Abstract
本发明公开一种土壤重金属吸附剂,按重量份计其组分为:柠檬酸25~35份,生物炭15~25份,木质素15~25份,甲壳质5~15份,沸石5~15份,天冬氨酸5~15份。采用柠檬酸和天冬氨酸等原料,配方合理,彻底强力吸附土壤中的重金属元素,使土壤变得疏松结固,同时增加土壤的营养元素;本吸附剂使用方法简单,适用范围广,且成本低,特别适合吸附土壤中重金属之用。

技术领域
本发明涉及土壤改良剂技术领域,具体涉及一种土壤重金属吸附剂。
背景技术
随着我国电镀、电子工业、冶金工业灯工业的发展,以及农作物肥料大量使用,土壤重金属的污染问题十分突出。土壤重金属特别是镉含量的增加会使土壤中细菌、固氮菌的数量明显减少,会破坏植物体中的叶绿素,减少根系对水分和养分的吸收,抑制根系对氮的固定和硝酸还原酶活性。镉通过食物链进入人体后,与人体内的特定蛋白质及各种酶发生强烈反应使它们失去活性,并在人体某些器官中积蓄起来造成慢性中毒,同时还干扰铜、钴、锌在体内的正常代谢,诱发各种疾病,甚至死亡。
目前,土壤的重金属污染治理主要有:客土法,该方法只适用于污染面积不大的土壤,成本高、操作复杂;翻耕法,该方法具有一定的局限性,不适合耕层下面的污染物浓度高或者土层浅薄的情况;农业生态修复措施,该方法修复时间比较长、效果也不理想;此外,这些方法工艺程序相对比较复杂。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种适用范围广、成本低、效果显著的土壤重金属吸附剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种土壤重金属吸附剂,按重量份计其组分为:柠檬酸25~35份,生物炭15~25份,木质素15~25份,甲壳质5~15份,沸石5~15份,天冬氨酸5~15份。
作为优选成分,金属吸附剂按重量份计其组分为:柠檬酸27~33份,生物炭17~23份,木质素17~23份,甲壳质7~13份,沸石7~13份,天冬氨酸7~13份。
作为优选成分,金属吸附剂按重量份计其组分为:柠檬酸29~31份,生物炭19~21份,木质素19~21份,甲壳质9~11份,沸石9~11份,天冬氨酸9~11份。
作为较佳成分,金属吸附剂按重量份计其组分为:柠檬酸30份,生物炭20份,木质素20份,甲壳质10份,沸石10份,天冬氨酸10份。
制备吸附剂,将上述原材料按比例混合均匀,充分搅拌后,置放于10℃以上的车间发酵20天后包装即可。
使用吸附剂,每亩施用200~300kg吸附剂,吸附剂与土壤充分混合后静置5天,这期间土壤的水不进也不出。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果:采用柠檬酸和天冬氨酸等原料,配方合理,彻底强力吸附土壤中的重金属元素,使土壤变得疏松结固,同时增加土壤的营养元素;本吸附剂使用方法简单,适用范围广,且成本低。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步地说明。
实施例1
按重量份称取各组分为:柠檬酸35份,生物炭25份,木质素25份,甲壳质5份,沸石5份,天冬氨酸5份。
制备吸附剂,将上述原材料按比例混合均匀,充分搅拌后,置放于10℃以上的车间发酵20天后包装即可。
使用吸附剂,每亩施用200kg吸附剂,吸附剂与土壤充分混合后静置5天,这期间土壤的水不进也不出。
实施例2
按重量份称取各组分为:柠檬酸33份,生物炭23份,木质素23份,甲壳质7份,沸石7份,天冬氨酸7份。
制备吸附剂,将上述原材料按比例混合均匀,充分搅拌后,置放于10℃以上的车间发酵20天后包装即可。
使用吸附剂,每亩施用230kg吸附剂,吸附剂与土壤充分混合后静置5天,这期间土壤的水不进也不出。
实施例3
按重量份称取各组分为:柠檬酸30份,生物炭20份,木质素20份,甲壳质10份,沸石10份,天冬氨酸10份。
制备吸附剂,将上述原材料按比例混合均匀,充分搅拌后,置放于10℃以上的车间发酵20天后包装即可。
使用吸附剂,每亩施用250kg吸附剂,吸附剂与土壤充分混合后静置5天,这期间土壤的水不进也不出。
实施例4
按重量份称取各组分为:柠檬酸27份,生物炭17份,木质素17份,甲壳质13份,沸石13份,天冬氨酸13份。
制备吸附剂,将上述原材料按比例混合均匀,充分搅拌后,置放于10℃以上的车间发酵20天后包装即可。
使用吸附剂,每亩施用280kg吸附剂,吸附剂与土壤充分混合后静置5天,这期间土壤的水不进也不出。
实施例5
按重量份称取各组分为:柠檬酸25份,生物炭15份,木质素15份,甲壳质15份,沸石15份,天冬氨酸15份。
制备吸附剂,将上述原材料按比例混合均匀,充分搅拌后,置放于10℃以上的车间发酵20天后包装即可。

1.一种土壤重金属吸附剂,其特征在于,按重量份计其组分为:柠檬酸25~35份,生物炭15~25份,木质素15~25份,甲壳质5~15份,沸石5~15份,天冬氨酸5~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种土壤重金属吸附剂,其特征在于,按重量份计其组分为:柠檬酸27~33份,生物炭17~23份,木质素17~23份,甲壳质7~13份,沸石7~13份,天冬氨酸7~13份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种土壤重金属吸附剂,其特征在于,按重量份计其组分为:柠檬酸29~31份,生物炭19~21份,木质素19~21份,甲壳质9~11份,沸石9~11份,天冬氨酸9~11份。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种土壤重金属吸附剂,其特征在于,按重量份计其组分为:柠檬酸30份,生物炭20份,木质素20份,甲壳质10份,沸石10份,天冬氨酸10份。
