Abstract
一种导热增强型金属有机框架材料的制备方法,属于纳米复合材料领域。制备方法首先选择性的制备一种比表面积大、微孔比例高的金属有机框架材料;采用“一锅”法对金属有机框架材料进行合成后修饰,调控孔道的极性及所含官能团,并在孔道内部固载金属纳米粒子,实现对金属有机框架材料导热性能的增强;利用金属有机框架材料的超大比表面积和纳米孔道结构吸附工业气体,导热增强型吸附材料能够实现对工业气体吸附与脱附过程中产生的热量快速传递的目的。本发明所制备的金属有机框架工业气体吸附剂,能够高效吸脱附工业气体并有效提高了吸附剂的导热性能,避免吸脱附过程中的热效应对吸附量的影响。本发明方法原材料价廉易得,工艺简单、反应条件温和、适合规模化生产。

背景技术
随着我国经济的迅猛发展以及我国作为全球制造业大国的崛起,作为国民经济基础工业要素之一的工业气体行业在国民经济中的重要地位和作用日益凸显。由于工业气体的密度小,需要将其压缩才能够储存和输送,,常见的存储方法主要有压缩气体(在-50℃下加压包装完全是气态的气体;这一类别包括临界温度小于或等于-50℃的所有气体)、液化气体(在温度大于-50℃下加压包装部分是液态的气体、溶解气体(加压包装溶解于液相溶剂中的气体)、冷冻液化气体(由于其温度低而部分呈液态的气体)等。但是这些存储方式仍有许多安全隐患,例如需要高压、低温等存储条件,同时,对气体压缩、储存的相应设备要求也非常高。
基于吸附原理的新型气体存储方式得到了广泛的关注并迅速发展起来。通常在室温、中低压(<6MPa)条件下,气体能够自动吸附在多孔材料的内表面,且主要发生物理吸附。吸附作用发生的原因是气体分子与固体吸附剂原子之间的作用力。基于吸附的气体存储过程中,选择适宜的吸附剂可以实现在储罐压力低于外界压力时,气体被吸附在吸附剂固体微孔的表面,借以储存;外界压力低于储罐压力时,气体从吸附剂固体表面脱附释放以供应外界需要。其中,气体吸附量是最重要的技术指标,其大小主要取决于吸附剂的孔结构和比表面积。在一定范围内,吸附剂的储气量随比表面积的增加而增大。同时,孔径的大小也影响着气体的净储存量,孔径太大,则孔壁的吸附势小,难以有效吸附气体分子,对增加气体储存密度没有明显的作用;若孔径太小,则吸附的气体分子与孔壁结合力太强,在释放压力下难以脱附,从而减小了有效储气量,因此要得到较高的有效储存量。就必须对吸附剂比表面积和孔径进行优化匹配。金属有机框架材料(MOFs)是由金属节点和有机配体连接而成的具有无限网络结构的骨架材料,具有大比表面积、高孔隙率的特点,最重要的是,MOFs材料的孔径及拓扑结构具有非常灵活的可调控性,可以针对工业气体吸附应用来设计制备其对应的最佳材料,因此MOFs材料被认为是最有推广前景和应用价值的气体存储用吸附剂。
但是,由于气体吸附与脱附过程中伴随着明显的热效应,气体的吸附和脱附可被看作是可逆的过程,吸附过程放热对气体吸附量的提高有不利影响,同时脱附过程中明显的温度降低也将影响气体的释放效率。所以提高吸附剂的导热性能也是推进气体吸附存储技术发展的重要因素。而MOFs材料具有独特的可后修饰的特性,能够通过有机合成手段在已制备的MOFs材料中进行进一步修饰,增加活性位点等。基于金属有机框架材料以上特点,开发一种新型金属有机框架材料作为气体吸附剂,用于解决气体吸附领域存在的由于吸脱附过程产生热效应而降低气体有效吸附量的问题,具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于通过“一锅”法在MOFs材料孔道内部进行合成后修饰并固载金属纳米粒子,获得一类新型导热增强型气体吸附材料,通过金属纳米粒子的高热导率强化热量沿MOFs材料骨架上的传导,从而实现气体吸脱附过程中产生的热量通过吸附剂材料快速传递与扩散,从而解决工业气体存储领域长期存在的吸脱附过程中由于温度变化大,导致的吸附量降低和脱附残余量增加的问题。
