Abstract

本发明提供一种大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺，具体步骤如下，1）将钢锭锻成八方锻坯，八方锻坯八个侧面顺次为第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面、第四侧面、第五侧面、第六侧面、第七侧面和第八侧面；2）采用两个砧块对八方锻坯进行锻压，每个砧块包括三个工作面，三个工作面顺次连接整体呈“︺”形布置，位于两侧的两工作面互相垂直，两个砧块分别对八方锻坯的第一侧面和第五侧面进行锻压使得第一侧面和第五侧面向下凹陷均形成“︺”形缺口，“︺”形缺口厚度方向上贯穿锻件，两个砧块分别对八方锻坯的第三侧面和第七侧面进行锻压使得第三侧面和第七侧面向下凹陷均形成“︺”形缺口，“︺”形缺口厚度方向上贯穿锻件；3）对锻件进行精整，完成锻造。

大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺
技术领域    
本发明属于大型锻件锻造成形技术领域，具体涉及大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺。
背景技术   
图1示出了大型十字型锻件的结构图，这类锻件最大特点是锻件整体呈十字型，四个方向有相同或相近尺寸延伸段。根据经验，目前国内外关于此类锻件自由锻工艺通常采用整体包裹法，将此类锻件锻成八方锻坯（如图2）或者四方锻坯（如图3），最终采用机械加工的方法将此锻件加工成零件形状。
对于此类零件的生产，这种锻造工艺的缺点如下：
（1）浪费大量原材料；
（2）机械加工时间增加，生产效率较低；
（3）无法保证设计所提出的锻件应尽可能保证锻件纤维性的技术要求，切断了锻件的组织纤维，使产品的力学性能大大降低，影响使用寿命。
发明内容   
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺，提高产品的力学性能，减少机械加工量。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：
一种大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺，具体步骤如下，
1）将钢锭锻成八方锻坯，八方锻坯八个侧面顺次为第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面、第四侧面、第五侧面、第六侧面、第七侧面和第八侧面；
2）采用两个砧块对八方锻坯进行锻压，每个砧块包括三个工作面，三个工作面顺次连接整体呈“︺”形布置，位于两侧的两工作面互相垂直，
两个砧块分别对八方锻坯的第一侧面和第五侧面进行锻压使得第一侧面和第五侧面向下凹陷均形成“︺”形缺口，“︺”形缺口厚度方向上贯穿锻件，
两个砧块分别对八方锻坯的第三侧面和第七侧面进行锻压使得第三侧面和第七侧面向下凹陷均形成“︺”形缺口，“︺”形缺口厚度方向上贯穿锻件；
3）对锻件进行精整，完成锻造。
上述大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺，钢锭的重量=大型十字型锻件重量+锻造余量。
上述大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺，砧块为横断面为等腰梯形的柱体。
采用砧块对八方锻坯进行锻压，在八方锻坯上锻压出四个厚度方向上贯穿锻件的“︺”形缺口，由于在砧块上位于两侧的两工作面互相垂直，故经过上述锻压后，锻件呈十字形，然后精整，完成锻造。本发明采用自由锻的方法将大型十字型锻件四个方向的延伸段尽可能锻至接近零件形状尺寸，以保证锻件纤维性技术要求，提高产品的力学性能，延长使用寿命，同时降低锻件重量，减少机械加工时间。

具体实施方式
如图1以及图4至图7所示，一种大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺，具体步骤如下，
1）将钢锭锻成八方锻坯（如图5所示），八方锻坯八个侧面顺次为第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面、第四侧面、第五侧面、第六侧面、第七侧面和第八侧面；
2）采用两个砧块（1和2）对八方锻坯进行锻压，如图7所示，每个砧块包括三个工作面，三个工作面顺次连接整体呈“︺”形布置，位于两侧的两工作面互相垂直，三个工作面在砧块厚度方向的尺寸均大于八方锻坯厚度，
如图6所示，两个砧块分别对八方锻坯的第一侧面和第五侧面进行锻压使得第一侧面和第五侧面向下凹陷均形成“︺”形缺口，“︺”形缺口厚度方向上贯穿锻件，
两个砧块分别对八方锻坯的第三侧面和第七侧面进行锻压使得第三侧面和第七侧面向下凹陷均形成“︺”形缺口，“︺”形缺口厚度方向上贯穿锻件；
3）对锻件进行精整，完成锻造。
钢锭的重量=大型十字型锻件重量+锻造余量，如图4所示，考虑锻造余量后绘制出的锻件形状。根据绘制出的锻件形状和重量计算出八方锻坯，然后根据八方锻坯确定钢锭。
具体地，砧块为横断面为等腰梯形的柱体。

Claims (3)

1.一种大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺，其特征在于：具体步骤如下，
1）将钢锭锻成八方锻坯，八方锻坯八个侧面顺次为第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面、第四侧面、第五侧面、第六侧面、第七侧面和第八侧面；
2）采用两个砧块对八方锻坯进行锻压，每个砧块包括三个工作面，三个工作面顺次连接整体呈“︺”形布置，位于两侧的两工作面互相垂直，三个工作面在砧块厚度方向的尺寸均大于八方锻坯厚度，
两个砧块分别对八方锻坯的第一侧面和第五侧面进行锻压使得第一侧面和第五侧面向下凹陷均形成“︺”形缺口，“︺”形缺口厚度方向上贯穿锻件，
两个砧块分别对八方锻坯的第三侧面和第七侧面进行锻压使得第三侧面和第七侧面向下凹陷均形成“︺”形缺口，“︺”形缺口厚度方向上贯穿锻件；
3）对锻件进行精整，完成锻造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大型十字型锻件自由锻工艺，其特征在于：钢锭的重量=大型十字型锻件重量+锻造余量。
