本发明提供了一种气动流量阀,包括壳体(2)、设在壳体(2)外的手柄(1)、导流板(3)、旋转气缸(4)、充气接头(5)、开度指示针(10)和端盖板(11),设在壳体(2)内的透气布压板(6)、透气布(7)、阀芯(8)和密封条(9),所述的手柄(1)与导流板(3)相连,所述的开度指示针(10)与导流板(3)相连,所述的旋转气缸(4)与端盖板(11)相连,所述的阀芯(8)与密封条(9)相连,所述的透气布压板(6)与透气布(7)相连,所述的阀芯(8)上设有U型槽口(12)。本发明的气动流量阀设计科学合理、结构紧凑。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种气动流动阀,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
气动流量阀是气动开关阀、电动流量阀的统称,主要是由阀体和执行器组成。气动流量阀用作控制库底卸出的物料量,通常与回转阀(开关阀)一起使用。物料先通过一段小斜槽,使物料流态化,然后再进入流量阀,这样可避免在流量控制部分形成料柱。气动流量阀由电动执行器调节开度,可实现远距离控制阀门的开度,以满足系统计量的要求。回转阀主要在物料流量控制系统中作开关用,通常与电动气动流量阀串联配套使用。广泛适用于建材、冶金、电厂脱硫、化工、粮食、玻璃等行业。
现有的气动流量阀容易损坏,且不够灵活。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种气动流量阀。
本发明的气动流量阀,包括壳体(2)、设在壳体(2)外的手柄(1)、导流板(3)、旋转气缸(4)、充气接头(5)、开度指示针(10)和端盖板(11),设在壳体(2)内的透气布压板(6)、透气布(7)、阀芯(8)和密封条(9),所述的手柄(1)与导流板(3)相连,所述的开度指示针(10)与导流板(3)相连,所述的旋转气缸(4)与端盖板(11)相连,所述的阀芯(8)与密封条(9)相连,所述的透气布压板(6)与透气布(7)相连,所述的阀芯(8)上设有U型槽口(12)。
优选地,
所述的阀芯(8)与壳体(2)内壁之间设有衬垫(13)。
本发明的气动流量阀设计科学合理、结构紧凑,阀芯(8)上设有U型槽口(12),调节槽口开度可进行流量控制,开度指示针(10)可批示阀芯开度,阀芯(8)与壳体(2)内壁之间设有衬垫(13),将阀体与阀芯隔开,衬垫与阀芯之间径向间隙可调整,以保证阀芯运转的灵活性。

如图1-4所示,本发明的气动流量阀,包括壳体(2)、设在壳体(2)外的手柄(1)、导流板(3)、旋转气缸(4)、充气接头(5)、开度指示针(10)和端盖板(11),设在壳体(2)内的透气布压板(6)、透气布(7)、阀芯(8)和密封条(9),所述的手柄(1)与导流板(3)相连,所述的开度指示针(10)与导流板(3)相连,所述的旋转气缸(4)与端盖板(11)相连,所述的阀芯(8)与密封条(9)相连,所述的透气布压板(6)与透气布(7)相连,所述的阀芯(8)上设有U型槽口(12)。所述的阀芯(8)与壳体(2)内壁之间设有衬垫(13)。

1.气动流量阀,其特征在于,包括壳体(2)、设在壳体(2)外的手柄(1)、导流板(3)、旋转气缸(4)、充气接头(5)、开度指示针(10)和端盖板(11),设在壳体(2)内的透气布压板(6)、透气布(7)、阀芯(8)和密封条(9),所述的手柄(1)与导流板(3)相连,所述的开度指示针(10)与导流板(3)相连,所述的旋转气缸(4)与端盖板(11)相连,所述的阀芯(8)与密封条(9)相连,所述的透气布压板(6)与透气布(7)相连,所述的阀芯(8)上设有U型槽口(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动流量阀,其特征在于,所述的阀芯(8)与壳体(2)内壁之间设有衬垫(13)。
