，所述第二定位轴滑动地安装于所述第二导轨槽。
所述旋转支架包括固定部和把手安装部，所述旋转支架通过所述固定部安装于所述托盘之上；
所述把手滑动地安装于所述把手安装部；
所述拉簧之一端固定于所述顶壁，另一端固定于所述把手；
所述扭簧套设于所述第一定位轴。
优选地，所述第一导轨槽呈L型开口导轨。
优选地，所述托盘进一步包括多个用于固定存储单元的安装孔，所述安装孔分布于所述第二侧壁两端，所述第一定位轴及第二定位轴分布于所述安装孔之间。
优选地，所述第一定位轴及所述第二定位轴均为从所述第二侧壁往外突出延伸的圆筒结构。
优选地，所述托盘的顶壁表面设有T形凹区域，所述T形凹区域用于配合安装所述旋转支架。
优选地，所述托盘的第二侧壁与顶壁连接处设有第一扭簧孔，所述旋转支架之固定部设有第二扭簧孔，所述扭簧之两端分别扣合于所述第一扭簧孔与所述第二扭簧孔。
优选地，所述旋转支架还包括一本体，所述旋转支架的固定部从所述本体两侧垂直弯折，所述手把安装部从所述本体另一侧中间部位突出延伸。
优选地，所述固定部设有第一通孔和第二通孔，所述第一通孔容置所述第一定位轴，所述第二通孔容置所述第二定位轴。
优选地，所述把手包括第一端和第二端，所述第一端设有滑槽和卡扣，所述滑槽设置于所述第一端两侧，所述滑槽嵌套于所述手把安装部两侧，所述卡扣设置于所述滑槽之间，所述卡扣与所述固定架之卡扣位卡合。
本发明实施方式中提供的存储单元锁固装置中，硬盘安装于锁固模组内，锁固模组通过导轨槽和卡勾结构固定于机箱内的固定架，锁固模组连同硬盘可方便地从固定架取出，实现了存储单元拆装方便的目的。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，本发明提供的存储单元锁固结构10用于固定硬盘20于机箱30，存储单元锁固结构10包括固定架100和锁固模组110，硬盘20安装于锁固模组110内，锁固模组110滑动地安装于固定架100。
请参阅图2，固定架100包括底壁101、端面102及两个第一侧壁103，底壁101、端面102及两个第一侧壁103共同围成第一收容空间104，锁固模组110滑动地安装于固定架100的第一收容空间104。端面102之一端向背离第一收容空间104方向垂直弯折形成一卡扣位1021，第一侧壁103上设有第一导轨槽1031、第二导轨槽1032和第三导轨槽1033，第一导轨槽1031及第三导轨槽1033均呈L形开口导轨。固定架100还包括有连接部105，固定架100通过连接部105固定于机箱30。
请一并参阅图3及图4，锁固模组110包括托盘111、旋转支架112、把手113、扭簧114、拉簧115和防震螺丝116。
托盘111包括顶壁1110及两个第二侧壁1111，顶壁1110和两个第二侧壁1111共同形成第二收容空间1112。顶壁1110的表面设有T形凹区1113，旋转支架112容置于T形凹区1113。第二侧壁1111包括第一定位轴1114、第二定位轴1115及复数安装孔1117。安装孔1117分布于第二侧壁1111两端，第一定位轴1114和第二定位轴1115位于安装孔1117之间。第一定位轴1114与第二定位轴1115均为从第二侧壁1111往外突出延伸的圆筒结构，第一定位轴1114在第一导轨槽1031滑动，第二定位轴1115在第二导轨槽1032滑动。第二侧壁1111和顶壁1110相连接且靠近第一定位轴1114处设有第一扭簧孔1118。第一侧壁103四周设有多个支撑片1119，支撑片垂直于第二侧壁1111。
旋转支架112包括本体1120、固定部1121和手把安装部1122。固定部1121从本体1120两侧垂直弯折，手把安装部1122从本体1120另一侧中间部位突出延伸。本体1120设有第一拉簧孔1123，固定部1121设有第一通孔1124、第二通孔1125和第二扭簧孔1126，第一通孔1124容置第一定位轴1114，第二通孔1125容置第二定位轴1115，第二扭簧孔1126靠近第一通孔1124。扭簧114之两端分别扣嵌于第一扭簧孔1118和第二扭簧孔1126。
把手113包括第一端1130和第二端1131，第一端1130设有滑槽1132、卡扣1133及手把位1134。滑槽1132设置于第一端1130的两侧，把手113通过滑槽1132嵌套于手把安装部1122的两侧。卡扣1133设置于滑槽1132之间，第二端1131设有第二拉簧孔1135，拉簧115的两端分别嵌扣在第一拉簧孔1123和第二拉簧孔1135。
