本发明提供一种枇杷酒,所述枇杷酒由以下质量份数的各组分制备而成:枇杷果实3-5份、枇杷叶0.7-0.9份、川贝1.2-1.5份、黄皮果树叶0.4-0.6份、白酒10-12份。本发明还提供其制备方法。本发明的枇杷酒具有很好的润肺止咳功效,口感良好;使人们在饮酒的同时能够获得一定的保健功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种枇杷酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
成熟的枇杷味道甜美,营养颇丰,有各种果糖、葡萄糖、钾、磷、铁、钙以及维生素A、B、C等。当中胡萝卜素含量在各水果中为第三位。中医认为枇杷果实有润肺、止咳、止渴的功效。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种枇杷酒;为此,本发明还提供其制备方法。
本发明提供一种枇杷酒,所述枇杷酒由以下质量份数的各组分制备而成:枇杷果实3-5份、枇杷叶0.7-0.9份、川贝1.2-1.5份、黄皮果树叶0.4-0.6份、白酒10-12份。
优选地,所述枇杷酒由以下质量份数的各组分制备而成:枇杷果实4份、枇杷叶0.8份、川贝1.3份、黄皮果树叶0.5份、白酒11份。
本发明还提供上述枇杷酒的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的枇杷果实、枇杷叶、川贝、黄皮果树叶洗净、干燥,粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的各组分加入配方量的白酒中,将混合液装入发酵罐中密封发酵,发酵温度为20-25℃,发酵时间为15-20天;过滤后继续发酵10-15天,高压灭菌后得到本发明的枇杷酒。
本发明的枇杷酒具有很好的润肺止咳功效,口感良好;使人们在饮酒的同时能够获得一定的保健功效。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1
本发明的枇杷酒的配方如下:
枇杷果实4kg、枇杷叶0.8kg、川贝1.3kg、黄皮果树叶0.5kg、白酒11kg。
本发明的枇杷酒的制备方法为:
(1)将枇杷果实4kg、枇杷叶0.8kg、川贝1.3kg、黄皮果树叶0.5kg洗净、干燥,粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的各组分加入11kg白酒中,将混合液装入发酵罐中密封发酵,发酵温度为22℃,发酵时间为18天;过滤后继续发酵12天,高压灭菌后得到本发明的枇杷酒。
实施例2
本发明的枇杷酒的配方如下:
枇杷果实3kg、枇杷叶0.7kg、川贝1.5kg、黄皮果树叶0.4kg、白酒12kg。
本发明的枇杷酒的制备方法为:
(1)将枇杷果实3kg、枇杷叶0.7kg、川贝1.5kg、黄皮果树叶0.4kg洗净、干燥,粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的各组分加入12kg白酒中,将混合液装入发酵罐中密封发酵,发酵温度为20℃,发酵时间为20天;过滤后继续发酵10天,高压灭菌后得到本发明的枇杷酒。
实施例3
本发明的枇杷酒的配方如下:
枇杷果实5kg、枇杷叶0.9kg、川贝1.2kg、黄皮果树叶0.6kg、白酒10kg。
本发明的枇杷酒的制备方法为:
(1)将枇杷果实5kg、枇杷叶0.9kg、川贝1.2kg、黄皮果树叶0.6kg洗净、干燥,粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的各组分加入10kg白酒中,将混合液装入发酵罐中密封发酵,发酵温度为25℃,发酵时间为15天;过滤后继续发酵15天,高压灭菌后得到本发明的枇杷酒。

1.一种枇杷酒,其特征在于:所述枇杷酒由以下质量份数的各组分制备而成:枇杷果实3-5份、枇杷叶0.7-0.9份、川贝1.2-1.5份、黄皮果树叶0.4-0.6份、白酒10-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的枇杷酒,其特征在于:所述枇杷酒由以下质量份数的各组分制备而成:枇杷果实4份、枇杷叶0.8份、川贝1.3份、黄皮果树叶0.5份、白酒11份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的枇杷酒的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的枇杷果实、枇杷叶、川贝、黄皮果树叶洗净、干燥,粉碎;
(2)将粉碎后的各组分加入配方量的白酒中,将混合液装入发酵罐中密封发酵,发酵温度为20-25℃,发酵时间为15-20天;过滤后继续发酵10-15天,高压灭菌后得到本发明的枇杷酒。
