本发明公开了一种管料切断工具,包括管料1和车床尾座5,所述管料1内设有芯轴3,所述管料1的孔径大于型轴3的轴径,所述芯轴3上设有切口槽2,所述芯轴3的端部固接有固定柄4,所述固定柄4固定连接在车床尾座(5)上。本发明通过芯轴、切口槽与固定柄相结合的结构设计,能将切断后的环件套在固定柄上,避免切断后的环件飞离车床造成损害及砸伤操作人员。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管料切断工具,尤其涉及一种用于车床的管料切断工具。
背景技术
车床主要用于加工轴、盘、套和其他具有回转表面的工件。现有车床在对管料进行短环件切断加工时,切断的环件易飞离车床,不仅会对环件造成损害,影响产品质量,而且会砸伤操作人员。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种管料切断工具,避免切断后的环件飞离车床造成损害及砸伤操作人员。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种管料切断工具,包括管料和车床尾座,所述管料内设有芯轴,所述管料的孔径大于型轴的轴径,所述芯轴上设有切口槽,所述芯轴的端部固接有固定柄,所述固定柄固定连接在车床尾座上。
本发明采用的有益效果是:本发明通过芯轴、切口槽与固定柄相结合的结构设计,能将切断后的环件套在固定柄上,避免切断后的环件飞离车床造成损害及砸伤操作人员。

下面结合图1,对本发明做进一步的说明:
如图1所示,一种管料切断工具,包括管料1和车床尾座5,管料1内设有芯轴3,管料1的孔径大于型轴3的轴径,芯轴3上设有切口槽2,芯轴3的端部固接有固定柄4,固定柄4固定连接在车床尾座5上。
本发明在使用时,芯轴2上的切口槽2对应管料1的切断处,切断后的环件套在固定柄4上,当固定柄4上套满环件后,将车床尾座5后退,取下芯轴2,即可取下套在固定柄4上的环件,避免了切断后的环件飞离车床造成损害及砸伤操作人员。

1.一种管料切断工具,包括管料(1)和车床尾座(5),其特征在于所述管料(1)内设有芯轴(3),所述管料(1)的孔径大于型轴(3)的轴径,所述芯轴(3)上设有切口槽(2),所述芯轴(3)的端部固接有固定柄(4),所述固定柄(4)固定连接在车床尾座(5)上。
