Abstract

Description

本发明涉及用来装液态物品的容器的盖子,它具有获取所述液态物品的结构。
这种盖子本身是已知的。
一般来说,获取液体的结构由使用者用来提取或拔出的舌状物构成,或者是由使用者将其破裂或按压的盖子表面较薄部分构成。
这种布置的缺点,一方面在于,一旦实现获取液体后,开口就不能再闭合;另一方面在于,若不把容器倒过来,通过如此形成的开口来倾倒液体或直接用容器饮用其中的液体常常是非常不方便的。
在路边餐馆或流动餐馆停止营业的情况下,这种具有获取液体结构的容器的应用越来越广泛,当在飞机、火车、轮船或汽车上使用这种容器时,上述缺点是特别令人不愉快的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够获取液体,特别是能够直接用容器饮用液体的容器盖,它不存在上述那些缺点。
本发明目的是通过权利要求1中所确定的结构来实现的。
作为实例,附图示出本发明内容的一个实施例。
图1是容器盖的平面图。
图2是这个盖子沿图1Ⅱ-Ⅱ线呈直径方向的剖面图,一个在其边缘上嵌有前述盖子的容器被部分地表示出来。
图3是类似图2的那种盖子的放大比例的剖面图,以及
图4是这个盖子的更加放大比例的零件剖面图。
盖子用数字1标示,它由弹性变形塑性材料通过模压而制成,呈圆形形状,它有一个垂直截面形状呈U形的褶边1a,用来嵌在同样是塑性材料制成的杯形件2边缘所配置的肋沿2a上。盖子和用凹口同杯形件相结合,实际上形成密封关闭。
盖子1有一个圆弧形的部分1b,它相对于以3表示的盖子的前表面而言是凹陷的,其垂直截面形状差不多呈半圆形。一个倾斜于盖子总体平面的圆弧形的缝隙4被设置在凹陷部分1b的底部,由于该缝隙的倾斜,它的边缘之一,即由1c表示的前面的那个边缘,悬置于后面的以1d表示的另一边缘之上。前缘1c位于构成凹陷部分1b的圆弧凸出的一侧,而缝隙4的后缘1d位于这个圆弧的凹的一侧。
盖子有一个相对于其前表面3凸出来的直径部分1e,它终止于缝隙4的后缘1d的附近,作为通气孔的孔5设置在这个凸起部分1e上。
应当指出,在图3和图4中,盖子的厚度、缝隙4的截面和孔5的直径都是夸大了的,以便使图更加清晰。
本发明的盖子按下述方式来使用:
通过手指,或者当使用者想直接在容器上饮用其内装物时,通过上唇向盖子的凸起部分1e施加一个压力,这就使得盖子变形,使缝隙4打开,这样,就可以通过该缝隙获取液体。应当指出,当使用者直接在容器上饮用时,在他将带有盖子的容器移到嘴边,对准凹陷部分1b时,他的上唇就自然地处在凸起部分1e上。
当作用在1e上的压力被释放后,在盖子的弹性作用下,以及,尤其当涉及热饮料时,在容器内装的液体所产生的超压作用下,缝隙4重新关闭。经验表明,可以将容器倒下,甚至将容器翻转过来,而内装的液体不会发生不合时宜的流出。
当不需要的时候,万一有一点液体偶尔逸出来,由于有了将这些液体收集起来的凹陷部分1b,这些液体不会扩散到整个盖子上。通过施加在凸起部分1e上的新的压力,这些液体被重新放入容器中,在下一次获取时再排出来。
应当指出,凸起的部分1e可以构成某种装饰图案或其它图案的组成部分。该图案本身可以是一种语言或者一个符号的象形部分,该图案或者还可构成一个字母或另一完整的符号。在所示的例子中,1e这部分构成了形状为M的凸起图案的中间部分。
本发明可被应用到适合于每一容器的任何盖子上,例如,在电冰箱中用来保存液态食品的容器,象名称为TUPPERWARE(注册商标)的那种容器。

Claims (7)

1、用来装液态物品的容器的盖,具有获取这些液态物品的一些结构,其特征在于,它由弹性变形材料制成并具有一个相对于盖子的总体平面倾斜的缝隙,前述缝隙的边缘之一即前缘,悬置在另一个边缘即后缘之上,整个结构可以使作用在前述盖子上的压力,作用在前述缝隙的附近,即缝隙后缘的一侧,以及通过手指,或更一般地,在直接用容器饮用液体的情况下通过上唇施加该压力时,能够使缝隙后缘一侧的盖子产生变形,这就打开了缝隙并允许液态物品流过,当压力停止对盖子作用时,在盖子本身弹性作用下,缝隙重新关闭。
2、根据权利要求1所述的盖子,其特征在于,它有一个位于缝隙后缘附近的,相对于盖子前表面的总体平面凸出来的部分,一个用来使缝隙打开的压力就作用在该部分上。
3、根据权利要求2所述的盖子,其特征在于,所说的凸出部分构成塑造在盖子上的某个图案的组成部分。
4、根据权利要求1所述的盖子,其特征在于,盖子具有一个凹陷的部分,在其底部设有前述的缝隙。
5、根据权利要求4所述的盖子,其特征在于,前述凹陷部分的截面差不多呈半圆形。
6、根据权利要求1所述的盖子,其特征在于,前述缝隙是圆弧形的,它的后缘位于前述圆弧的凹的一侧,而它的前缘位于圆弧的凸的一侧。
7、根据权利要求4和6所述的盖子,其特征在于,设有缝隙的凹陷部分同样也是圆弧形的。