本发明技术方案是:1)首先通过调整金属源与有机配体的种类等参数,制备一类微孔比例高,比表面积大的金属有机框架材料。2)通过“一锅”法实现对金属有机框架材料的合成后修饰及孔道内部金属纳米粒子的固载。通过在上述有机金属框架材料孔道内部采用精细有机合成手段进行后修饰,调控孔道的极性及所含官能团,随后加入金属纳米粒子前驱体溶液,在孔道内部固载金属纳米粒子以增强其导热性能,实现对工业气体吸附与脱附过程中产生的热量快速传递的目的。
一种导热增强型金属有机框架气体存储材料的制备方法,具体制备步骤为:
(1)金属有机框架材料的制备:
将金属源前驱体和有机配体如羧酸类或吡啶类溶解或分散于一定的溶剂中,根据不同需要加入特定的添加剂,在室温或40~120℃条件下搅拌或超声10min~240min,然后在特定的容器中温度为10~1000℃、无压力或压力为1MPa~1GPa条件下反应1~120h。将产物离心洗涤,在40~150℃下干燥2~72h后得到金属有机框架材料。其中,金属源前驱体,有机配体和添加剂的摩尔比为1~50:1~50:0~50。
(2)金属有机框架材料的“一锅”法合成后修饰及金属纳米粒子的原位还原:
将制备得到的金属有机框架材料分散于一定的溶剂中,加入一定量的后修饰所需的试剂,在特定的添加剂作用下,在室温或40~150℃下搅拌或超声反应2h~24h,步骤(2)与步骤(1)中的溶剂和添加剂相同。其中,金属有机框架材料,后修饰试剂和添加剂的摩尔比为1~20:5~80:10~100。随后在反应溶液中加入金属纳米粒子的前驱体溶液,在-5~100℃下搅拌或超声30min~240min,加入特定的还原剂溶液反应30min~120min。将产物离心洗涤,将得到的粉末在40~120℃下真空干燥5~48h得到孔道中固载了金属纳米粒子的金属有机框架材料。其中金属有机框架材料,金属纳米粒子前驱体和还原剂的摩尔比为1~50:1~50:4~100。
所述的金属源前驱体包括:硝酸铬,氯化铬,硫酸铬,醋酸铬,硝酸锆,氯化锆,硫酸锆,醋酸锆,硝酸铜,氯化铜,硫酸铜,醋酸铜,硝酸锌,氯化锌,硫酸锌,醋酸锌,硝酸镍,氯化镍,硫酸镍,醋酸镍,硝酸钴,氯化钴,硫酸钴,醋酸钴,硝酸铁,氯化铁,硫酸铁,醋酸铁,硝酸铝,氯化铝,硫酸铝,醋酸铝,硝酸锰,氯化锰,硫酸锰,醋酸锰,硝酸钛,氯化钛,硫酸钛等其中的一种或几种。
所述的有机羧酸配体包括:对苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、均苯三甲酸,均苯四甲酸,苯六甲酸,2-磺酸基对苯二甲酸,2-硝基对苯二甲酸,2-氨基对苯二甲酸,2,5-二吡啶羧酸,2,2'-二羟基-1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸,2,6-萘二羧酸,1,1':4',1″-三联苯-4,4″-二甲酸,2'-氨基-1,1':4',1″-三联苯-4,4″-二甲酸,2'-羟基-1,1':4',1″-三联苯-4,4″-二甲酸,2'-磺酸基-1,1':4',1″-三联苯-4,4″-二甲酸,2,2':5',2″-三吡啶-5,5″-二甲酸,1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸,2-氨基-1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸,2-羟基-1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸,2-磺酸基-1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸,2,2'-联吡啶-5,5'-二甲酸等其中的一种或几种。
所述的有机吡啶配体包括:哌嗪,吡嗪,三乙烯二胺,4,4'-联吡啶,1,3-二(4-吡啶)丙烷等其中的的一种或几种。
