Abstract
一种灯具金属配件的镀膜方法,它按以下步骤:(1)清洗,(2)上底漆,(3)真空电镀膜,在步骤(2)的基础上,在金属配件的两端打磨、两端各设置一个电连接点;然后放在真空电镀设备中镀铝膜;在真空设备中设置铜、镍或银与铝条一起进行镀膜;(4)上面漆或上色;(5)烘干。在真空电镀膜的工艺步骤中加入铜丝、镍丝或银丝与纯铝配合,完成真空电镀膜工艺;从面实现真空电镀膜在配件的表面上有厚度均匀;在真空电镀膜厚度均匀的情况下,面漆表面均匀、光滑和有光泽。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镀膜方法,尤其是一种灯具金属或塑料配件的镀膜方法。
背景技术
目前现有技术,灯具配件的镀膜方法,存在问题是:镀膜厚度不均匀,成品率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种灯具金属配件的镀膜方法,它具镀膜厚度均匀,成品率高的特点。
本发明的另一目的是:提供一种灯具塑料中空两端开口的配件的镀膜方法,它具镀膜厚度均匀,成品率高的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种灯具金属配件的镀膜方法,它按以下步骤:
(1)清洗,用除蜡水清洗;
(2)上底漆,采用电泳方式上底漆;
(3)真空电镀膜,在步骤(2)的基础上,在金属配件的两端打磨、两端各设置一个电连接点;然后放在真空电镀设备中用铝丝镀铝膜;在真空设备中设置铜、镍或银与铝丝一起进行镀膜;
(4)上面漆或上色,采用电泳方式上面色;
(5)烘干。
一种灯具塑料中空两端开口的配件的镀膜方法,它按以下步骤:
(1)清洗,对配件进行水清洗;
(2)上底漆,铺设导电线,将导电线的一端从穿过配件的内腔,导电线的两端分别与配件固定连接;
(3)真空电镀膜,在步骤(2)的基础上,然后放在真空电镀设备中用铝丝镀铝膜;在真空设置中设置铜、镍或银与铝丝一起进行镀膜;
(4)上面漆或上色,采用电泳方式上面色;
(5)烘干。
本发明一种灯具金属配件的镀膜方法或一种灯具塑料中空两端开口的配件的镀膜方法,在真空电镀膜的工艺步骤中加入铜丝、镍丝或银丝与纯铝配合,完成真空电镀膜工艺;从面实现真空电镀膜在配件的表面上有厚度均匀;在真空电镀膜厚度均匀的情况下,面漆表面均匀、光滑和有光泽。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种灯具金属配件的镀膜方法,它按以下步骤:
(1)清洗,用除蜡水清洗;
(2)上底漆,采用电泳方式上底漆;
(3)真空电镀膜,在步骤(2)的基础上,在金属配件的两端打磨、两端各设置一个电连接点;然后放在真空电镀设备中用铝丝镀膜;在真空设置中还设置铜、镍或银丝;
铜条、镍条或银条重量份比为10:1-6。
(4)上面漆或上色,采用电泳方式上面色。
(5)烘干。
在本实施例中,可以采用阳极电泳或阴极电泳;仅对创造点进行重点描述。
实施例2
一种灯具塑料中空两端开口的配件的镀膜方法,它按以下步骤:
(1)清洗,对配件进行水清洗;
(2)上底漆,铺设导电线,将导电线的一端从穿过配件的内腔,导电线的两端分别与配件固定连接;
(3)真空电镀膜, 在步骤(2)的基础上,然后放在真空电镀设备中用铝丝镀膜;在真空设置中还设置铜、镍或银丝;
铜条、镍条或银丝重量份比为10:1-6。
(4)上面漆或上色,采用电泳方式上面色。
(5)烘干。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的情况下,还可以作出若干改进和变型,这也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种灯具金属配件的镀膜方法,其特征在于:它按以下步骤:
