本发明公开了一种表面润湿性好的保湿印刷油墨,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂30-35、多异氰酸酯3-5、硬脂酸2-4、丙酮8-10、甘油9-13、新戊二醇4-7、羟基硅油5-7、钛白粉13-15、醋酸酯淀粉2-3、方解石粉3-4、六甲基环三硅氧烷0.3-0.5、羧甲基纤维素钠0.4-0.7、钼酸铵0.2-0.4、氧化亚铜0.1-0.3、助剂3-6、适量水;本发明配方合理,工艺简单操作简便,以钛白粉作为印刷油墨颜料并添加了甘油等成分,具有保湿作用,制得的印刷油墨表面润湿性好,长期保存不易变干储存方便简单,同时本发明添加了羟基硅油等矿物油成分,可以在油墨表面形成一层薄膜达到防水的目的,使油墨在水中溶解及扩散速度降低,从而避免油墨过度扩散导致印刷图案模糊及油墨渗透。

本发明涉及印刷材料技术领域,具体涉及一种表面润湿性好的保湿印刷油墨及其制作方法。
背景技术
油墨是印刷过程中用于形成图文信息的物质,由有色体(如颜料、染料等)、连结料、填(充)料、附加料等物质组成的具有一定流动度的浆状胶粘体的均匀混合物,能进行印刷,并在被印刷体上干燥。因此油墨应具有鲜艳的颜色、良好的印刷适应性,合适的干燥速度。此外,还应具有一定的耐溶剂、酸、碱、水、光、热、耐磨、杀菌防霉等方面的应用指标。随着印刷、纸张以及其它要求等越来越高,现有技术生产的印刷油墨已经完全无法满足印刷工业及制品的需求。
为克服现有技术的不足,有必要对现有印刷油墨生产技术加以改进,从而制造出具有成本低、功能多元化、耐高温、硬度高、耐磨、防化学品腐蚀、干燥速度快、印刷适应性好等功能的印刷油墨。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种表面润湿性好的保湿印刷油墨及其制作方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种表面润湿性好的保湿印刷油墨,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂30-35、多异氰酸酯3-5、硬脂酸2-4、丙酮8-10、甘油9-13、新戊二醇4-7、羟基硅油5-7、钛白粉13-15、醋酸酯淀粉2-3、方解石粉3-4、六甲基环三硅氧烷0.3-0.5、羧甲基纤维素钠0.4-0.7、钼酸铵0.2-0.4、氧化亚铜0.1-0.3、助剂3-6、适量水。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:有机膨润土4-7、空心玻璃微球1-2、金红石型钛白粉1-3、白凡士林3-5、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯6-9、聚甲基丙烯酸酯6-8、丁基硫醇锡0.2-0.5、硫酸亚锡0.3-0.6、三乙基铝2-3、红燥油1-4、二甲基硅油3-5、桐籽油2.1-3.5、乙二醇4-6、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.4-0.8,其制备方法是首先将有机膨润土用5-10%的盐酸溶液浸泡5-7小时,去离子水洗涤4-5次,再用6-11%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡5-6小时,去离子洗涤数次至呈中性,烘干,其次在上述处理后的有机膨润土中加入甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、乙二醇、红燥油、二甲基硅油、硫酸亚锡加热搅拌2-3小时,烘干研磨成超细微粉,最后再加入其他剩余成分超声研磨30-40分钟即得。
所述的一种表面润湿性好的保湿印刷油墨的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将钼酸铵加水搅拌至完全溶解,加入钛白粉、新戊二醇超声波研磨30-40分钟,喷雾干燥;
(2)将醋酸酯淀粉、方解石粉放入煅烧炉中于530-630℃下处理40-50分钟,冷却加入氧化亚铜研磨30-50分钟;
(3)将丙酮、甘油、羟基硅油搅拌混匀,加热到70-95℃加入丙烯酸树脂40-55、多异氰酸酯、六甲基环三硅氧烷搅拌1-2小时,冷却至45-60℃,加入步骤(1)、(2)反应物料及其他剩余成分搅拌研磨2-3小时,分散至粒度在30μm以下抽滤,出料。
本发明有以下有益效果:本发明配方合理,工艺简单操作简便,以钛白粉作为印刷油墨颜料并添加了甘油等成分,具有保湿作用,制得的印刷油墨表面润湿性好,长期保存不易变干储存方便简单,同时本发明添加了羟基硅油等矿物油成分,可以在油墨表面形成一层薄膜达到防水的目的,使油墨在水中溶解及扩散速度降低,从而避免油墨过度扩散导致印刷图案模糊及油墨渗透。
具体实施方式
所述的一种表面润湿性好的保湿印刷油墨,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂32、多异氰酸酯4、硬脂酸3、丙酮8、甘油9、新戊二醇4、羟基硅油6、钛白粉14、醋酸酯淀粉2、方解石粉4、六甲基环三硅氧烷0.3、羧甲基纤维素钠0.4、钼酸铵0.3、氧化亚铜0.2、助剂5、适量水。
所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:有机膨润土5、空心玻璃微球1、金红石型钛白粉2、白凡士林4、甲基丙烯酸异丁酯8、聚甲基丙烯酸酯7、丁基硫醇锡0.4、硫酸亚锡0.3、三乙基铝2、红燥油1、二甲基硅油3、桐籽油2.8、乙二醇4、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.7,其制备方法是首先将有机膨润土用5-10%的盐酸溶液浸泡5-7小时,去离子水洗涤4-5次,再用6-11%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡5-6小时,去离子洗涤数次至呈中性,烘干,其次在上述处理后的有机膨润土中加入甲基丙烯酸异丁酯、乙二醇、红燥油、二甲基硅油、硫酸亚锡加热搅拌2-3小时,烘干研磨成超细微粉,最后再加入其他剩余成分超声研磨30-40分钟即得。
制作方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将钼酸铵加水搅拌至完全溶解,加入钛白粉、新戊二醇超声波研磨30-40分钟,喷雾干燥;
(2)将醋酸酯淀粉、方解石粉放入煅烧炉中于530-630℃下处理40-50分钟,冷却加入氧化亚铜研磨30-50分钟;
(3)将丙酮、甘油、羟基硅油搅拌混匀,加热到70-95℃加入丙烯酸树脂40-55、多异氰酸酯、六甲基环三硅氧烷搅拌1-2小时,冷却至45-60℃,加入步骤(1)、(2)反应物料及其他剩余成分搅拌研磨2-3小时,分散至粒度在30μm以下抽滤,出料。
使用本发明生产的印刷油墨的技术参数指标如下:
(1)使用浸有盐水的棉球,300克压力擦拭50次,无异状;
(2)粘度(S):46.7;
(3)光泽(%)(60℃):87.9;
(4)储存稳定性(5-30℃):良好。