所述的将金属源前驱体和有机配体溶解的一定溶剂包括:无水乙醇,无水甲醇,水,二氯甲烷,三氯甲烷,四氢呋喃,乙腈,甲苯,1,4二氧六环,N,N二甲基甲酰胺,N,N二乙基甲酰胺等其中的一种或几种。
所述的添加剂包括:氢氟酸,氢氧化钠,甲酸,醋酸,苯甲酸,聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物,间苯三酚/甲醛和三嵌段共聚物,三乙胺,甲醇等其中的一种或几种。
所述的后修饰试剂包括:3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯基异硫氰酸酯,1,3-丙磺内酯,2-甲基氮丙啶,甲酰氯,乙酰氯,丙酰氯,碘甲烷,苯甲醛,氨基苯甲醛,水杨醛,2-吡啶甲醛,3-吡啶甲醛,吡啶-2-甲酰氯等其中的一种或几种。
所述的金属纳米粒子前驱体包括:硝酸铜,氯化铜,硫酸铜,醋酸铜,氯金酸,氯金酸钾,氯钯酸,氯钯酸钾,氯铂酸钾,硝酸银,硝酸铝,氯化铝,硫酸铝,硝酸铁,氯化铁,硫酸铁,硫酸锌,硝酸锌,硝酸镍,硫酸镍,氯化镁,硫酸镁等其中的一种或几种。
所述的还原剂包括:柠檬酸钠、硼氢化钠、水合肼,氢化铝锂,双氧水,次亚磷酸钠,亚磷酸盐,酒石酸钾,抗坏血酸,甲酰胺,葡萄糖,乙二醇等其中的一种或几种。
本发明的优点在于:1)开发一种新型工业气体吸附材料——导热增强型金属有机框架材料;2)所制备的金属有机框架工业气体吸附剂,能够高效吸脱附工业气体并有效提高了吸附剂的导热性能,避免吸脱附过程中的热效应对吸附量的影响;3)用本发明提供的方法原材料价廉易得,工艺简单、反应条件温和、适合规模化生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
实施案例1
(1)将ZrCl4(0.4g,1.7mmol)溶于75mL的DMF中,超声分散直到溶解;在超声过程中加入2.85mL(850mmol)醋酸;同时,氨基对苯二甲酸(0.311g,1.7mmol)溶解在25mL的DMF中,直到充分溶解;同时倒入250mL的圆底烧瓶中,最后加入去离子水0.125mL(0.007mmol),塞子塞紧瓶口,60℃超声分散一段时间,然后放入到120℃的油浴中静置24h。反应结束后,离心处理,取下层沉淀浸泡在DMF中两小时,离心。然后用乙醇洗涤几次,150℃真空干燥5h,得到UiO-66-NH2。
(2)取UiO-66-NH2(0.2g,0.113mmol)溶于5mL的三氯甲烷中,加入1,3-丙磺内酯(0.144g,1.18mmol),充分搅拌过夜。随后,在冰浴条件下向反应溶液中加入HAuCl4前驱体的水溶液(2.5mL,0.025M),搅拌吸附4h后加入还原剂NaBH4水溶液(10mL,0.05M)。在冰浴条件下继续反应0.5h,反应结束后,将产物离心并用去离子水洗涤3次,真空干燥,得到Au@UiO-66-NH-RSO3H。
(3)将适量Au@UiO-66-NH-RSO3H吸附材料放入内部装有热电偶的适宜大小的密封吸附罐中,将容器密封后通入4MPa的CO2气体,充气时间为20秒,保持15分钟后打开密封阀放气,放气时间为10分钟。重复该过程10次,测试实验过程温度变化。作为对比实验,将吸附材料替换为未负载金纳米粒子的UiO-66-NH2,充放气过程同上,测试实验过程温度变化。
得到的Au@UiO-66-NH-RSO3H的HRTEM图见图1。利用激光瞬态热脉冲法测得UiO-66-NH2和Au@UiO-66-NH-RSO3H材料的导热系数分别为0.308W m-1K-1和1.285W m-1K-1。图2为分别以UiO-66-NH2和Au@UiO-66-NH-RSO3H为吸附材料时充放气过程温度变化曲线,从图中可以看出,以导热增强型的Au@UiO-66-NH-RSO3H为吸附材料时,充放气过程中气罐内部的温度变化比吸附剂为不含金纳米粒子的UiO-66-NH2的温差小,这说明由于金纳米粒子的负载提高了吸附材料的热导率,从而能将气体吸脱附过程中产生的热量快速传导并释放出去,减小气罐内部的温度变化。
