本发明涉及一种合金,尤其是一种铝合金。
背景技术
近年来迅速发展的LED照明产品,其寿命长短往往决定于灯具散热的好坏。在散热的材料上除了铜、铜热导管及铝挤型外,较常用的是铝合金铸造件,后者可铸成复杂形状但热传导性较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,提供了一种铝合金,它热传导性高,流动性佳,强度好,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种铝合金,由以下物质组成:
铝,其重量百分比为93~97%;
镍,其重量百分比为0.8~2.0%;
铁,其重量百分比为0.2~1.0%;
锌,其重量百分比为1.0~2.0%;
铜,其重量百分比为0.05~0.1%;
铈,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;
锡,其重量百分比为0.1~0.5%;
以及余量为杂质。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述杂质的重量百分比为0~2.0%,该杂质含有硅、钻、锰、铬、铜、镁、钦、饰、铜,其中:硅,其重量百分比为0~1.0%;钻,其重量百分比为0~0.6%;锰,其重量百分比为0~0.3%;铬,其重量百分比为0~0.4%;镁,其重量百分比为0~0.7%;钦,其重量百分比为0~0.1%;钼,其重量百分比为0~0.2%。
在上述技术方案基础上,硅,其重量百分比为0.5~1%;铬,其重量百分比为0.2~0.3%;钦,其重量百分比为0.5~0.1%;钼,其重量百分比为0~0.1%。

一种铝合金,由以下物质组成:铝,其重量百分比为95%;镍,其重量百分比为1.5%;铁,其重量百分比为0.6%;锌,其重量百分比为1.5%;铜,其重量百分比为0.1%;铈,其重量百分比为0.03%;锡,其重量百分比为0.4%;硅,其重量百分比为0.1%;钻,其重量百分比为0.02%;锰,其重量百分比为0.05%;铬,其重量百分比为0.02%;镁,其重量百分比为0.02%;钦,其重量百分比为0.03%;钼,其重量百分比为0.03%,热传导系数为175w/m。
实施例2
一种铝合金,由以下物质组成:铝,其重量百分比为94%;镍,其重量百分比为1.0%;铁,其重量百分比为1.0%;锌,其重量百分比为2.0%;铜,其重量百分比为0.1%;铈,其重量百分比为0.03%;锡,其重量百分比为0.2%;硅,其重量百分比为0.02%;钻,其重量百分比为0.05%;锰,其重量百分比为0.3%;铬,其重量百分比为0.4%;镁,其重量百分比为0.7%;钦,其重量百分比为0.1%;钼,其重量百分比为0.1%;热传导系数为165w/m。

1.一种铝合金,由以下物质组成:
铝,其重量百分比为93~97%;
镍,其重量百分比为0.8~2.0%;
铁,其重量百分比为0.2~1.0%;
锌,其重量百分比为1.0~2.0%;
铜,其重量百分比为0.05~0.1%;
铈,其重量百分比为0.01~0.05%;
锡,其重量百分比为0.1~0.5%;
以及余量为杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金,其特征在于:所述杂质的重量百分比为0~2.0%,该杂质含有硅、钻、锰、铬、铜、镁、钦、饰、铜,其中:
硅,其重量百分比为0~1.0%;
钻,其重量百分比为0~0.6%;
锰,其重量百分比为0~0.3%;
铬,其重量百分比为0~0.4%;
镁,其重量百分比为0~0.7%;
钦,其重量百分比为0~0.1%;
钼,其重量百分比为0~0.2%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铝合金,其特征在于:
硅,其重量百分比为0.5~1%;
铬,其重量百分比为0.2~0.3%;
钦,其重量百分比为0.5~0.1%;
钼,其重量百分比为0~0.1%。
