本发明公开了一种耐高温高强度铝合金板材,包括设置在中心为位置的铝合金板,所述铝合金板通过其表面对称设置的粘结层粘结有减震层,位于上层的所述减震层的外侧设置有耐高温层、铁铝合金层以及高光亮聚酯BOPET膜,位于下层的所述减震层的外侧设置有钛硅合金层,所述耐高温层内部设置有若干个紧密相连接的防火带,该防火带横截面为圆弧形结构。本发明采用多层材料设计,提高了板材抗震及抗冲击力性能,使得产品的强度更加高,防火耐高温,防腐蚀,隔热隔音、防潮效果均明显提高,应用范围更为广泛。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝合金型材,尤其涉及一种耐高温高强度铝合金板材。
背景技术
由于铝合金型材结构简单,重量轻、制作方便等特点,已成为目前一种广为使用的结构及装饰性材料,但目前使用的铝合金型材尤其是板材,在使用中由于其结构的特点,重量重,应用的范围小,耐腐蚀性差,在使用中无法同时满足抗腐蚀性能、隔热、隔音、防火、防潮效果均较高的使用需要。尤其对板材的强度在某些领域运用时有较高的要求。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将现有装置进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温高强度铝合金板材。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐高温高强度铝合金板材,包括设置在中心为位置的铝合金板,所述铝合金板通过其表面对称设置的粘结层粘结有减震层,位于上层的所述减震层的外侧设置有耐高温层、铁铝合金层以及高光亮聚酯BOPET膜,位于下层的所述减震层的外侧设置有钛硅合金层,所述耐高温层内部设置有若干个紧密相连接的防火带,该防火带横截面为圆弧形结构。
具体地,本发明的铝合金板纵向位置设置有多个加强筋。本发明的 加强筋将所述铝合金板分隔成若干个矩形铝合金块。本发明的防火带表面覆盖有铝箔膜。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明采用多层材料设计,并采取加固型,使得产品的强度更加高,提高了板材抗震及抗冲击力性能,通过设置含有防火带的耐高温层,能够对火灾进行有效的阻隔,为人员逃生争取时间;同时,防腐蚀,隔热隔音、防潮效果等均明显提高,并且对制造工艺要求低,能源的消耗低,成本低,使用寿命长,应用范围更为广泛。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐高温高强度铝合金板材,包括设置在中心位置的铝合金板3,所述铝合金板3通过其表面对称设置的粘结层8粘结有减震层2,位于上层的所述减震层2的外侧设置有耐高温层6、铁铝合金层1以及高光亮聚酯BOPET膜5,位于下层的所述减震层2的外侧设置有钛硅合金层4。
作为优选方案,本发明铝合金板3设置在该高强度铝合金型材的中心位置,所述铝合金板3纵向位置设置有多个加强筋7。
作为优选方案,本发明加强筋7将所述铝合金板3分隔成若干个矩形铝合金块。
作为优选方案,本发明的耐高温层6内部设置有若干个紧密相连接的防火带。
作为优选方案,本发明的防火带横截面为圆弧形结构。
作为优选方案,本发明的防火带表面覆盖有铝箔膜。
本发明采用多层材料设计,并采取加固型,使得产品的强度更加高,提高了板材抗震及抗冲击力性能,通过设置含有防火带的耐高温层,能够对火灾进行有效的阻隔,为人员逃生争取时间;同时,防腐蚀,隔热隔音、防潮效果等均明显提高,并且对制造工艺要求低,能源的消耗低,成本低,使用寿命长,应用范围更为广泛。

1.一种耐高温高强度铝合金板材,包括设置在中心为位置的铝合金板,其特征在于:所述铝合金板通过其表面对称设置的粘结层粘结有减震层,位于上层的所述减震层的外侧设置有耐高温层、铁铝合金层以及高光亮聚酯BOPET膜,位于下层的所述减震层的外侧设置有钛硅合金层,所述耐高温层内部设置有若干个紧密相连接的防火带,该防火带横截面为圆弧形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温高强度铝合金板材,其特征在于:所述铝合金板纵向位置设置有多个加强筋。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温高强度铝合金板材,其特征在于:所述加强筋将所述铝合金板分隔成若干个矩形铝合金块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温高强度铝合金板材,其特征在于:所述防火带表面覆盖有铝箔膜。
