Abstract

一种电子装置,包括一机箱、一装设于机箱内的电路板及一风扇模组,机箱包括一侧板,侧板邻近电路板处开设一开口,电路板设有一对应该开口的风扇接口,风扇模组包括一风扇及一收容风扇的风扇盒,风扇盒包括一收容件,收容件的两端分别设有一弹扣部,弹扣部上设有卡块,安装风扇模组时,将风扇模组置入机箱的开口内,按压风扇模组,弹扣部发生弹性变形直至卡块越过侧板后卡抵于侧板的内侧,风扇的连接器插接于电路板的风扇接口,需要拆卸风扇模组时,相向按压弹扣部,使弹扣部发生弹性变形直至卡块脱离与侧板的卡抵,进而可将风扇模组自机箱的开口中取出。相较现有技术,本发明电子装置不用拆卸盖板即可方便的对风扇进行更换安装,操作方便。

本发明涉及一种电子装置。
背景技术
电子装置(如电脑、服务器)在更换故障风扇时,必须先把上盖完全打开,不仅操作繁琐,而且在没有上盖情况下更换风扇,将扰乱系统内部的散热气流,造成系统内部电子组件过热。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种便于更换安装风扇模组的电子装置。
一种电子装置,包括一机箱、一装设于机箱内的电路板及一风扇模组,机箱包括一侧板,侧板邻近电路板处开设一开口,电路板设有一对应该开口的风扇接口,风扇模组包括一风扇及一收容风扇的风扇盒,风扇盒包括一收容件,收容件的两端分别设有一弹扣部,弹扣部上设有卡块,安装风扇模组时,将风扇模组置入机箱的开口内,并使风扇的连接器对准电路板上的风扇接口,按压风扇模组,弹扣部发生弹性变形直至卡块越过侧板后卡抵于侧板的内侧,风扇的连接器插接于电路板的风扇接口,需要拆卸风扇模组时,相向按压弹扣部,使弹扣部发生弹性变形直至卡块脱离与侧板的卡抵,进而可将风扇模组自机箱的开口中取出。
相较现有技术,本发明电子装置不用拆卸盖板即可方便的对风扇模组进行更换安装,操作方便。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,本发明电子装置的较佳实施方式包括一机箱10、一固定于机箱10内的电路板20及一风扇模组30。
机箱10包括一侧板11,侧板11邻近电路板处开设一开口111并于该开口111的两侧各设有一凹陷部113。在本实施方式中,机箱10为一服务器机箱,侧板11为服务器机箱的底板或者盖板。
电路板20对应开口111设有一风扇接口22。
请一并参阅图2,风扇模组30包括一风扇31及一收容风扇31的风扇盒32。风扇31设有一线缆311并于线缆的末端设置一连接器312。风扇盒32包括一收容件321及一与收容件321相互扣合的扣件323。
收容件321包括一主体板3211、自主体板3211的两侧同向垂直延伸形成的两侧板3212、自主体板3211的两端同向垂直延伸形成的两端板3213以及分别设置于两端板3213外侧的两弹扣部3214。每一侧板3212的远离主体板3211的一侧缘凸设两卡钩3215。每一端板3213开设有一半圆形的通风口利于风扇31装上后风流通过。每一弹扣部3214包括一概呈U形的弹性部3216及一自该弹性部3216的U形的底部向外延伸形成的与主体板3211平行的手柄3217。弹性部3216于U形的底部向外凸设两楔形的卡块3219,弹性部3216包括两弹性臂3218。其中一弹扣部3214的两弹性臂3218直接连接于一端板3213的外侧。另一端板3213的外侧向外垂直凸设一与主体板3211平行的连接板3220,另一弹扣部3214的两弹性臂3218连接于该连接板3220的远离端板3213的一侧缘的两端。该连接板3220上开设一固定孔3221。
扣件323包括一底壁3231及自底壁3231的两侧垂直延伸形成的两侧壁3232,每一侧壁3232于远离底壁3231处开设两间隔的扣孔3233。
请一并参阅图3,组装该风扇模组30时,将风扇31置于收容件321内,将扣件323扣合于收容件321以将风扇31进行固定。收容件321的卡钩3215分别扣合于扣件323的扣孔3233内。风扇31的连接器312卡固于连接板3220的固定孔3221内。
请一并参阅图4及图5,需要安装风扇模组30时,将风扇模组30置入机箱10的开口111内,并使风扇31的连接器312对准电路板20上的风扇接口22。按压风扇模组30,开口111的侧壁分别抵接弹性臂3218使弹性臂3218发生弹性变形,直至卡块3219越过侧板11,弹性臂3218恢复形变使卡块3219卡抵于侧板11的内侧。手柄3217分别收容于开口111两侧的两凹陷部113内。风扇31的连接器312插入电路板20上的风扇接口22。
需要拆卸风扇模组30时,手指同时相向按压手柄3217,使弹性臂3218发生弹性变形直至卡块3219脱离与侧板11的卡抵,进而可将风扇模组30自机箱10的开口111中取出。
本发明电子装置不用拆卸侧板11即可方便的对风扇模组30进行更换安装,当服务器置于机架的底部时,可将开口111开设于机箱10的盖板,方便从上对风扇模组30进行操作;当服务器置于机架的顶部时,可将开口111开设于机箱10的底部,不需借助梯子即可从下面对风扇模组30进行操作,操作方便。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子装置,包括一机箱、一装设于机箱内的电路板及一风扇模组,机箱包括一侧板,侧板邻近电路板处开设一开口,电路板设有一对应该开口的风扇接口,风扇模组包括一风扇及一收容风扇的风扇盒,风扇盒包括一收容件,收容件的两端分别设有一弹扣部,弹扣部上设有卡块,安装风扇模组时,将风扇模组置入机箱的开口内,并使风扇的连接器对准电路板上的风扇接口,按压风扇模组,弹扣部发生弹性变形直至卡块越过侧板后卡抵于侧板的内侧,风扇的连接器插接于电路板的风扇接口,需要拆卸风扇模组时,相向按压弹扣部,使弹扣部发生弹性变形直至卡块脱离与侧板的卡抵,进而可将风扇模组自机箱的开口中取出。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:弹扣部包括一概呈U形的弹性部及一自该弹性部的U形的底部向外延伸形成的与主体板平行的手柄,卡块概呈楔形并形成于弹性部的U形的底部。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于:侧板于该开口的两侧各设有一凹陷部,风扇模组安装于该开口内时,手柄收容于对应的凹陷部内。
4.如权利要求2所述的电子装置,其特征在于:收容件包括一主体板、自主体板的两侧同向垂直延伸形成的两侧板及自主体板的两端同向垂直延伸形成的两端板,弹性部包括两弹性臂,其中一弹扣部的两弹性臂直接连接于一端板的外侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子装置,其特征在于:收容件的另一端板的外侧向外垂直凸设一与主体板平行的连接板,另一弹扣部的两弹性臂连接于该连接板的远离端板的一侧缘的两端。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该连接板上开设一固定孔,风扇包括一线缆及一连接器,连接器固定于该固定孔内。
7.如权利要求4所述的电子装置,其特征在于:风扇盒还包括一与收容件相互扣合以夹置风扇的扣件,收容件的每一侧板的远离主体板的一侧缘凸设两卡钩,扣件包括一底壁及自底壁的两侧垂直延伸形成的两侧壁,每一侧壁于远离底壁处开设两间隔的扣孔,收容件的卡钩分别钩扣于扣件的扣孔内。
8.如权利要求4所述的电子装置,其特征在于:收容件的每一端板开设有一半圆形的通风口。
