技术领域:
本发明属于医疗保健养生领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种远红外线艾叶热能铺灸调理垫。
背景技术:
艾灸是一种使用燃烧后的艾条悬灸人体穴位的中医疗法(包括悬灸和直接接触)。用于内科、外科、妇科、儿科、五官科疾病。尤其对乳腺炎、前列腺炎、肩周炎、盆腔炎、颈椎病、糖尿病等有特效。艾灸疗法的适应范围十分广泛,在中国古代是主要治疗疾病的手段。用中医的话说,它有温阳补气、温经通络、消瘀散结、补中益气的作用。
然而现有的艾灸存在以下的问题,传统艾灸艾叶需燃烧,易造成空气污染;温度不稳定易造成皮肤灼伤和其他潜在危险;传统艾灸为单一穴位灸疗,疗效不显著;使用者需他人辅助完成治疗过程;艾叶燃烧迅速,用量大。
发明内容:
本发明正是针对上述问题,提供了一种远红外线艾叶热能铺灸调理垫。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,其由五层组成,依次为外层、药层、加热层、隔热层和外层;药层内中药的组成为,艾叶250g、三棱10~50g、莪术10~50g、石菖蒲10~50g、益智仁10~50g;加热层为远红外加热系统,由纳米碳纤维发热线制成。
所述的外层由负离子面料制成,外层上设置了外置温度调控装置;
所述的加热层内设置有温度控制系统,温度控制系统由温度探头和报警模块组成;具备了超温保护、散热保护和漏电保护三种功能。
所述的隔热层由聚酯棉制成。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明有效解决了现有艾灸灸疗穴位单一,点燃艾灸条容易产生有害气体,会产生危害身体的副作用并且污染环境,燃灸灼伤等安全问题,解决现有艾灸操作繁琐,需两人协作等问题。
加热层采用远红外加热技术,使用时没有烟雾及环境污染;温度可以调控,不会造成皮肤灼伤;采用铺灸方式,不但卫生方便,而且贴敷面大,效果更好;轻松操作,便于携带;远红外线加热,使艾叶的挥发油释放出来被人体吸收,促进全身的血液循环,使得艾灸疗效更大。

具体实施方式:
结合图1可知,本发明由五层组成,依次为外层、药层、加热层、隔热层和外层;药层内中药的组成为,艾叶250g、三棱10g、莪术0g、石菖蒲50g、益智仁10g;
加热层为远红外加热系统,由纳米碳纤维发热线制成。纳米碳纤维发热线的远红外线波长为5-20微米,对人体起到远红外保健和辐射理疗作用,不干燥,节能,对关节腰腿痛,肾功能虚弱等有一定的保健作用。
所述的外层由负离子面料制成,外层上设置了外置温度调控装置;接通电源后,以温度调谐旋钮调节温度的高低,一共由高温到低温设置7个档位,分别为:0℃、10℃、20℃、30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃;以超长波按钮来控制超长波的输入;以电磁波调节旋钮控制电磁波的变化。
所述的加热层内设置有温度控制系统,温度控制系统由温度探头和报警模块组成;具备了超温保护、散热保护和漏电保护三种功能。温度控制系统,将温度控制在60摄氏度以内。温度探头随着外界温度发生变化的特性来测量温度,热电阻的受热部分(感温元件)是用细金属丝均匀地绕在绝缘材料做成的骨架上或通过激光溅射工艺在基片形成。当被测介质有温度梯度时,则所测得的温度是感温元件所在范围内介质层的平均温度。有效防止温度不稳定造成皮肤灼伤及其他潜在问题。
所述的隔热层由聚酯棉制成。
调理垫在使用时,与药层相邻的外层向上,与隔热层相邻的外层向下。

1.一种远红外线艾叶热能铺灸调理垫,其特征在于,其由五层组成,依次为外层、药层、加热层、隔热层和外层;药层内中药的组成为,艾叶250g、三棱10~50g、莪术10~50g、石菖蒲10~50g、益智仁10~50g;加热层为远红外加热系统,由纳米碳纤维发热线制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远红外线艾叶热能铺灸调理垫,其特征在于,所述的外层由负离子面料制成,外层上设置了外置温度调控装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远红外线艾叶热能铺灸调理垫,其特征在于,所述的加热层内设置有温度控制系统,温度控制系统由温度探头和报警模块组成;具备了超温保护、散热保护和漏电保护三种功能。
4.根据权利要求1所述的远红外线艾叶热能铺灸调理垫,其特征在于,所述的隔热层由聚酯棉制成。
