Abstract
本发明公开了一种涂料,按重量份数计,由50-60份丙烯酸锌树脂、10-15份成膜助剂、10-20份氧化镁、12-22份氧化硅、1-2份氧化铁、5-8份甲苯磺酸、5-8份碳酸钙、2-3份悬浮剂、3-5份醇类溶剂、1-2份粘接剂、0.7-1.2份增稠剂、0.5-1份消泡剂、0.4-0.8份流平剂及20-30份去离子水组成。本发明的涂料的抗硫性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料。
背景技术
对于某些基材,当其裸露在外时,因受到空气中的物质侵蚀,基材很容易被硫化,从而影响基材的力学、耐热、耐候、耐磨和耐腐蚀性能等。针对这一技术问题,现在有很多人在研究如何减少对基材的硫化。其中一种方式是在基材上喷涂涂料,如在申请号为200610078245.1的专利文献中公开了一种抗硫化涂料,尽管现在有很多人在研究该方面的涂料,但是目前涂料的抗硫化性还有待改进。
发明内容
为了提高抗硫化性能,本发明提供了一种涂料。
为达到上述目的,一种涂料,按重量份数计,由50-60份丙烯酸锌树脂、10-15份成膜助剂、10-20份氧化镁、12-22份氧化硅、1-2份氧化铁、5-8份甲苯磺酸、5-8份碳酸钙、2-3份悬浮剂、3-5份醇类溶剂、1-2份粘接剂、0.7-1.2份增稠剂、0.5-1份消泡剂、0.4-0.8份流平剂及20-30份去离子水组成。
进一步的,所述的成膜助剂为乙二醇丁醚。
进一步的,所述的悬浮剂为锂基膨润土。
进一步的,所述的粘接剂为重量份数比为3:1的酚醛树脂和松香。
进一步的,所述的增稠剂为聚乙烯丁醛。
进一步的,所述的消泡剂为破泡聚硅氧烷溶液。
进一步的,所述的流平剂为端基改性有机硅。
本发明的有益效果是:涂料被喷涂到基材上后,当空气中的硫接触到漆膜时,在甲苯磺酸的作用下,丙烯酸锌树脂、氧化镁与含硫气体反应后生成的反应产物残留在涂料中,阻止了含硫气体与基材界面直接接触。用锂基膨润土为悬浮剂,这种膨润土是以天然钙基膨润土为原料,经过人工锂化改性制备出的一种矿物材料,它在去离子水的引发下能够与醇类溶剂形成胶体状物质,获得好的膨胀稠化能力,选用酚醛树脂和松香作粘结剂,酚醛树脂常温粘结力强,可使涂层获得高的常温表面强度,但发气量较大,加入量大涂层点燃时易开裂且易造成基材产生气孔缺陷,松香在涂层点燃后不易开裂。因此,采用酚醛树脂与少量松香配合使用,不仅可以减少粘结剂的加入量,提高涂料的粘结强度,而且可以提高载体粘度,使其抗硫性能更好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
涂料,按重量份数计,由50-60份丙烯酸锌树脂、10-15份成膜助剂、10-20份氧化镁、12-22份氧化硅、1-2份氧化铁、5-8份甲苯磺酸、5-8份碳酸钙、2-3份悬浮剂、3-5份醇类溶剂、1-2份粘接剂、0.7-1.2份增稠剂、0.5-1份消泡剂、0.4-0.8份流平剂及20-30份去离子组成。所述的成膜助剂为乙二醇丁醚。所述的悬浮剂为锂基膨润土。所述的粘接剂为重量份数比为3:1的酚醛树脂和松香。所述的增稠剂为聚乙烯丁醛。所述的消泡剂为破泡聚硅氧烷溶液。所述的流平剂为端基改性有机硅。
实施例1。
(1)称取10份成膜助剂、10份氧化镁、12份氧化硅、1份氧化铁、5份甲苯磺酸、5份碳酸钙、2份悬浮剂、3份醇类溶剂、1份粘接剂和20份去离子水在60-70℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀.
(2)称取有50份丙烯酸锌树脂加入到步骤(1)中,并在90-110℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应25-35min。
(3)称取0.7份增稠剂、0.5份消泡剂、0.4份流平剂加入到步骤(2)中,在200~400r/min转速条件下,搅拌10~13分钟;经过滤得到涂料。
实施例2。
(1)称取15份成膜助剂、20份氧化镁、22份氧化硅、2份氧化铁、8份甲苯磺酸、8份碳酸钙、3份悬浮剂、5份醇类溶剂、2份粘接剂和30份去离子水在60-70℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀.
(2)称取有60份丙烯酸锌树脂加入到步骤(1)中,并在90-110℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应25-35min。
(3)称取1.2份增稠剂、1份消泡剂、0.8份流平剂加入到步骤(2)中,在200~400r/min转速条件下,搅拌10~13分钟;经过滤得到涂料。
实施例3。
(1)称取12份成膜助剂、15份氧化镁、17份氧化硅、1.5份氧化铁、6.5份甲苯磺酸、7份碳酸钙、2.5份悬浮剂4份醇类溶剂、1.5份粘接剂和25份去离子水在60-70℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀.
(2)称取有55份丙烯酸锌树脂加入到步骤(1)中,并在90-110℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应25-35min。
(3)称取0.9份增稠剂、0.8份消泡剂、0.6份流平剂加入到步骤(2)中,在200~400r/min转速条件下,搅拌10~13分钟;经过滤得到涂料。

1.一种涂料,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由50-60份丙烯酸锌树脂、10-15份成膜助剂、10-20份氧化镁、12-22份氧化硅、1-2份氧化铁、5-8份甲苯磺酸、5-8份碳酸钙、2-3份悬浮剂、3-5份醇类溶剂、1-2份粘接剂、0.7-1.2份增稠剂、0.5-1份消泡剂、0.4-0.8份流平剂及20-30份去离子水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂料,其特征在于:所述的成膜助剂为乙二醇丁醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂料,其特征在于:所述的悬浮剂为锂基膨润土。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂料,其特征在于:所述的粘接剂为重量份数比为3:1的酚醛树脂和松香。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涂料,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为聚乙烯丁醛。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涂料,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为破泡聚硅氧烷溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的涂料,其特征在于:所述的流平剂为端基改性有机硅。
