技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效复合混凝土减水剂。
背景技术
减水剂是指在混凝土和易性及水泥用量不变条件下,能减少拌合用水量、提高混
凝土强度;或在和易性及强度不变条件下,节约水泥用量的外加剂。针对施工高性能混凝土的高效减水剂要求也同样严格,无论是减水剂的减水率,还是减水剂的引气成份都会影响到高性能混凝土的质量。现有的减水剂存在性能单一、适应性差,保水效果不理想的缺点。高效的减水剂一直是人们研究的一个方向。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种高效复合混凝土减水剂,能够提高混凝土的流动性,并且适应性强,保水效果好。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种高效复合混凝土减水剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
硅灰石粉3-5份,乙酸钠6-8份,碳酸钙1-5份,聚羧酸减水剂7-9份,三聚磷酸钠4-7份,玉石粉3-6份,松香5-9份,有机醇胺6-10份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚7-11份,儿茶酚4-7份,48%的甲醛溶液4-6份,硫酸铝6-11份,亚硝酸钠3-6份,硫酸铝钾5-10份。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的高效复合混凝土减水剂,能够提高混凝土的流动性,并且适应性强,保水效果好。

一种高效复合混凝土减水剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
硅灰石粉3-5份,乙酸钠6-8份,碳酸钙1-5份,聚羧酸减水剂7-9份,三聚磷酸钠4-7份,玉石粉3-6份,松香5-9份,有机醇胺6-10份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚7-11份,儿茶酚4-7份,48%的甲醛溶液4-6份,硫酸铝6-11份,亚硝酸钠3-6份,硫酸铝钾5-10份。

硅灰石粉3-5份,乙酸钠6-8份,碳酸钙1-5份,聚羧酸减水剂7-9份,三聚磷酸钠4-7份,玉石粉3-6份,松香5-9份,有机醇胺6-10份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚7-11份,儿茶酚4-7份,48%的甲醛溶液4-6份,硫酸铝6-11份,亚硝酸钠3-6份,硫酸铝钾5-10份。
