可调转向柱的两个相对滑动金属件(2、3)之间用的减摩元件(1)位于该两个金属件之间并在该两个金属件位于非夹紧状态时,该元件的两个对置的弹性翼缘(7)推开该两个金属件脱离接触,于是该两个金属件便可在用塑料制成的减摩元件上进行相对的自由滑动,而在该两个金属件位于夹紧状态时,翼缘偏转使两个金属件表面之间直接接触,从而产生夹紧摩擦。

Description

可调转向柱的减摩元件及用这种减摩元件的可调转向柱
本发明涉及车辆用的可调转向柱结构的相对滑动件之间的减摩元件以及使用这种减摩元件的可调转向柱。
根据可调转向柱夹紧机构公知的结构,不论倾斜和/或直线调节,在非夹紧状态下,夹紧机构都可使转向柱的一个部件和另一部件之间进行相对滑动,一旦司机调定了所需的位置,这两个部件便夹紧。这两个部件都用金属制成,所以,相对滑动的金属面不可能给司机提供令人满意的“触觉”。
欧洲专利EP-A-0 529 769披露了一种可调转向柱结构的锁紧装置,该装置具有用弹簧相互连接的圆盘形零件来拉动该圆盘形零件分开以便调节转向柱。
本发明的一个目的是提出一个车辆用的可调转向柱结构夹紧机构内两个相对滑动的部件之间的减摩元件。
这种减摩元件位于上述两个相对滑动的部件之间,其中,该减摩元件的形状为一个带有两个弹性翼缘的带槽的衬里,在上述两个部件之一上进行滑动的衬里表面的每一相对侧有一弹性翼缘,上述两个翼缘在衬里自由状态下按一定的角度伸到衬里的该表面,这样,在上述两个部件位于非夹紧状态时,该翼缘便压迫上述两个部件脱离接触,于是这两个部件便可在该减摩元件上进行相对的自由滑动,而在上述两个部件位于夹紧状态时,则该翼缘偏转而可使上述两个部件的表面直接接触,从而产生夹紧摩擦。
本发明的另一目的在于提出一种装有上述减摩元件的可调转向柱。
这种车辆用的可调转向柱配有两个减摩元件,其中一个用于转向柱的倾斜调节,而另一个则用于转向柱的直线调节。
该减摩元件最好用塑料制成,而两个相对滑动的部件则用金属制成。
下面结合附图的实施例来详细说明本发明,附图是:
图1表示车辆用的可调转向柱结构两个相对滑动部件之间的减摩元件的示意透视图。
图2表示在非夹紧状态下位于这两个相对滑动部件之间的图1所示的减摩元件;
图3表示夹紧状态下图2的相同视图;
图4表示装有两个上述减摩元件的可调转向柱结构局剖侧视图,其中一个减摩元件用于转向柱的直线调节,另一个减摩元件则用于转向柱的垂直调节;
图5表示图4所示结构的端视截面图。
如图1所示,减摩元件以带槽和翼缘的塑料衬里1的形状插入车辆可调转向柱两个相对滑动的部件2、3之间。
衬里1大致为矩形并带有适合调节机构的调节杆5的纵槽4,调节杆5与夹紧机构的夹紧柄6(图4、图5)连接。如图4所示,两个衬里1中的一个衬里1A用于转向柱直线调节,而另一个衬里1B则用于转向柱的垂直或倾斜调节。
如图1所示,衬里1有两个对置的翼缘7,在自由状态下,该翼缘从衬里1的上表面8的平面以一定角度伸展。
如图2~图5所示,塑料衬里1位于两个相对滑动的金属件2、3之间,当夹紧机构位于其非夹紧状态时,如图2所示,衬里1的翼缘7压迫件2和3相互脱离接触,于是在衬里1的塑料表面8上以低摩擦地产生相对摆动,而不是在相对滑动金属件直接接触情况下产生较大摩擦阻力。
图3表示夹紧机构处于夹紧状态下的两个金属件2、3,并可看出,通过这两个件2和3相互施压而使翼缘7偏向表面8的平面,于是件2和3的相邻表面相互接触,从而在金属对金属接触中产生高的夹紧阻力。
如前所述,图4表示两个上述的衬里,虽然仅在一个平面内进行调节的机构只需一个这样的衬里。
图5中用2/3表示的件当然是指与垂直调节衬里1B的金属件2夹紧接触的金属件3,也是与直线调节衬里1A结合的金属件3相接触的金属件2。
所以,减摩元件的这种结构具有两用的带槽衬里:即这种衬里作调节用时可提供低摩擦的塑料接触和机构可靠锁紧用时的高摩擦金属接触。

Claims (5)

1.车辆用可调转向柱结构的夹紧机构内两个相对滑动的部件(2、3)之间的减摩元件,该减摩元件位于上述两个相对滑动的部件(2、3)之间,其特征是,该减摩元件的形状为一个带有两个弹性翼缘(7)的带槽的衬里(1),在上述两个部件之一上进行滑动的衬里表面(8)的每一相对侧有一弹性翼缘(7),这两个翼缘在衬里自由状态下按一定的角度伸到衬里的该表面,这样,在上述两个部件位于非夹紧状态时,该翼缘(7)便压迫上述两个部件脱离接触,于是这两个部件便可在该减摩元件上进行相对的自由滑动,而在上述两个部件位于夹紧状态时,则该翼缘偏转而可使上述两个部件的表面直接接触,从而产生夹紧摩擦。
2.按权利要求1的减摩元件,其中该减摩元件用塑料制成。
3.按权利要求1或2的减摩元件,其中该衬里的槽(4)位于该两个部件之一进行滑动的该衬里的表面(8)上。
4.车辆用可调转向柱,其中配有两个减摩元件,其中一个用于转向柱的倾斜调节,而另一个则用于转向柱的直线调节。
5.按权利要求4的可调转向柱,其中可调转向柱用的转向柱夹紧机构包括:第一部件(2);可相对于第一部件滑动的第二部件(3),当转向柱位于夹紧状态时,第一部件与第二部件相互接触;和一个插入第一部件和第二部件之间的减摩元件,当转向柱位于非夹紧状态时,减摩元件偏斜使第一部件(2)和第二部件(3)脱离接触,并在转向柱位于这个非夹紧状态时,两个部件之一与减摩元件保持滑动接触。
