Abstract

本发明提出了一种拼装式LED吊顶灯,包括上罩、LED灯板、安装主板、扩光面板,安装主板为矩形板,厚度为5-8mm,安装主板的中心处开有第一通孔,安装主版上靠近第一通孔的边缘处开有若干螺纹孔,安装主版上靠近其边缘处开有若干第二通孔,LED灯板靠近其边缘处开有与螺纹孔的位置相匹配的第三通孔,LED灯板通过第一螺纹安装在安装主板的上表面,上罩上设有与第二通孔位置相匹配的螺纹孔,扩光面板上设有与第二通孔位置相匹配的第四通孔,上罩、安装主板、扩光面板通过第二螺栓连接。上罩、LED灯板、安装主板、扩光面板各自独立,安装方便、牢固,在运输过程中,各零件独立,不容易损坏,对于生产厂家来说,降低了因运输损坏造成的成本增加。

技术领域
    本发明涉及LED吊顶灯技术领域,具体涉及一种拼装式LED吊顶灯。
背景技术
LED(发光二极管)是利用半导体材料中的电子空穴结合时的能量带位阶的改变,以发光显示其所释放的能量,具有体积小、寿命长、驱动电低、耗电量少、反应速率快、耐电性佳等优点,为日常生活中各种应用设备中常用的部件。
在中国专利CN201420037748.4中公开了一种LED三防灯,包括灯壳,装设在灯壳下部开口上的扩光面板,装设在灯壳与扩光面板之间的容置空间内的LED灯板,灯壳设有夹层,夹层内装设有稳压电源,LED灯板与稳压电源电连接,灯壳两端各装设有一个进行密封的灯壳端盖,所述稳压电源通过电源接线装置与外部电源相连接,该电源接线装置包括一端与稳压电源连接的第一电源线,装设在第一电源线另一端的第一接头,用于装设在与外部电源相连接的第二电源线一端的第二接头,第一接头与第二接头相插接后使第一电源线与第二电源线导通,还包括与第一接头和第二接头相连接的防水密封套。该灯用于家庭照明,为整体式,体积和质量较大,较笨重,安装时非常不方便,安装在屋顶上还容易掉落。
发明内容
就以上现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种拼装式LED吊顶灯,安装方便牢固。
    一种拼装式LED吊顶灯,包括上罩、LED灯板、安装主板、扩光面板;
安装主板为矩形板,厚度为5-8mm,安装主板的中心处开有第一通孔,第一通孔沿安装主板的厚度方向的横截面为矩形,安装主版上靠近第一通孔的边缘处开有若干螺纹孔,螺纹孔均匀分布,安装主版上靠近其边缘处开有若干第二通孔,第二通孔均匀分布;
LED灯板靠近其边缘处开有与螺纹孔的位置相匹配的第三通孔,LED灯板通过第一螺纹安装在安装主板的上表面;
上罩上设有与第二通孔位置相匹配的螺纹孔,扩光面板上设有与第二通孔位置相匹配的第四通孔,上罩、安装主板、扩光面板通过第二螺栓连接。
    优选地,所述上罩顶部开有第五通孔,第五通孔均匀分布在上罩上,第五通孔的圆心连线为一条直线。
优选地,安装主板上还设置有圆弧过度,圆弧过度位于安装主板的四角处
本发明的有益效果为:上罩、LED灯板、安装主板、扩光面板各自独立,安装时通过螺栓连接,安装方便,可将上罩首先安装在房间的顶板上,再将LED灯板和安装主板拼接、最后将LED灯板和安装主板拼接件、扩光面板安装在在上罩上,安装方便、牢固,在运输过程中,各零件独立,不容易损坏,对于生产厂家来说,降低了因运输损坏造成的成本增加。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,图1为本发明提出的一种拼装式LED吊顶灯的结构示意图;图2为图1所述的一种拼装式LED吊顶灯包含的安装主板的结构示意图。
    参照图1和图2,一种拼装式LED吊顶灯,包括上罩1、LED灯板2、安装主板3、扩光面板4;
安装主板3为矩形板,厚度为5-8mm,安装主板3的中心处开有第一通孔31,第一通孔31沿安装主板3的厚度方向的横截面为矩形,安装主版3上靠近第一通孔31的边缘处开有若干螺纹孔32,螺纹孔32均匀分布,安装主版3上靠近其边缘处开有若干第二通孔33,第二通孔33均匀分布;
LED灯板2靠近其边缘处开有与螺纹孔32的位置相匹配的第三通孔,LED灯板2通过第一螺纹安装在安装主板的上表面;
上罩1上设有与第二通孔33位置相匹配的螺纹孔,扩光面板4上设有与第二通孔33位置相匹配的第四通孔,上罩1、安装主板3、扩光面板4通过第二螺栓连接。
   优选地,所述上罩顶部开有第五通孔,第五通孔均匀分布在上罩上,第五通孔的圆心连线为一条直线。
优选地,安装主板3上还设置有圆弧过度,圆弧过度位于安装主板3的四角处

1.一种拼装式LED吊顶灯,其特征在于,包括上罩(1)、LED灯板(2)、安装主板(3)、扩光面板(4);
安装主板(3)为矩形板,厚度为5-10mm,安装主板(3)的中心处开有第一通孔(31),第一通孔(31)沿安装主板(3)的厚度方向的横截面为矩形,安装主版(3)上靠近第一通孔(31)的边缘处开有若干螺纹孔(32),螺纹孔(32)均匀分布,安装主版(3)上靠近其边缘处开有若干第二通孔(33),第二通孔(33)均匀分布;
LED灯板(2)靠近其边缘处开有与螺纹孔(32)的位置相匹配的第三通孔,LED灯板(2)通过第一螺纹安装在安装主板的上表面;
上罩(1)上设有与第二通孔(33)位置相匹配的螺纹孔,扩光面板(4)上设有与第二通孔(33)位置相匹配的第四通孔,上罩(1)、安装主板(3)、扩光面板(4)通过第二螺栓连接。
2.根据要求1所述的拼装式LED吊顶灯,其特征在于,所述上罩(1)顶部开有第五通孔,第五通孔均匀分布在上罩上,第五通孔的圆心连线为一条直线。
3.根据要求1所述的拼装式LED吊顶灯,其特征在于,安装主板(3)上还设置有圆弧过度,圆弧过度位于安装主板(3)的四角处。
