技术领域
本发明涉及一种消防装置,具体地说是一种防火卷帘门。
背景技术
当大楼发生火灾时,火势常通过楼梯门上窜下延,因此,如何有效地在楼梯的各楼层之间设置防火门,以阻止火势和隔断火势的漫延显得十分要紧,但在目前还没有一种阻止火势的自动防火门。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计出一种自动防火卷帘门。
本发明要解决的是大楼发生火灾时,在楼梯的门口处阻止火势和隔断火势漫延的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明包括卷帘,所述的卷帘装于限位滚筒上,限位滚筒上设有热敏启动器连接;所述的热敏启动器包括阀体、设于阀体内的滚筒限位头,滚筒限位头上套有蓄能弹簧,滚筒限位头顶部伸出于阀体且插于限位滚筒的限位孔内,,阀体内设有保压油腔,阀体的上部设有热敏头滚筒限位头。
本发明的优点是:自动有效地在楼梯的门口处阻止火势和隔断火势的漫延。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
  如图所示,本发明包括卷帘1,所述的卷帘1装于限位滚筒4上,限位滚筒上设有热敏启动器3连接;所述的热敏启动器3包括阀体、设于阀体内的滚筒限位头6,滚筒限位头上套有蓄能弹簧7,滚筒限位头6顶部伸出于阀体且插于限位滚筒4的限位孔2内,阀体内设有保压油腔8,阀体的上部设有热敏头9。
所述的防火隔烟雾卷帘门下端装有配重横杠。
所述的热敏头9包括油管10、设于油管10内的密封钢珠11、封于油管10端部的热敏材料石蜡13和设于油管外壁的感温金属鳍片-薄铜鳍片12。
本发明的防火原理是:当火势到达楼梯门时,热量及火烟使高温使热敏材料石蜡13熔化,密封钢珠11因蓄能弹簧7的弹力被上推,滚筒限位头6上移,且从限位滚筒4上退出,这时防火隔烟雾卷帘门因配重横杠的重力作用,自动落下。

Claims (5)

1.一种防火卷帘门,包括卷帘,其特征在于所述的卷帘装于限位滚筒上,限位滚筒上设有热敏启动器连接;所述的热敏启动器包括阀体、设于阀体内的滚筒限位头,滚筒限位头上套有蓄能弹簧,滚筒限位头顶部伸出于阀体且插于限位滚筒的限位孔内,阀体内设有保压油腔,阀体的上部设有热敏头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防火卷帘门,其特征在于所述的防火隔烟雾卷帘门下端设有配重横杠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防火卷帘门,其特征在于所述的热敏头包括油管、设于油管内的密封钢珠、封于油管端部的热敏材料和设于油管外壁的感温金属鳍片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防火自动卷帘门,其特征在于所述的热敏材料为石蜡。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防火自动卷帘门,其特征在于所述的感温金属为薄铜鳍片。