实施案例2
(1)将CrCl3(0.27g)和2-硝基对苯二甲酸(0.21g)充分溶解在5mL去离子水中,在室温条件下搅拌30min,将其移到25mL反应釜中,在180℃条件下反应96h,将产物离心,用乙醇与水的混合溶剂洗涤,在60℃的真空干燥箱中干燥24h后得到MIL-101-NO2(Cr)。
(2)取MIL-101-NO2(Cr)(0.1g)和SnCl2·2H2O(3.26g)溶解于20mL乙醇中,在70℃条件下搅拌6h,然后离心分离后再次分散于20mL浓盐酸中。反应结束后,离心得沉淀,随后分散于25mL乙醇中,为保证金纳米粒子在MOFs孔道中可控还原,采用多次吸附还原的方法,减少在MOFs材料表面金纳米粒子的数量。在冰浴条件下加入HAuCl4前驱体的水溶液(0.3mL,0.025M),搅拌吸附2h后加入还原剂NaBH4水溶液(0.75mL,0.1M)。在冰浴条件下继续反应0.5h,将产物离心并用去离子水洗涤3次,重复此过程6次,真空干燥,得到Au@MIL-101-NH2(Cr)。
(3)将适量Au@MIL-101-NH2(Cr)吸附材料放入内部装有热电偶的适宜大小的密封吸附罐中,将容器密封后通入4MPa的CO2气体,充气时间为20秒,保持15分钟后打开密封阀放气,放气时间为10分钟。重复该过程10次,测试实验过程温度变化。作为对比实验,将吸附材料替换为未负载金纳米粒子的MIL-101-NO2(Cr),充放气过程同上,测试实验过程温度变化。
实施案例3
(1)将2-氨基对苯二甲酸(1.636g,5.5mmol)与Zn(NO3)2·4H2O(0.37g,2mmol)和50mL DMF在室温下混合搅拌30min,分装在5个闪烁瓶中,55℃在烘箱中保温96h,之后在每个闪烁瓶中加入CTAB(0.728g,2mmol)55℃加热搅拌直至CTAB完全溶解,然后转移至105℃的烘箱中,保温90min。取出闪烁瓶,分别加入TEA(0.278mL,2mmol),搅拌10min,离心,用溶剂DMF、CHCl3分别洗涤三次,40℃烘箱干燥,再真空干燥,得到IRMOF-3。
(2)取IRMOF-3(0.27g,0.27mmol)分散于20mLCHCl3中,在室温下逐滴加入乙二醛(220mg,40wt%水溶液),搅拌反应24h,实现在IRMOF-3孔道内修饰醛基。随后在反应容器中加入AgNO3前驱体的水溶液(2.5mL,0.025M),搅拌吸附4h后升温至60℃,反应约40s,利用IRMOF-3孔道内的醛基还原Ag+,反应结束后,将产物离心并用去离子水洗涤3次,真空干燥,得到Ag@IRMOF-3。
(3)将适量Ag@IRMOF-3吸附材料放入内部装有热电偶的适宜大小的密封吸附罐中,将容器密封后通入4MPa的CO2气体,充气时间为20秒,保持15分钟后打开密封阀放气,放气时间为10分钟。重复该过程10次,测试实验过程温度变化。作为对比实验,将吸附材料替换为未负载银纳米粒子的IRMOF-3,充放气过程同上,测试实验过程温度变化。
Claims (1)
1.一种导热增强型金属有机框架气体存储材料的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)金属有机框架材料的制备:
将金属源前驱体和有机配体溶解或分散于一定的溶剂中,根据不同需要加入添加剂,在室温或40~120℃条件下搅拌或超声10min~240min,然后在容器中温度为10~1000℃、无压力或压力为1MPa~1GPa条件下反应1~120h;将产物离心洗涤,在40~150℃下干燥2~72h后得到金属有机框架材料;其中,金属源前驱体,有机配体和添加剂的摩尔比为1~50:1~50:0~50;
(2)金属有机框架材料的“一锅”法合成后修饰及金属纳米粒子的原位还原:
