Abstract
一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，该反冲板设置在刷头后端，且其端部低于刷头端部，一对刷头在一对传动杆的带动下旋转，使得刷头产生强力吸流，被吸上来的水打到反冲板上，产生强力冲流，进而达到冲走脏物的目的。其克服了舌苔深层清洁的难题，同时也克服了口腔内残留牙刷沫等废弃液体的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板。
背景技术
我们在日常生活中，为了口腔清洁，刷牙成了必不可少的工作，但是刷牙时所产生的牙刷沫中含有大量细菌、病毒、食物碎屑及腐烂分解的发酵物等，所以必须清理干净，不能残留在口中。针对残留的牙膏沫等，我们一般是通过漱口来清理，但是这种方式往往不能彻底的清除口腔中的脏物，所以也不能达到彻底清洁口腔的目的。
在口腔清洁和健康方面，关于舌部清洁问题，已引起人们的重视，与清洁牙齿一样重要。夜间，由于唾液分泌和吞咽减少，舌苔相当于一个培养基，正是细菌、病毒、食物残渣、死亡上皮、繁殖、分解、腐烂发酵的最佳条件，经过一整夜的发酵，舌苔比痰还脏。市场上出现了许多刷舌苔工具，传统牙刷在刷头的背面设置了舌刷，但这些都是以刮舌苔为主。这种刮舌苔方式是牙医极力反对的，因为会伤害味蕾及舌乳头，造成味觉迟钝。犹如用扫把清扫地毯一样，只能清扫表面，而无法去除地毯里面的灰尘。同样传统的刮舌苔和刷舌苔，是无法清洁味蕾和舌乳头根部的细菌、食物碎屑等脏物。
而第02123943号中国发明专利申请，所公开的名为“一种三维电动牙刷”的技术方案，其滚筒式毛刷（7）外侧有一牙刷头罩（9），牙刷头罩的端部低于滚筒式毛刷（7）的端部，且按着其说明书可知，滚筒式毛刷清洁牙齿时产生的水、牙膏沫在牙刷头罩的作用下，又回到牙齿及其缝隙处，即便是我们用清水漱口，也不能保证能彻底清除污物。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足，本发明的一个目的是提供一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，实现彻底、安全、高效的清洁舌苔，清除口腔残留液等问题。
本发明的一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，一对刷头1在一对传动杆5的带动下对内360度旋转，带动的水流打在反冲板4上。
为达上述目的，本发明的一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板,其中：该多功能护理工具包含一对刷头，所述一对刷头呈对内360度旋转，且反冲板位于刷头的后端以使被旋转的刷头所带动的水流打在该反冲板上。
其中：所述一对刷头是由一对传动杆带动。
所述的反冲板端部低于刷头的端部。
所述的反冲板端部比刷头的端部低4-6mm。
所述的刷头是食品级硅胶类软材质制作而成的刷头。
反冲板位于刷头的后端，且可与刷毛2的端部有缝隙。
所述的反冲板与传动杆之间缝隙为4.5至6.5mm。
所述的反冲板是可拆卸的固设刷柄之上端。
所述的反冲板端邻近刷毛的表面俯视为椭圆形、抛物线形或者由折线构成的表面。
所述的反冲板端的高度为10-17mm。
通过上述方案，本发明的有益效果是：
通过在刷头1后端设置一个反冲板，该反冲板端部低于刷头端部，由传动杆5带动刷头1进行360度横向对内旋转，刷毛2前端旋转吸起水流，形成强力吸流，而刷毛2后端，将吸起的水流打在反冲板4上，通过反冲板4的作用可形成强力冲流，冲走脏物。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为对本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例，凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的权利保护范围。
如图4所示，在本具体实施例中，于一刷柄上端，有一对传动杆5分别穿过刷头1，该刷头包括刷毛2和滚筒3，其中，该对刷头1可进行360度横向对内旋转，较佳的所述的传动杆5的端部略低于该刷头1的端部，而反冲板4的端部可低于刷头1的端部。
其中，刷头1是食品级硅胶类软材质制作而成。
如图1所示，本发明较佳实施例结构如下：
一对传动杆5，分别与一对刷头1相连接，刷头在传动杆的带动下360度横向对内旋转。可实现对牙齿、舌苔等口腔的清洁。
以具体实施例一，对牙齿的清洁为例说明使用过程如下：
由于本发明的刷头1是食品级硅胶类软材质制作而成，并且360度横向对内旋转，可以深层彻底的清洁牙齿，并且由于有反冲板4的支撑，刷毛2不会伤害口腔黏膜。在清理牙齿时，当刷毛2前端放在牙缝的时候，靠近牙缝一边的刷毛2，就像一个个牙签一样，从牙龈往牙冠方向转动，快速清洁牙缝，而其他的刷毛，在清洁牙面。刷头另一边的刷毛2同样由牙龈往牙冠方向转动，清洁另一边的牙齿，或牙齿的咬合面，即可迅速清洁牙齿。针对刷牙后口中特别是牙周残留的牙膏沫等，在漱口时，刷头1，通过360度横向对内旋转，在传动杆5的带动下，刷头1对内横向旋转，刷毛前端旋转吸起水流，形成强力吸流，吸走牙周残留液。刷毛2后端，将吸起的水流打在反冲板上，形成强力冲流，冲走残留的牙膏沫等脏物，在刷毛2不停的刷动下，以及水流的冲击下，实现对牙齿、牙龈及口腔残留牙膏沫的彻底清洁。
