背景技术
现有双轴撕碎机，其刀辊容易被腐蚀和磨损，使双轴撕碎机不能长期运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双轴撕碎机，其刀辊凃覆有保护膜，使刀辊具有优异的耐腐蚀性能和耐磨性能，使双轴撕碎机能长期运行。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种双轴撕碎机，包括箱体，箱体内设有刀辊，刀辊配有驱动装置，刀辊上还设有多个刀片；
所述刀辊凃覆有保护膜，按重量份计，所述保护膜由以下组分组成：
4.6份W型乙基纤维素树脂，
1.7份四氟硼酸四乙胺，
0.6份十二烯基丁二酸，
1.2份乙烯基羧酸酯，
0.3份偏硼酸钡，
0.7份丙烯酸辛酯。