将步骤(1)制备得到的金属有机框架材料分散于一定的溶剂中,加入一定量的后修饰试剂,在添加剂作用下,在室温或40~150℃下搅拌或超声反应2h~24h,步骤(2)与步骤(1)中的溶剂和添加剂相同;其中,金属有机框架材料,后修饰试剂和添加剂的摩尔比为1~20:5~80:10~100;随后在反应溶液中加入金属纳米粒子的前驱体溶液,在-5~100℃下搅拌或超声30min~240min,加入还原剂溶液反应30min~120min;将产物离心洗涤,将得到的粉末在40~120℃下真空干燥5~48h得到孔道中固载了金属纳米粒子的金属有机框架材料;其中金属有机框架材料,金属纳米粒子前驱体和还原剂的摩尔比为1~50:1~50:4~100;
所述的金属源前驱体包括:氯化铬、硫酸铬、醋酸铬、硝酸锆、硫酸锆、醋酸锆、硝酸铜、氯化铜、硫酸铜、醋酸铜、硝酸锌、氯化锌、硫酸锌、醋酸锌、硝酸镍、氯化镍、硫酸镍、醋酸镍、硝酸钴、氯化钴、硫酸钴、醋酸钴、硝酸铁、氯化铁、硫酸铁、醋酸铁、硝酸铝、氯化铝、硫酸铝、醋酸铝、硝酸锰、氯化锰、硫酸锰、醋酸锰、硝酸钛、氯化钛,硫酸钛中的一种或几种;
所述的有机配体包括有机羧酸配体和有机吡啶配体,有机羧酸配体包括:对苯二甲酸、邻苯二甲酸、均苯三甲酸、均苯四甲酸、苯六甲酸、2-磺酸基对苯二甲酸、2-硝基对苯二甲酸、2,5-二吡啶羧酸、2,2'-二羟基-1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸、2,6-萘二羧酸、1,1':4',1”-三联苯-4,4”-二甲酸、2'-氨基-1,1':4',1”-三联苯-4,4”-二甲酸、2'-羟基-1,1':4',1”-三联苯-4,4”-二甲酸、2'-磺酸基-1,1':4',1”-三联苯-4,4”-二甲酸、2,2':5',2”-三吡啶-5,5”-二甲酸、1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸、2-氨基-1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸、2-羟基-1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸、2-磺酸基-1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二甲酸、2,2'-联吡啶-5,5'-二甲酸中的一种或几种;所述的有机吡啶配体包括:哌嗪、吡嗪、三乙烯二胺、4,4'-联吡啶、1,3-二(4-吡啶)丙烷中的一种或几种;
所述的将金属源前驱体和有机配体溶解的溶剂包括:无水甲醇、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃、乙腈、甲苯、1,4二氧六环、N,N二乙基甲酰胺中的一种或几种;
所述的添加剂包括:氢氟酸、氢氧化钠、甲酸、苯甲酸、聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷三嵌段共聚物、间苯三酚/甲醛和三嵌段共聚物、三乙胺,甲醇中的一种或几种;
所述的后修饰试剂包括:3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯基异硫氰酸酯,2-甲基氮丙啶,甲酰氯,乙酰氯,丙酰氯,碘甲烷,苯甲醛,氨基苯甲醛,水杨醛,2-吡啶甲醛,3-吡啶甲醛,吡啶-2-甲酰氯中的一种或几种;
所述的金属纳米粒子前驱体包括:硝酸铜、氯化铜、硫酸铜、醋酸铜、氯金酸钾、氯钯酸、氯钯酸钾、氯铂酸钾、硝酸银、硝酸铝、氯化铝、硫酸铝、硝酸铁、氯化铁、硫酸铁、硫酸锌、硝酸锌、硝酸镍、硫酸镍、氯化镁、硫酸镁中的一种或几种;
所述的还原剂包括:柠檬酸钠、水合肼、氢化铝锂、双氧水、次亚磷酸钠、亚磷酸盐、酒石酸钾、抗坏血酸、甲酰胺、葡萄糖、乙二醇中的一种或几种。
