Abstract
本发明涉及一种水性防腐涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:BH-620水分散型环氧树脂100-200、磷酸锌10-20份、磷酸铝10-20份、BZ-1250超细滑石粉1-5份、R-930钛白粉1-10份和防腐助剂1-10份。本发明所述的水性防腐涂料具有较好的防腐效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种水性防腐涂料。
背景技术
钢结构工程是以钢材制作为主的结构,是现代主要的建筑结构类型之一。全球每年的钢材产量超过10亿吨,估计每年因腐蚀报废的钢铁设备约相当于年产量的30%,其中约1/3由于无法回收而永久的损失掉了,所带来的经济损失高达万亿美元。除了大量钢结构处于户外遭受大气腐蚀以外,在海岸周边及化工生产中的金属设备受到酸、碱、盐等腐蚀性介质的侵蚀尤为严重。这不仅需投入大量的财力和人力进行常年性的防腐蚀维护,而且还有潜在的安全隐患。
就现在的科学技术存量而一言从钢结构本身着手来解决腐蚀问题很不现实,一般不锈钢的造价昂贵,价格为同规格普通优质钢材的几倍到十几倍,而且使用寿命有限。其他的耐腐蚀性材料则主要存在强度不够,使用寿命有限,经济性差等一系列问题,而采用涂料涂装来防止金属腐蚀是应用最广泛、最有效、经济的手段。又因为溶剂型涂料中的有机挥发物对大气的污染。所以,研制使用寿命长、价格低廉、安全无毒、节能环保、施工方便、适用范围广的新型水性钢构防腐涂料十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性防腐涂料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种水性防腐涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:BH-620水分散型环氧树脂100-200份、磷酸锌10-20份、磷酸铝10-20份、BZ-1250超细滑石粉1-5份、R-930钛白粉1-10份和防腐助剂1-10份。
优选地,本发明所述的水性防腐涂料由下列重量份的原料制成:BH-620水分散型环氧树脂150份、磷酸锌15份、磷酸铝10份、BZ-1250超细滑石粉2份、R-930钛白粉6份和防腐助剂2份。
更优选地,所述防腐助剂为4,5,6,7-四氢噻吩并[3,2-C]吡啶盐酸盐。
最优选地,所述水性防腐涂料可以制成白色涂料。
本发明所述的水性防腐涂料具有较好的防腐效果,在工业应用上具有广阔的前景。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取磷酸锌15克、磷酸铝10克,加入200ml浓度为2重量%的氨水中,在2500r/min的高速分散下搅拌12h,然后用1000目的过滤网对上述混合液进行过滤,向滤液中加入BH-620水分散型环氧树脂150克、BZ-1250超细滑石粉2克、R-930钛白粉6克和4,5,6,7-四氢噻吩并[3,2-C]吡啶盐酸盐2克,在500r/min下搅拌20分钟然后用砂磨机砂磨,用刮板细度计检测细度,砂磨至50μm以下,经200目滤网过滤,包装即得涂料成品。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备水性防腐涂料,不同之处在于不使用4,5,6,7-四氢噻吩并[3,2-C]吡啶盐酸盐。
实验例
根据GB/T 9274-88标准规定测定耐酸性,根据GB 9265-88标准规定测定耐碱性,根据GB 1763-79标准规定来测定耐盐水性。
实施例1中的涂料的耐酸性、耐碱性和耐盐水性均在1200小时无异常,而实施例2的涂料的耐酸性、耐碱性和耐盐水性均在480小时无异常。两者相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。这说明,防腐助剂的加入大大强化了涂料的防腐效果。
Claims (4)
1.一种水性防腐涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:BH-620水分散型环氧树脂100-200份、磷酸锌10-20份、磷酸铝10-20份、BZ-1250超细滑石粉1-5份、R-930钛白粉1-10份和防腐助剂1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性防腐涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:BH-620水分散型环氧树脂150份、磷酸锌15份、磷酸铝10份、BZ-1250超细滑石粉2份、R-930钛白粉6份和防腐助剂2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水性防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述防腐助剂为4,5,6,7-四氢噻吩并[3,2-C]吡啶盐酸盐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水性防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述水性防腐涂料可以制成白色涂料。
