Abstract

本发明提供一种适用于户外的结构稳固的便携式太阳灶,包括可折叠的抛物面灶体和支架,所述支架的顶端可拆卸地固定在所述灶体的背面中心,所述支架的底端固定有滑轮;所述支架的下部设置有可收缩支撑机构,该支撑机构包括与支架一体的顶板和至少三根绕支架均匀分布的伸缩杆;所述顶板的底部对应各个伸缩杆设置有垂直于支架的转动轴,所述伸缩杆可绕转动轴转动;因此本发明可拆卸收缩、方便携带、适用于不平整的地面、结构稳固,适合在户外旅行以及野营设备中推广,能更好地保护环境。

一种便携式聚光太阳灶
技术领域
本发明涉及新能源产品领域,特别是涉及一种便携式聚光太阳灶。
背景技术
太阳光能是新能源中应用最广泛的,其应用产品众多,其中太阳灶是其应用时间较长且比较普遍的太阳能产品。由于太阳灶对环境无任何污染,节约煤炭和柴草,减少二氧化碳排放量,不仅解决了燃料问题,还可以大量减少焚烧,保护了环境,维持生态平衡,所以应用特别广泛。
现有的太阳灶大多数为固定安装结构,且体积庞大,不方便携带,因此在户外、野营的装备市场中普及得并不理想;现有的一些可拆卸式的太阳灶结构不稳固,容易发生锅体的倾斜,非常不安全,在使用中对场地的平整度要求较高。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种适用于户外的结构稳固的便携式太阳灶,包括可折叠的抛物面灶体和支架,所述支架的顶端可拆卸地固定在所述灶体的背面中心,所述支架的底端固定有滑轮;所述支架的下部设置有可收缩支撑机构,该支撑机构包括与支架一体的顶板和至少三根绕支架均匀分布的伸缩杆;所述顶板的底部对应各个伸缩杆设置有垂直于支架的转动轴,所述伸缩杆可绕转动轴转动。
本发明还可以采取以下技术措施:
1、为了最大化支撑面,使得整个支架的结构更稳固,所述伸缩杆的顶部为支撑球,支撑球的中心穿过所述转动轴;所述顶板的底端面应支撑球的部分为曲面,各个曲面部分与和其对应的支撑球表面相切。
2、为了保障整个太阳灶的稳固性,所述支架与灶体的可拆卸固定连接方式为:支架的顶部通过螺钉固定在所述灶体的背面中心。
3、为了使得支撑机构与各种平整度的接触地面吻合,所述伸缩杆的底部固定有可压缩垫片;所述垫片的厚度由靠近支架中心的一端向外逐渐变厚。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明在太阳灶的支架底端设置有滑轮,方便在使用中根据需要挪动太阳灶的位置;在支架的底部设置有可收缩支撑机构,解决了太阳灶的大支撑底盘体积大不方便携带的问题;可收缩支撑机构中的伸缩杆作为支撑分部件,伸缩杆的长短根据需要可调整,使得太阳灶可以适用于平整度不一的地面;综上所述,本发明可拆卸收缩、方便携带、适用于不平整的地面、结构稳固,适合在户外旅行以及野营设备中推广,能更好地保护环境。

具体实施方式
为了进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例,并配合附图详细说明如下:
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明的技术方案是提供一种便携式聚光太阳灶,包括可折叠的抛物面灶体10和支架20,支架20的顶端通过螺钉固定在灶体10的背面中心,支架20的底端固定有滑轮21;支架20的下部设置有可收缩支撑机构,该支撑机构包括与支架20一体的顶板22和四根绕支架20均匀分布的伸缩杆23;顶板22的底部对应四个伸缩杆23设置有垂直于支架20的转动轴24,伸缩杆23可绕转动轴24转动;伸缩杆23的顶部为支撑球25,支撑球25的中心穿过转动轴24;顶板22的底端面应支撑球25的部分为曲面,各个曲面部分与和其对应的支撑球25表面相切;伸缩杆23的底端固定有可压缩垫片26,垫片26的厚度由靠近支架20中心的一端向外逐渐变厚,因此其底端面为倾斜的坡面。
本发明的工作过程是:
太阳灶在携带过程中灶体10和支架20被分别收缩起来,其中,灶体10由可拆卸装置的聚光反射面11和锅架12组成,灶体10的聚光反射面11为伞状,其被收缩成收缩的伞状;灶体10的锅架12单独放置,其可用螺钉固定在聚光反射面11的架体上;使用前将支架20取出,选取好放置位置后,将四个伸缩杆23分别拉伸出来支撑在地面30上,拉伸到需要长度的时候锁紧该伸缩杆23;确定整个支架20固定完毕,再将聚光反射面11撑开用螺钉将其固定在支架20的顶端,最后再用螺钉将锅架12固定在聚光反射面11的架体上;这样,就稳固地安装完了整个太阳灶。

Claims (5)

1.一种便携式聚光太阳灶,包括可折叠的抛物面灶体(10)和支架(20),其特征在于:所述支架(20)的顶端可拆卸地固定在所述灶体(10)的背面中心,所述支架(20)的底端固定有滑轮(21);所述支架(20)的下部设置有可收缩支撑机构,该支撑机构包括与支架(20)一体的顶板(22)和至少三根绕支架(20)均匀分布的伸缩杆(23);所述顶板(22)的底部对应各个伸缩杆(23)设置有垂直于支架(20)的转动轴(24),所述伸缩杆(23)可绕转动轴(24)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式聚光太阳灶,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆(23)的顶部为支撑球(25),支撑球(25)的中心穿过转动轴(24);所述顶板(22)的底端面应支撑球(25)的部分为曲面,各个曲面部分与和其对应的支撑球(25)表面相切。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便携式聚光太阳灶,其特征在于:所述支架(20)的顶端通过螺钉固定在所述灶体(10)的背面中部。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便携式聚光太阳灶,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆(23)的底端固定有可压缩垫片(26)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种便携式聚光太阳灶,其特征在于:所述垫片(26)的厚度由靠近支架(20)中心的一端向外逐渐变厚。
