本发明公开了一种轨道运输设备用垂直制动器，在油缸支架一端装有油缸，在油缸支架另一端装有推杆导向板，推杆导向板装在支架上，在支架中装有滑槽，在油缸活塞杆上装有弹簧推板，在弹簧推板上装有推杆，推杆套在推杆导向板中，在弹簧推板与推杆导向板之间的推杆上装有弹簧，在推杆的前端装有双臂钳式制动器，所述的双臂钳式制动器由上制动臂和下制动臂组成，上制动臂和下制动臂连接轴两端设在滑槽中。本发明具有如下的技术效果，该装置采用垂直的安装方式，油缸、油缸支架等部件可安装于轨道运输设备车架上方，不受轨道运输设备车架下方有限空间的限制；该装置结构简单，弹簧与油缸为分体式安装，便于拆装和维护，在非制动状态时，双臂钳式制动器的钳口可提升到轨道面以上，实现轨道运输设备顺利通过普通岔道。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轨道运输设备制动器。
背景技术
轨道运输设备的制动器有两种安装方式：水平安装和垂直安装，传统水平结构安装的制动器在制动过程中，制动力不能完全作用于轨道，其中一部分的力作用于与制动臂连接的缸套、缸筒或者推板，由于受力不均使其产生倾斜，阻碍制动力的传递，而且这种安装方式受安装条件的限制，只能安装在运输设备的车架下面，这样增大了制动器的安装和维护难度。传统的垂直安装制动器，采用多个油缸，左右两边的制动臂不是用一个油缸同时控制，容易引起一边制动臂制动，一边制动臂未制动的情况，影响制动效果，且制动器在非制动的情况下，制动块仅仅处于张开不与轨道接触状态，不能提升到轨道面以上，轨道运输设备不能通过普通岔道。同时这两种制动器的碟簧都安装于油缸内活塞杆上，不便于安装和维护。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轨道运输设备用垂直制动器
本发明的技术方案是，一种轨道运输设备用垂直制动器，在油缸支架一端装有油缸，在油缸支架另一端装有推杆导向板，推杆导向板装在支架上，在支架中装有滑槽，在油缸活塞杆上装有弹簧推板，在弹簧推板上装有推杆，推杆套在推杆导向板中，在弹簧推板与推杆导向板之间的推杆上装有弹簧，在推杆的前端装有双臂钳式制动器，所述的双臂钳式制动器由上制动臂和下制动臂组成，上制动臂和下制动臂连接轴两端设在滑槽中。
在双臂钳式制动器的钳口装有摩擦片。
本发明具有如下的技术效果，该装置采用垂直的安装方式，油缸、油缸支架等部件可安装于轨道运输设备车架上方，不受轨道运输设备车架下方有限空间的限制；该装置结构简单，碟簧与油缸为分体式安装，便于拆装和维护，在非制动状态时，制动块可提升到轨道面以上，实现安装有本制动器的轨道运输制动车可顺利通过普通岔道。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种轨道运输设备用垂直制动器，在油缸支架3一端装有油缸1，在油缸支架3另一端装有推杆导向板3－1，推杆导向板3－1装在支架7上，在支架7中装有滑槽7－1，在油缸活塞杆2上装有弹簧推板5，在弹簧推板5上装有推杆6，推杆6套在推杆导向板3－1中，在弹簧推板5与推杆导向板3－1之间的推杆6上装有弹簧4，在推杆6的前端装有双臂钳式制动器8，所述的双臂钳式制动器8由上制动臂8-1和下制动臂8-2组成，上制动臂8-1和下制动臂8-2连接轴9两端设在滑槽7－1中，在双臂钳式制动器8的钳口装有摩擦片10。
正常工作时，向油缸1中注入油液，压力油推动活塞杆2向下运动，从而推动弹簧推板5和推杆6向下移动，弹簧4被压缩，连接上制动臂8-1和下制动臂8-)的销轴9在滑槽7－1向两侧运动，双臂钳式制动器8张开，双臂钳式制动器8的钳口向两侧等距离移动并提升到轨道13面以上，轨道运输设备能通过普通岔道顺利运行。当需制动时，释放油缸1中的压力油，弹簧4的作用力推动弹簧推板5向上运动，推杆6随之向上移动，双臂钳式制动器8的钳口收拢，摩擦片10夹紧轨道13两侧面，实现制动。

1.一种轨道运输设备用垂直制动器，其特征在于：在油缸支架(3)一端装有油缸(1)，在油缸支架(3)另一端装有推杆导向板(3－1)，推杆导向板(3－1)装在支架(7)上，在支架(7)中装有滑槽(7－1)，在油缸活塞杆(2)上装有弹簧推板(5)，在弹簧推板(5)上装有推杆(6)，推杆(6)套在推杆导向板(3－1)中，在弹簧推板(5)与推杆导向板(3－1)之间的推杆(6)上装有弹簧(4)，在推杆(6)的前端装有双臂钳式制动器(8)，所述的双臂钳式制动器(8)由上制动臂(8-1)和下制动臂(8-2)组成，上制动臂(8-1)和下制动臂(8-2)连接轴(9)两端设在滑槽(7－1)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道运输设备用制动器，其特征在于：在双臂钳式制动器(8)的钳口装有摩擦片(10)。
