可加热的流体管道和用于这种类型的可加热的流体管道的连接器已经在专利文献DE102011102244A1中公开。

在此优选的是,该周壁的中轴线相对于出口通道的中轴线朝向纵向轴线偏移。由此可以考虑加热棒的残余应力,即加热棒在从入口通道出来转入出口通道之后所具有的残余应力。于是可以不必预先弯曲加热棒。
优选的是,该周壁的中轴线相对于出口通道的中轴线具有小于0.5mm的偏移。该偏移量可以相对较小。它可以例如是0.2、0.3、0.4或者0.5mm,或者是它们的中间值。
对于偏心地布置容纳空间的周壁和出口通道的技术方案,还可以替代性地或者附加性地设置成,在容纳空间中布置支撑于周壁上并且使加热棒相对于密封件定位的支撑垫圈。该支撑垫圈可以支撑在周壁上以抵抗由加热棒的弯曲所引起的张力,并且由此使加热棒相对于密封件定位。

优选地,该周壁的中轴线相对于出口通道的中轴线最大偏移0.5mm。这种小的偏移量足以解决加热棒在出口通道中偏心所带来的问题。

制造带有这种类型的连接器2的可加热的流体管道1可以相对简单地进行。只需将管子3与加热棒8预先组装,使得该加热棒8以预定的长度从管子3中伸出。在管子3被推到管接头4上以前,该加热棒8已经到达位于管接头4内部的入口通道6中。于是,当共同地继续移动管子3和加热棒8时,为了将管子3推至管接头4上,那么加热棒8的顶部会通过斜坡元件15上的引导面16而转向,使得该顶部到达出口通道9中并且能够从连接器2中伸出。
当然还可以先将加热棒8单独地放入连接器2中,然后将管子3引导着经过加热棒8并且推至管接头4上。
为了容纳O型环13(即密封件),设置了具有周壁21的容纳空间20。该O型环13(即密封件)应当以预定的预应力径向向内地顶靠在加热棒8上,并且径向向外地顶靠在周壁21上。在此情况下,该预应力应当在周向上大致均匀地分布。
然而,该加热棒8通常不会居中地处在出口通道9中。该加热棒8具有一定的内在刚性。当该加热棒经过斜坡元件15的引导面16被推入出口通道9时,该内在刚性会使得加热棒可以弯曲。由于内在刚性,加热棒8试图保持其延伸的位置。这导致了加热棒8不再在出口通道9居中,而是明显地向入口通道6的纵向轴线11倾斜。如果没有额外的措施,这会导致O型环13的周边区域被较大程度地压缩,而O型环13的径向上相对的区域则被较小程度地压缩。该O型环13的过度挤压和挤压不足都会有不能密封的风险。
为了避免上述风险,可以对加热棒8在出口通道9中的偏心进行预先补偿。如图3和图4中所示,对此存在一种可能性,即,将出口通道9和容纳空间20彼此偏心地布置。换言之,周壁21具有中轴线22,其相对于出口通道9的中轴线10向一侧偏移,更确切地说是向纵向轴线11偏移。从图4中可以看出,这可以通过以下方式实现,即,将O型环13布置在容纳空间20中,使得它可以由加热棒8在所有的周向区段上被大致均匀地挤压。
这两个中轴线10、22具有偏移量d,该偏移量在图3和图4中被放大地示出。周壁的中轴线22相对于出口通道9的中轴线10的偏移最大可为0.5mm,例如0.3mm,这在许多情况下是足够的。
对此存在另外一种可以附加式地或者替换式地使用的可能性,即,在容纳空间20中布置支撑垫圈23。该支撑垫圈可以设置成这样的尺寸,即一方面它能够以小的间隙放置在容纳空间20中,但另一方面它可以确保加热棒8的位置,在该位置处O型环13在其整个圆周上受到均匀的挤压。当支撑垫圈23能够支撑在周壁21的最接近加热棒8的区域上时,或者没有其他的措施时,这基本上是足够的。这可以参照图5中的周壁21的右侧。相反,在周壁21的相对的一侧上,在支撑垫圈23和周壁21之间具有间隙24。由于该间隙24,在该方案中将容纳空间20和出口通道9彼此偏心地布置是有益的。对此,作为替换的是,还可以在支撑垫圈23中偏心地布置开口25,通过该开口来引导加热棒8。

Claims (9)

1.可加热的流体管道(1),其具有管子(3)、连接器(2)和加热棒(8),所述连接器布置在所述管道(3)的端部处,并且具有带有纵向轴线(11)的入口通道(6),所述加热棒布置在所述管子(3)的内部,并且穿过出口通道(9)以与所述纵向轴线(11)成预定的角度(α)的方式于一侧从所述连接器(2)中伸出,其中,在具有周壁(21)的容纳空间(20)中在所述加热棒(8)与连接器(2)之间布置有密封件(13),其特征在于,设置有使所述加热棒(8)和密封件(13)相对彼此居中的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流体管道,其特征在于,所述周壁(21)具有中轴线(22),其相对于所述出口通道(9)的中轴线(10)向一侧偏移。
3.根据权利要求2所述的流体管道,其特征在于,所述周壁(21)的中轴线(22)相对于所述出口通道(9)的中轴线(10)朝着所述纵向轴线(11)偏移。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的流体管道,其特征在于,所述周壁(21)的中轴线(22)相对于所述出口通道(9)的中轴线(10)最大偏移0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的流体管道,其特征在于,在所述容纳空间(20)中布置有支撑垫圈(23),其支撑于所述周壁(21)上并且使所述加热棒(8)相对于所述密封件(13)定位。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的流体管道,其特征在于,在所述入口通道(6)中布置有斜坡元件(15),其具有从所述入口通道(6)朝向所述出口通道(9)的引导面(16)。
7.用于可加热的流体管道的连接器,其具有带有纵向轴线(11)的入口通道(6)、以与所述纵向轴线(11)成预定的角度(α)的方式分布的一侧的出口通道(9),以及用于密封件(13)的容纳空间(20),所述容纳空间连接所述出口通道(9),并且具有带有中轴线(22)的周壁(21),其中所述密封件(13)定位在所述容纳空间中,其特征在于,所述周壁(21)的中轴线(22)相对于所述出口通道(9)的中轴线(10)偏移,和/或在所述容纳空间(20)中布置有支撑于所述周壁(21)上的支撑垫圈(23)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述周壁(21)的中轴线(22)相对于所述出口通道(9)的中轴线(10)朝着所述纵向轴线(11)偏移。
9.根据权利要求8或9所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述周壁(21)的中轴线(22)相对于所述出口通道(9)的中轴线(10)最大偏移0.5mm。
