Abstract
本发明涉及煤矿机械用工件领域,特别是涉及一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺,步骤如下:1)按下述质量份取个原料粉碎至100-120目后在1200-2500℃温度下熔融;2)向熔融物中加入200-250目的金刚石微粉并搅拌20-40min后倒入成型模具中冷却至20-40℃,在1.5-2.5T压力下压制20-30min后,在0.8-1.2T的拉力下拉伸10-15min后成型,然后将成型产物在100-150℃的混合硝酸盐中浸泡1.5-2.5h,然后取出冷却至室温即得所述皮带机的皮带。采用本发明技术方案制备所得的皮带,耐磨损,抗老化,使用时间长,适用于矿下作业。

技术领域
本发明涉及煤矿机械用工件领域,特别是涉及一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺。
背景技术
皮带机是煤矿作业使用最多的一种传送机械,工作人员将采集的煤块通过皮带机的皮带传送,输送至地面。皮带机使用的皮带由于长时间工作,很容易受到磨损,加之工作环境的恶劣,老化现象也十分严重,因此常常出现摩擦力下降、断裂的现象,影响煤矿输送作业。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺,能够解决上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)按下述质量份取氯丁橡胶50-160份、三元乙丙橡胶60-150份、硬脂酸1-5份、氯醇橡胶50-150份、天然橡胶50-120份、硅橡胶30-70份、聚氨酯橡胶20-60份、云母粉4-18份、防老剂1-5份、白炭黑1-5份,将上述原料粉碎至100-120目后在1200-2500℃温度下熔融;
2)向熔融物中加入200-250目的金刚石微粉并搅拌20-40min后倒入成型模具中冷却至20-40℃,在1.5-2.5T压力下压制20-30min后,在0.8-1.2T的拉力下拉伸10-15min后成型,然后将成型产物在100-150℃的混合硝酸盐中浸泡1.5-2.5h,然后取出冷却至室温即得所述皮带机的皮带。
优选的,按下述质量份取氯丁橡胶80份、三元乙丙橡胶120份、硬脂酸4份、氯醇橡胶85份、天然橡胶120份、硅橡胶60份、聚氨酯橡胶40份、云母粉16份、防老剂4份、白炭黑4份,将上述原料粉碎至100目后在2000℃温度下熔融。
优选的,向熔融物中加入250目的金刚石微粉并搅拌40min后倒入成型模具中冷却至40℃,在2T压力下压制25min后,在1T的拉力下拉伸15min后成型,然后将成型产物在150℃的混合硝酸盐中浸泡2.5h,然后取出冷却至室温即得所述皮带机的皮带。
本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明技术方案制备所得的皮带,耐磨损,抗老化,使用时间长,适用于矿下作业。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)按下述质量份取氯丁橡胶50份、三元乙丙橡胶60份、硬脂酸1份、氯醇橡胶50份、天然橡胶50份、硅橡胶30份、聚氨酯橡胶20份、云母粉4份、防老剂1份、白炭黑1份,将上述原料粉碎至100目后在1200℃温度下熔融;
2)向熔融物中加入200目的金刚石微粉并搅拌20min后倒入成型模具中冷却至20℃,在1.5T压力下压制20min后,在0.8T的拉力下拉伸10min后成型,然后将成型产物在100℃的混合硝酸盐中浸泡1.5h,然后取出冷却至室温即得所述皮带机的皮带。
实施例2
一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)按下述质量份取氯丁橡胶160份、三元乙丙橡胶150份、硬脂酸5份、氯醇橡胶150份、天然橡胶120份、硅橡胶70份、聚氨酯橡胶60份、云母粉18份、防老剂5份、白炭黑5份,将上述原料粉碎至120目后在2500℃温度下熔融;
2)向熔融物中加入250目的金刚石微粉并搅拌40min后倒入成型模具中冷却至40℃,在2.5T压力下压制20-30min后,在1.2T的拉力下拉伸15min后成型,然后将成型产物在150℃的混合硝酸盐中浸泡2.5h,然后取出冷却至室温即得所述皮带机的皮带。
实施例3
一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)按下述质量份取氯丁橡胶80份、三元乙丙橡胶120份、硬脂酸4份、氯醇橡胶85份、天然橡胶120份、硅橡胶60份、聚氨酯橡胶40份、云母粉16份、防老剂4份、白炭黑4份,将上述原料粉碎至100目后在2000℃温度下熔融;
2)向熔融物中加入250目的金刚石微粉并搅拌40min后倒入成型模具中冷却至40℃,在2T压力下压制25min后,在1T的拉力下拉伸15min后成型,然后将成型产物在150℃的混合硝酸盐中浸泡2.5h,然后取出冷却至室温即得所述皮带机的皮带。

1.一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)按下述质量份取氯丁橡胶50-160份、三元乙丙橡胶60-150份、硬脂酸1-5份、氯醇橡胶50-150份、天然橡胶50-120份、硅橡胶30-70份、聚氨酯橡胶20-60份、云母粉4-18份、防老剂1-5份、白炭黑1-5份,将上述原料粉碎至100-120目后在1200-2500℃温度下熔融;
2)向熔融物中加入200-250目的金刚石微粉并搅拌20-40min后倒入成型模具中冷却至20-40℃,在1.5-2.5T压力下压制20-30min后,在0.8-1.2T的拉力下拉伸10-15min后成型,然后将成型产物在100-150℃的混合硝酸盐中浸泡1.5-2.5h,然后取出冷却至室温即得所述皮带机的皮带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺,其特征在于,按下述质量份取氯丁橡胶80份、三元乙丙橡胶120份、硬脂酸4份、氯醇橡胶85份、天然橡胶120份、硅橡胶60份、聚氨酯橡胶40份、云母粉16份、防老剂4份、白炭黑4份,将上述原料粉碎至100目后在2000℃温度下熔融。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种皮带机的皮带制备工艺,其特征在于,向熔融物中加入250目的金刚石微粉并搅拌40min后倒入成型模具中冷却至40℃,在2T压力下压制25min后,在1T的拉力下拉伸15min后成型,然后将成型产物在150℃的混合硝酸盐中浸泡2.5h,然后取出冷却至室温即得所述皮带机的皮带。
