本发明公开了一种防霉型营养鱼饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉90-100、大米40-50、虾粉10-14、芹菜叶20-30、海藻10-15、丁香3-4、核桃花序10-12、石膏粉3-4、橄榄油4-5、甘蔗渣10-15、薄荷6-7、食盐4-5、1-10mm苎麻纤维5-6、酵母菌、水适量;本发明的防霉型营养鱼饲料,采用面粉、大米作为主原料,添加的橄榄油可以改善消化系统、促进营养物质的吸收,薄荷具有疏风散热、增进食欲、帮助消化的作用。制得的饲料营养丰富,不易溃散,有利于鱼的采食,且不污染水质,可满足鱼各阶段的微量元素营养需要,提高鱼的消化吸收能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种防霉型营养鱼饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在核桃花序中,粗蛋白质含量为24.89%、粗纤维含量18.08%、粗脂肪含量为3.5%、灰分为13.01%、胃蛋白酶消化率63.65%、17种氨基酸的总量为12.17%、钙含量为0.46%、磷含量为0.57%、维生素B2 含量为2.23 mg/kg、维生素E 含量为7.16 IU/kg。对于饲料行业来说,核桃花序有综合开发价值大、成本低、安全性高的特点。
本发明的防霉型营养鱼饲料,将大米与芹菜叶进行密封处理,可以充分释放出大米与芹菜的营养成分,促进动物对于营养元素的吸收与利用。将丁香提取物添加到物料的发酵中,使得发酵出来的物料不仅具有丁香独有的气味,还提高饲料的消化吸收能力,增加动物的进食与利用率。另外,丁香中所含的一些活性成分具有较强的杀菌能力,能有效抑制一些致腐微生物的生长繁殖。海藻不仅是一种天然补碘饲料添加剂,还能增强鱼饲料的稳定性,防止水质污染。另外,本发明还添加了海藻、石膏粉、丁香等原料,可以有效增加饲料的防霉效果,解决饲料储存上的难题。

本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种防霉型营养鱼饲料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明鱼饲料由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉90-100、大米40-50、虾粉10-14、芹菜叶20-30、海藻10-15、丁香3-4、核桃花序10-12、石膏粉3-4、橄榄油4-5、甘蔗渣10-15、薄荷6-7、食盐4-5、1-10mm苎麻纤维5-6、酵母菌、水适量;
所述鱼饲料的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将大米炒至微黄,制成粉末,加入剁碎的芹菜叶、食盐混合均匀,密封处理5-6天,得混合物料;
(2)将丁香经水提后得丁香水提物,再与面粉、酵母菌、以及制成粉末的海藻、核桃花序混合均匀,得发酵物料;
(3)将石膏粉、薄荷、1-10mm苎麻纤维加入适量水混合,加热煮沸,破碎成浆,得混合浆料;
(4)将甘蔗渣与橄榄油混合均匀后烘干,制粉,得混合粉;
(5)将步骤1的混合物料、步骤2的发酵物料、步骤3的混合浆料、步骤4的混合粉以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的防霉型营养鱼饲料,采用面粉、大米作为主原料,添加的橄榄油可以改善消化系统、促进营养物质的吸收,薄荷具有疏风散热、增进食欲、帮助消化的作用。苎麻纤维具有很好的吸附、抗菌、防霉等作用,应用到饲料的制备中可以提高饲料的粘合度与稳定性,制得的饲料营养丰富,不易溃散,有利于鱼的采食,且不污染水质,可满足鱼各阶段的微量元素营养需要,提高鱼的消化吸收能力。
具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:面粉95、大米45、虾粉12、芹菜叶25、海藻12、丁香3、核桃花序11、石膏粉4、橄榄油4、甘蔗渣14、薄荷6、食盐5、1-10mm苎麻纤维5、酵母菌、水适量;
鱼饲料的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将大米炒至微黄,制成粉末,加入剁碎的芹菜叶、食盐混合均匀,密封处理6天,得混合物料;
(2)将丁香经水提后得丁香水提物,再与面粉、酵母菌、以及制成粉末的海藻、核桃花序混合均匀,得发酵物料;
(3)将石膏粉、薄荷、1-10mm苎麻纤维加入适量水混合,加热煮沸,破碎成浆,得混合浆料;
(4)将甘蔗渣与橄榄油混合均匀后烘干,制粉,得混合粉;
(5)将步骤1的混合物料、步骤2的发酵物料、步骤3的混合浆料、步骤4的混合粉以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,即可。
为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,实施人将200头鱼按照日龄、体重、健康状况、性别比例相同的原则将鱼平均分为实验组与对照组两组,实验组喂本发明的鱼饲料,对照组喂传统鱼饲料,试验期为3个月,试验结果为:生病率降低15%、鱼肉蛋白质含量提高15%、饲料的消化利用率提高13%、饲养成本降低13%,提高了鱼的生长性能。

1.一种防霉型营养鱼饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉90-100、大米40-50、虾粉10-14、芹菜叶20-30、海藻10-15、丁香3-4、核桃花序10-12、石膏粉3-4、橄榄油4-5、甘蔗渣10-15、薄荷6-7、食盐4-5、1-10mm苎麻纤维5-6、酵母菌、水适量。
2.根据权利要求书1所述防霉型营养鱼饲料,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将大米炒至微黄,制成粉末,加入剁碎的芹菜叶、食盐混合均匀,密封处理5-6天,得混合物料;
(2)将丁香经水提后得丁香水提物,再与面粉、酵母菌、以及制成粉末的海藻、核桃花序混合均匀,得发酵物料;
(3)将石膏粉、薄荷、1-10mm苎麻纤维加入适量水混合,加热煮沸,破碎成浆,得混合浆料;
(4)将甘蔗渣与橄榄油混合均匀后烘干,制粉,得混合粉;
