Abstract
本发明公开了一种海鲜鳗鱼果酱,它是由下述按重量份原料组成:鳗鱼肉40-50份,鱼子粉5-10份,鱼汤5-8份,扇贝肉6-9份,山楂粉末4-5份,酱油2-3份,食用盐0.5-1份,柠檬酸1-2份。本发明通过将鳗鱼做成肉泥酱,鳗鱼的肉质中含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素A、D、E矿物质以及不饱和脂肪酸,帮助婴幼儿吸取足够的蛋白质和其他营养,满足婴幼儿的生长需要,也容易消化和吸收,方便了婴幼儿食用。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体属于一种海鲜鳗鱼果酱。
背景技术
由于婴幼儿的身体不断成长,除了母乳外其他营养都来至于辅食,婴幼儿没有嚼食的能力,营养也不能缺失,而肉末酱可以满足婴幼儿的营养需求。目前市场上婴幼儿能吃的酱很少,很难吸取足够的蛋白质和其他营养,可以将鱼肉泥酱添加到主食里给婴儿吃,健康又能解馋,还帮助婴幼儿吸取足够的蛋白质和其他营养,满足婴幼儿的生长需要,也容易消化和吸收,方便了婴幼儿食用。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供营养搭配合理,取材方便的一种海鲜鳗鱼果酱。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种海鲜鳗鱼果酱,是由下述按重量份原料组成:鳗鱼肉40-50份,鱼子粉5-10份,鱼汤5-8份,扇贝肉6-9份,山楂粉末4-5份,酱油2-3份,食用盐0.5-1份,柠檬酸1-2份;其具体制备方法:
(1)、将山楂洗净切片后,晒干,研磨成粉末,备用;
(2)、将鳗鱼、扇贝肉入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥在60-65 ℃下焖制30-40 分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,备用;
(3)、将所有余料与步骤1、步骤2混合搅拌均匀,灭菌,即可。
本发明的优点是:

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。配料:鳗鱼肉45份,鱼子粉8份,鱼汤6份,扇贝肉7份,山楂粉末4份,酱油2份,食用盐0.5份,柠檬酸1份;其具体制备方法:
(1)、将山楂洗净切片后,晒干,研磨成粉末,备用;
(2)、将鳗鱼、扇贝肉入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥在60-65 ℃下焖制30-40 分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,备用;
(3)、将所有余料与步骤1、步骤2混合搅拌均匀,灭菌,即可。