组装时，固定架100通过连接部105固定于机箱30。扭簧114套设于托盘111的第一定位轴1114，并使扭簧114的一端嵌扣于第一扭簧孔1118，旋转支架112安装于T形凹区1113，并使扭簧114的另一端嵌套于旋转支架112上的第二扭簧孔1126，同时第一通孔1124套设于第一定位轴1114，第二通孔1125套设于第二定位轴1115。把手113的第二端1131向旋转支架112的手把安装部1122移动，使手把安装部1122的两侧滑动地嵌套于滑槽1132。此时，将拉簧115的两端分别嵌扣于第一拉簧孔1123与第二拉簧孔1135。
硬盘20滑动地放进锁固模组110的第二收容空间1112，防震螺丝116穿过安装孔1117，将硬盘20固定于锁固模组110内。
第一定位轴1114从第一导轨槽1031的开口端完全滑入第一导轨槽1031，第二定位轴1115从第二导轨槽1032的开口完全滑入第二导轨槽1032，防震螺丝116相应地从第三导轨槽1033的开口端完全滑入第三导轨槽1033，把手113的卡扣1133卡紧固定架100的卡扣位1021，至此，即将装有硬盘20的锁固模组110整体锁定于机箱30。
拆卸时，拉动把手113，把手113带动整个锁固模组110移动，使第一定位轴1114脱离第一导轨槽1031，第二定位轴1115脱离第二导轨槽1032，防震螺丝116脱离第三导轨槽1033，把手113的卡扣1133脱离卡扣位1021，向上旋转即可方便地将硬盘20同锁固模组110一同从机箱30内取出。

Claims (9)

1.一种存储单元锁固装置，其特征在于，包括：
固定架，包括底壁、端面及两个第一侧壁，所述底壁和所述端面及所述两个第一侧壁共同围成第一收容空间，所述第一侧壁上设有第一导轨槽和第二导轨槽，所述端面之一端向背离第一收容空间方向垂直弯折形成一卡扣位；
锁固模组，滑动地安装于所述固定架的第一收容空间内，所述锁固模组包括托盘、旋转支架、把手、扭簧和弹簧；
其中所述托盘包括顶壁及两个第二侧壁，所述顶壁和所述两个第二侧壁共同形成第二收容空间，所述第二侧壁包括第一定位轴、第二定位轴，所述第一定位轴滑动地安装于所述第一导轨槽，所述第二定位轴滑动地安装于所述第二导轨槽；
所述旋转支架包括固定部和把手安装部，所述旋转支架通过所述固定部安装于所述托盘之上；
所述把手滑动地安装于所述把手安装部；
所述拉簧之一端固定于所述顶壁，另一端固定于所述把手；
所述扭簧套设于所述第一定位轴。
2.如权利要求1所述的存储单元锁固装置，其特征在于，所述第一导轨槽呈L型开口导轨。
3.如权利要求1所述的存储单元锁固装置，其特征在于，所述托盘进一步包括多个用于固定存储单元的安装孔，所述安装孔分布于所述第二侧壁两端，所述第一定位轴及第二定位轴分布于所述安装孔之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的存储单元锁固装置，其特征在于，所述第一定位轴及所述第二定位轴均为从所述第二侧壁往外突出延伸的圆筒结构。
5.如权利要求1所述之存储单元锁固装置，其特征在于，所述托盘的顶壁表面设有T形凹区域，所述T形凹区域用于配合安装所述旋转支架。
6.如权利要求1所述的存储单元锁固装置，其特征在于，所述托盘的第二侧壁与顶壁连接处设有第一扭簧孔，所述旋转支架之固定部设有第二扭簧孔，所述扭簧之两端分别扣合于所述第一扭簧孔与所述第二扭簧孔。
7.如权利要求1所述的存储单元锁固装置，其特征在于，所述旋转支架还包括一本体，所述旋转支架的固定部从所述本体两侧垂直弯折，所述手把安装部从所述本体另一侧中间部位突出延伸。
8.如权利要求1所述的存储单元锁固装置，其特征在于，所述固定部设有第一通孔和第二通孔，所述第一通孔容置所述第一定位轴，所述第二通孔容置所述第二定位轴。
9.如权利要求1所述的存储单元锁固装置，其特征在于，所述把手包括第一端和第二端，所述第一端设有滑槽和卡扣，所述滑槽设置于所述第一端两侧，所述滑槽嵌套于所述手把安装部两侧，所述卡扣设置于所述滑槽之间，所述卡扣与所述固定架之卡扣位卡合。
