本发明涉及一种淬火炉炉内辊,具体的说是一种能够对辊体形成良好保护的淬火炉炉内辊,属于淬火炉技术领域。
背景技术
淬火炉是工业热处理行业中广泛使用的一种“连续加热热处理设备”。该炉从结构上分为炉体、加热机构(电加热或者火焰加热)、运动机构(动梁运动部分、炉门升降部分、入料/出料部分机械等)、控制部分等组成。
位于淬火炉中的炉内辊,需要经受高温的考验。传统的淬火炉中的炉内辊对辊体的保护不够,容易在使用中发生损伤,或者发生故障,导致需要经常进行炉内辊维护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种淬火炉炉内辊,能够对辊体形成良好保护,提高了使用寿命,降低了维护成本。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,淬火炉炉内辊包括辊体,其特征是:辊体两端分别焊接连接辊体,连接辊体外端焊接轴头,连接辊体内设有隔热材料制作的隔热层。
进一步的,辊体为圆柱形。
进一步的,连接辊体为圆锥体,连接辊体连接轴头一端直径小于连接辊体连接辊体一端直径。
进一步的,连接辊体一侧设有挡板,挡板将隔热层密封在连接辊体内。

如图1所示,本发明主要包括圆柱形的辊体1,辊体1两端分别焊接连接辊体3,连接辊体3外端焊接轴头5。
所述连接辊体3为圆锥体,连接辊体3连接轴头5一端直径小于连接辊体3连接辊体1一端直径。连接辊体3内设有隔热材料制作的隔热层4,通过隔热层保护辊体。
所述连接辊体3一侧设有挡板2,挡板2将隔热层4密封在连接辊体3内。
本发明在炉内辊的辊体内部设置隔热层,对辊体形成良好保护,提高了使用寿命,避免辊体由于损坏而要经常维护更换,降低了维护成本。

1.一种淬火炉炉内辊,包括辊体(1),其特征是:辊体(1)两端分别焊接连接辊体(3),连接辊体(3)外端焊接轴头(5),连接辊体(3)内设有隔热材料制作的隔热层(4)。