实施例二：对舌苔的清洁
由于本发明的刷头1是食品级硅胶类软材质制作而成，如图3所示，刷头1在传动杆5的带动下，360度对内横向旋转，并参见图2所示，刷毛2前端旋转吸起牙膏沫或漱口水，形成强力吸流，吸走舌苔根部脏物。而刷毛2后端，将吸起的牙膏沫或水流打在反冲板上，形成强力冲流，冲走脏物，在刷毛2不停的刷动下，以及水流的冲击下，实现对舌苔的彻底清理。在清洁舌苔时，柔软的食品级硅胶类软材质刷毛2在“滚刷”舌苔的同时，双刷头1还可很好的“抱起”味蕾、舌乳头，露出舌苔根部空隙，并进行吸、冲、刷的清洁。这种“吸、冲、刷”“3合1”的独特清洁方式，可深层、彻底清洁舌苔与发酵物，且不伤味蕾、舌乳头，激活恢复味觉，还能享受舌部反射区的保健按摩。
具体实施例三
如图3所示，本发明另一较佳实例中，反冲板4位于刷头1的后端，且可与刷毛2的端部有一点缝隙6，于本实施例中，反冲板4与传动杆5之间缝隙为4.5至6.5mm，以便于刷头1在传动杆5的带动下产生水流，形成的水流打在反冲板4上，形成强大的冲流，冲走脏物。同时在反冲板和刷头之间留有一点缝隙6，也可以很好的保护刷毛，避免刷毛2与反冲板4接触，造成磨损。
具体实施例四
如图5所示，反冲板的从后视来看，形状可为长方体形状，较佳的是与四角设有过度圆角，而俯视的形状是椭圆形，如图3所示，刷头1在传动杆5的带动下，进行360度横向对内旋转，产生强大的吸力，吸起水流，被吸起的水流打在椭圆形的反冲板4上，打在椭圆形反冲板上的水流，经过椭圆形反冲板4的反射作用，形成的更大的水流，集中的反射到刷毛2清洁的部位，从而实现彻底冲走脏物的目的。
其中，该椭圆形反冲板4可包裹该刷头1但不应完全包裹。
另外，反冲板4相对于刷头1的一端表面，亦可以采用抛物线之形状，以使从两侧反射出的水流流速更快，另一较佳方案为，于反冲板4的两端的反射面可以向中心具有一个较明显的弯折，从而使反射流更为集中。
具体实施例五
于本实施中，较佳的，反冲板4的顶端低于刷头1的顶端4至6mm，如图1所示，由于刷头1高出反冲板4的部分会吸起水、牙膏沫等液体，而被吸起的液体，通过刷头1打在未设有反冲板4重合的部分而喷出，从而形成强力的吸力流，进而可吸入并带走脏物。经试验证明，反冲板4的顶端低于刷头1的顶端4至6mm时效果完全能达到清除脏污的要求，而且该数值越大则吸走脏污的效果越佳，因而为了适应不同的吸力之需求，反冲板4可采用可拆卸方式固设于刷柄，于本实施例中，于反冲板4底端设有一个凸起，而刷柄顶端设有与之相对设置的凹槽，以便反冲板4可借助二者的配合从刷柄一侧滑动卡接。较佳的该反冲板4的净高约为10-17mm，反冲板宽度为13-15mm。
本领域技术人员可知晓的是，上述各实施虽然分别以不同部位的尺寸做以说明，然而上述各实施例的尺寸技术特征是可以相互组合使用的。
Claims (8)
1.一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，其特征在于：该多功能护理工具包含一对刷头，所述一对刷头呈对内360度旋转，所述刷头包括刷毛和滚筒，所述刷毛的前端用于在清洁舌苔时旋转以吸起牙膏沫或漱口水、形成强力吸流并吸走舌苔根部脏物，且所述刷毛的后端用于将吸起的牙膏沫或水流打在反冲板上以形成强力冲流并冲走脏物，且所述的刷头是食品级硅胶类软材质制作而成的刷头；
并且，所述的反冲板的端部低于刷头的端部，以便形成强力的吸流，进而能够吸入并带走脏物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，其特征在于：所述一对刷头是由一对传动杆带动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，其特征在于：所述的反冲板端部比刷头的端部低4-6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，其特征在于：反冲板位于刷头的后端，且可与刷毛2的端部有缝隙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，其特征在于：所述的反冲板与传动杆之间缝隙为4.5至6.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，其特征在于：所述的反冲板是可拆卸的固设刷柄之上端。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，其特征在于：所述的反冲板端邻近刷毛的表面俯视为椭圆形、抛物线形或者由折线构成的表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能口腔护理工具的反冲板，其特征在于：所述的反冲板端的高度为10-17mm。
