Abstract
本发明涉及一种提高鸡蛋中维生素A含量和提高蛋鸡产蛋率的方法,在蛋鸡的养殖过程中,于蛋鸡基础日粮中添加胡萝卜和桔皮,混均后作为鸡饲料,每天供鸡自由采食,喂养35天后蛋鸡所产的鸡蛋,即为所需鸡蛋;本发明生产的鸡蛋中维生素A含量较普通鸡蛋高。

本发明涉及一种提高鸡蛋中维生素A含量和提高蛋鸡产蛋率的方法。
背景技术
鸡蛋营养丰富,含有蛋白质、脂肪、胆固醇、卵磷脂、维生素和铁、钙、钾等人体所需要的矿物质,长期以来备受人们的青睐。
鸡蛋,是人们日常生活中最好的营养来源之一。
蛋黄颜色是由脂溶性维生素在卵形成期间沉积到蛋黄中形成,鸡本身没有合成这些维生素的能力,它必须从饲料中摄取。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高鸡蛋中维生素A含量和提高蛋鸡产蛋率的方法,蛋黄颜色深、鲜亮;
而且蛋质不同于普通鸡蛋,口感好,备受消费者的青睐,提高销售价格,增加利润。
为实现上述目标,本发明采用的技术方案为:
在蛋鸡的养殖过程中,于蛋鸡基础日粮中添加胡萝卜和桔皮,混均后作为鸡饲料,每天供鸡自由采食,喂养35天后蛋鸡所产的鸡蛋,即为所需鸡蛋;
按重量计,鸡饲料中胡萝卜为9-11%,桔皮1.8-2.2%。
特别地,按重量计,鸡饲料中胡萝卜为10%,桔皮1.5%。
上述的桔皮是干制后粉碎的;
上述的胡萝卜是生的、新鲜的。
上述的基础日粮为蛋鸡全价饲料。
上述的鸡的养殖过程是指蛋鸡产蛋期。
本发明在蛋鸡的养殖过程中摄入维生素,具有以下的优点:
1.本发明所生产的鸡蛋的维生素A含量更高。
2.本发明所述的技术操作简单,只需要将维生素食物加入饲料中,生产的鸡蛋维生素A含量高,Va含量12.000IU/kg,口感好,营养丰富。
3.本发明所述的技术成本低,可大规模实验。
4.本发明所述的鸡蛋较普通鸡蛋色泽好,蛋黄、蛋白透明度、粘稠度均高,口感接近于纯散养的苯鸡蛋。
5.本发明蛋鸡产蛋率有所提高,提高产蛋率2.5%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
选择产蛋率及体重相近的38周龄京粉一号商品蛋鸡,随机分成2组,每组128只。
饲养管理采用开放式鸡舍,4层立体笼养,每天光照16h,每天7:00、12:00和17:00各饲喂1次。自由饮水,每天清粪,刷洗水糟,3天一次带鸡清毒,每笼2只鸡。
以喂食蛋鸡基础日粮(蛋鸡全价饲料,全价饲料购于海城元丰饲料厂)的作为对比组;
实验组:于蛋鸡基础日粮(蛋鸡全价饲料,全价饲料购于海城元丰饲料厂)中添加鲜胡萝卜和干桔皮,混均后作为鸡饲料,每天供鸡自由采食;
按重量计,鸡饲料中鲜胡萝卜为10%,干桔皮2%。
以上二组(每只日投喂量0.26斤,平均分成三次投喂)连续饲喂35天后,提高产蛋率2.5%;每组拿出10枚鸡蛋送检上海谱尼(PONY)测试,实验组鸡蛋Va含量12.000IU/kg。实验组鸡蛋蛋黄颜色深、鲜亮。

1.一种提高鸡蛋中维生素A含量和提高蛋鸡产蛋率的方法,其特征在于:
在蛋鸡的养殖过程中,于蛋鸡基础日粮中添加胡萝卜和桔皮,混均后作为鸡饲料,每天供鸡自由采食,喂养35天后蛋鸡所产的鸡蛋,即为所需鸡蛋;
按重量计,鸡饲料中胡萝卜为9-11%,桔皮1.8-2.2%。
