The device also includes: the user group creating module 26 is configured to, after the mobile terminal enters a normal operation state, select a new user group in the display interface by a user, create the new user group according to the selection of the user, where the user group at least includes at least one user, a distance threshold between each user and the mobile terminal, and an application condition, select an addition user in the display interface by the user, select user information such as a contact in the address book or a telephone number recently contacted in the call record, and add a user corresponding to the user information selected by the user to the new user group; the user group is composed of N users, each user represents a mobile terminal, N is a natural number, and the mobile terminals can be mobile phones, notebooks, tablet computers and the like.
The user group creating module 26 is further configured to, when a user needs to modify a user group created in the mobile terminal, select the created user group in the display interface, select the created user group selected by the user, the user selects to add or delete a user in the display interface, when selecting to add a user, select user information such as a contact in the address book or a telephone number recently contacted in the call record, add a user corresponding to the user information selected by the user to the user group, when selecting to delete a user, select a user needing to be deleted in a user list of the user group, and delete the user selected by the user from the user group.
The user group creating module 26 is further configured to, when a user group is newly created in the mobile terminal, set distance thresholds between the mobile terminal and all users in the user group in a global setting manner, such that the distance thresholds between the mobile terminal and each user in the user group are the same, or set distance thresholds between the mobile terminal and each user in the user group in a separate setting manner, such that the distance thresholds between the mobile terminal and each user in the user group are different, and store the set distance thresholds in the memory; when the set distance threshold needs to be modified, the modified distance threshold is determined according to the distance threshold reset by the user or the offset of the distance threshold and is stored in the memory.
The user group creating module 26 is further configured to, when a user group is newly created in the mobile terminal, set an application condition of the newly created user group by a user, where the application condition is a location or a time period, identify the application condition set by the user for the newly created user group, and store the application condition in the memory; when the application condition of the user group needs to be modified, the application condition of the user group is re-identified and stored in the memory according to the application condition reset by the user.
The user group creating module 26 is further configured to, when the application condition of the mobile terminal for creating the new user group is the location, identify the new user group as 1 by the mobile terminal, and when the application condition of the mobile terminal for creating the new user group is the time period, identify the new user group as 0 by the mobile terminal.
The user group creating module 26 is further configured to, when there is no corresponding user group at the location of the mobile terminal, search for all users within the search distance according to the location information of the mobile terminal, create at least one selected user as a user group according to a selection of the user among all users, where the user group is a temporary user group, and set the search distance as a distance threshold between each user in the temporary user group and the mobile terminal, or reset a distance threshold between each user in the temporary user group and the mobile terminal.
The information of the user group created by the user group creation module 26 further includes a center position and a joining distance, where the center position information may be a center position of the user group manually set by the user when creating the user group, or a center position of the user group determined by the mobile terminal according to the position information of each user in the user group, and the joining distance is a distance around the center position that allows the mobile terminal to join.
The device also includes: and the joining module 21 is configured to join the mobile terminal into the corresponding user group according to the location information or the time period of the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the user group creating module 26 may create a plurality of different user groups in advance according to different positions of the mobile terminal, when the mobile terminal is at a certain position, the joining module 21 compares the position information of the mobile terminal with the central position of each user group, and if the joining distance is within the range, the mobile terminal is automatically joined to the user group corresponding to the position or manually joined to the user group corresponding to the position according to the setting of the user on the joinable user group; when the position of the mobile terminal is within the joining distance of the central positions of at least two user groups, the joining module 21 prompts the user to manually select the user group to be joined from the user groups meeting the conditions. For example, when the mobile terminal is a tablet computer, the tablet computer creates at least one user's family as a user group corresponding to the location of the family, sets point a as the center position, joins by a distance of 20 meters, creates at least one user's colleague as a user group corresponding to the location of the office, sets point B as the center position, joins by a distance of 50 meters, when the tablet computer determines the location as point C according to the location information, compares the location with the set center positions of point a and point C, if the point C is within the joining distance of the point a, the joining module 21 joins the tablet computer to the user group corresponding to the center position of point a by itself, when the tablet computer determines the location as point D according to the location information, compares the location with the set center positions of point a and point C, if the point D is within the joining distance of the point B, the adding module 21 manually adds the tablet computer to the user group corresponding to the center position B point according to the setting of the user, and when the tablet computer determines that the position is the E point according to the position information, the adding module 21 manually adds the tablet computer to the user group corresponding to the center position a point or the center position B point according to the setting of the user if the position E point is within the adding distance of the center position a point and the adding distance of the center position B point compared with the set center position a point and the set point C point.
The user group creating module 26 may create a plurality of different user groups in advance according to a time period in which the mobile terminal is located, when the mobile terminal is in a certain time period, the joining module 21 may join the mobile terminal into a preset user group corresponding to the time period automatically or manually according to a setting of a user, for example, when the mobile terminal is a mobile phone, the mobile phone creates a user group corresponding to a time period of 18:00 to 07:00 for a family of at least one user, creates a user group corresponding to a time period of 09:00 to 17:00 for a colleague of at least one user, when the mobile phone determines that the time period corresponding to the current time is 18:00 to 07:00 according to the current time of 20:15, the joining module 21 joins the mobile phone into the user group corresponding to the time period by itself, and when the mobile phone determines that the time period corresponding to the current time is 09:00 to 17:00 according to the current time of 10:15, the joining module 21 manually joins the mobile phone to the user group corresponding to the time slot according to the setting of the user.
The data module 22 is specifically configured to receive location information reported by all users or a part of users in the user group added by the mobile terminal. The data module 22 selects all users or part of users in the user group as reference users, and sends notification messages to the reference users. When all users in the user group are reference users, the data module 22 receives the position information reported by each user; when some users in the user group are reference users, the data module 22 receives the location information reported by the some users, and other users do not need to report the location information.
