Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料复合管,包括外管和内管,外管的内侧有圆弧凹槽,内管的外侧有圆弧凸起部,圆弧凸起部在圆弧凹槽内,所述的外管与内管的厚度比为1∶1。本塑料复合管通过聚丙烯材料制成的内管,使该复合管的塑性很强,具有一定的伸缩性,能够抗击水管内的高压,有效防止了爆管现象,用聚氯乙烯材料制成外管,减少了该复合管的制作成本,通过在内管上设计圆弧凸起部,时内管和外管完美地粘合在一起。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料管材,尤其涉及一种塑料复合管。
背景技术
目前塑料管的应用越来越广泛,已经涉及到建筑、工程、日用等各个领域,目前现有技术中的塑料管分为单层和双层的,双层的塑料管,如专利号为CN101979908A的发明专利“复合塑料管”,其内壁是铝材,外部是PE树脂,该塑料管既保留了塑料管放腐蚀、抗老化等特点,又增加了整体钢性强度。但是该复合管的硬度过强,在需要弯折的时只能通过增加接口来实现,操作及其不便,且使用铝材作为内管,制作成本大。
发明内容
针对以上技术问题,本发明提供了一种塑料复合管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种塑料复合管,包括外管和内管,外管的内侧有圆弧凹槽,内管的外侧有圆弧凸起部,圆弧凸起部在圆弧凹槽内,所述的外管与内管的厚度比为1∶1。
进一步的,所述的圆弧凸起部的弧度半径是内管厚度的1/4。
进一步的,所述的外管由聚氯乙烯材料制成。
进一步的,所述的内管由聚丙烯材料制成。
本发明的有益效果在于:本塑料复合管通过聚丙烯材料制成的内管,使该复合管的塑性很强,具有一定的伸缩性,能够抗击水管内的高压,有效防止了爆管现象,用聚氯乙烯材料制成外管,减少了该复合管的制作成本,通过通过在内管上设计圆弧凸起部,时内管和外管完美地粘合在一起。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
一种塑料复合管,包括外管1和内管2,外管1的内侧有圆弧凹槽3,内管2的外侧有圆弧凸起部4,圆弧凸起部4在圆弧凹槽3内,所述的外管1与内管2的厚度比为1∶1,圆弧凸起部4的弧度半径是内管2厚度的1/4,外管1由聚氯乙烯材料制成,内管2由聚丙烯材料制成。
本发明通过外管1上圆弧凹槽3和内管2上圆弧凸起部4的设计,使外管1与内管2完美结合在一起,将外管1比内管2厚,可以保证管道的耐压性能,内管2采用钛合金材料制成,增加了管道的耐腐蚀性和韧性,外管1采用不锈钢材料制成,增强了外管1的耐压性能和使用寿命,外管1和内管2的结合使用,具有耐腐蚀性、韧性和耐压性能,能使管道的使用寿命延长。

1.一种塑料复合管,其特征在于:包括外管(1)和内管(2),外管(1)的内侧有圆弧凹槽(3),内管(2)的外侧有圆弧凸起部(4),圆弧凸起部(4)在圆弧凹槽(3)内,所述的外管(1)与内管(2)的厚度比为1∶1。
2.根据权利1所述的塑料复合管,其特征在于:所述的圆弧凸起部(4)的弧度半径是内管(2)厚度的1/4。
3.根据权利1所述的塑料复合管,其特征在于:所述的外管(1)由聚丙烯材料制成。
4.根据权利1所述的塑料复合管,其特征在于:所述的内管(2)由聚氯乙烯材料制成。