A loss determining module 24, configured to determine that the mobile terminal is lost when a distance between the mobile terminal and any reference user in the user group exceeds a distance threshold; and when the distance between the mobile terminal and all the reference users in the user group does not exceed the distance threshold, determining that the state of the mobile terminal is safe.
The loss determining module 24 is further configured to determine that the mobile terminal is lost according to the time that the distance exceeds the distance threshold and exceeds the waiting time.
Specifically, the loss determining module 24 is configured to determine that the mobile terminal may be lost when the distance between the mobile terminal and any one of the reference users exceeds a distance threshold and the time when the distance exceeds the distance threshold exceeds the waiting time, at this time, the mobile terminal prompts the user that the mobile terminal may be lost, the user confirms the state of the mobile terminal according to preset security information such as a password, and if the user inputs correct security information within a preset input time, it determines that the state of the mobile terminal is safe, it may be determined that the reference user leaves to cause a loss alarm, and deletes the reference user from a user list of a user group, and if the security information input by the user is wrong or there is no operation within the input time, it determines that the mobile terminal is lost; otherwise, if the waiting time is not exceeded, the mobile terminal is determined to be in a safe state.
Specifically, when the loss determining module 24 determines that the distance between the location information of the mobile terminal and any one of the reference users in the reference users exceeds the distance threshold, the loss determining module 24 activates the timer to count time, and if the distances between all the reference users and the mobile terminal are within the range of the distance threshold before the timer reaches the preset time, the timer cancels the counting and resets to wait for the next activation; if the distance between any reference user and the mobile terminal still exceeds the range of the distance threshold when the timer reaches the preset waiting time, the timer is reset, and the loss determining module 24 notifies the alarm module 25.
In addition, the loss determining module 24 is configured to select at least one reference user from the reference users as a standby reference user when the distance between the mobile terminal and the initially selected reference user exceeds the distance threshold, where the standby reference user is a reference user other than the initially selected reference user. When the distance between the mobile terminal and the initially selected reference user exceeds the distance threshold, if the distance between the mobile terminal and the standby reference user also exceeds the distance threshold, the mobile terminal is determined to be lost, and the alarm module 25 is notified; conversely, if the distance between the mobile terminal and the standby reference user does not exceed the distance threshold, it is determined that the mobile terminal is in a safe state, and instead the initially selected reference user leaves, the initially selected reference user is deleted from the user list of the user group.
An alarm module 25, specifically configured to send an alarm message to a preset secure mobile terminal according to the notification of the loss determination module 24; the safe mobile terminal comprises a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet computer and the like.
The alarm message comprises collected information, and the collected information comprises: the distance between the mobile terminal and the user group, and/or the current position information of the mobile terminal, and/or the picture taken by the camera to the surrounding environment, and/or the position information, and/or the SIM card information and the like which are convenient for the user to find back the mobile terminal;
the alarm module 25 may also package the collected information and set a key for encryption, such as setting the collected information as a short message with the user's birthday as a key and compressing the short message, or setting the collected information as a package file with the user's birthday and md5 as keys.
The collected information may further include a preset instruction to prevent the personal information from being lost after the mobile terminal is confirmed to be lost, for example, a system restore command is set, so that the mobile terminal deletes all the personal information when the mobile terminal is lost.
The alarm message can be sent to safe and reliable users such as a preset mailbox, an account of social software, reference users in a user group and the like, such as a QQ (QQ) and a MSN (MSN).

Claims (10)

1. A method for automatically alarming by a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the mobile terminal receives the position information reported by the added user group, determines that the mobile terminal is lost when the distance between the mobile terminal and the user group exceeds a distance threshold value according to the position information of the mobile terminal and the position information reported by the user group, and sends an alarm message.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the mobile terminal receives the location information reported by the joined user group, the method further comprises: and the mobile terminal joins the corresponding user group according to the position information or the time period.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before the mobile terminal receives the location information reported by the joined user group, the method further comprises: and the mobile terminal searches all users within the searching distance according to the position information of the mobile terminal, creates a user group comprising at least one user in all users, and joins the user group.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving, by the mobile terminal, the location information reported by the joined user group is: and the mobile terminal receives the position information reported by all users or part of users in the added user group.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the distance between the ue and the user group exceeds a distance threshold according to the location information of the ue and the location information reported by the user group, the method further comprises: and judging whether the time when the distance exceeds the distance threshold exceeds the waiting time or not, and determining that the mobile terminal is lost when the time exceeds the waiting time.
6. An automatic alarm device of a mobile terminal, which is characterized in that the device comprises: the device comprises a data module, a distance determining module, a loss determining module and an alarm module; wherein,
the data module is used for receiving the position information reported by the user group added by the mobile terminal;
the distance determining module is used for determining the distance between the mobile terminal and the user group according to the position information received by the data module;
a loss determining module for determining that the mobile terminal is lost according to the distance between the mobile terminal and the user group exceeding a distance threshold and informing an alarm module;
and the alarm module is used for sending an alarm message according to the notice of the loss determining module.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising: and the adding module is used for adding the mobile terminal into the corresponding user group according to the position information or the time period of the mobile terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising: and the user group creating module is used for searching all users within the searching distance according to the position information of the mobile terminal, and creating a user group comprising at least one user in all the users.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the data module is specifically configured to receive location information reported by all users or a part of users in a user group to which the mobile terminal is added.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the loss determining module is further configured to determine whether a distance between the mobile terminal and the user group exceeds a distance threshold for a time period exceeding a waiting time period, and determine that the mobile terminal is lost when the waiting time period is exceeded.
