Abstract
本发明涉及一种LED双头射灯,包括用于安装的安装面板;所述的安装面板底部设置有与LED射灯连接的固定圈;所述的固定圈内圈设置有螺纹;固定圈通过螺纹与LED射灯的灯体螺纹连接;所述的LED射灯灯体的底部设置有散热器;所述的固定圈的外圈通过螺栓连接有夹持装置;所述的安装面板的表面设置有开孔;所述的开孔与固定圈连通;所述的开孔上密封设置有灯盖。本发明将两个LED射灯集成设置在一个安装面板上,能有效的节省安装空间,简化安装步骤,而且不影响美观效果,方便实用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及LED领域,尤其是一种LED双头射灯。
背景技术
LED灯是替代传统白炽灯的新型节能灯具,其在发光原理、节能、环保层面上优于传统的照明产品。随着LED照明技术的高速发展,LED灯的节能效果已经达到非常高的程度,在同等光效的情况下,能耗已经降到白炽灯及电子节能灯的1/2,所以LED照明产品取代传统的照明产品是大势所趋。
而LED射灯大多是用于商场、展厅等场合,因此,其安装空间及安装的美观效果较为讲究,目前,大多数LED射灯的安装方式为单个安装,这对于有限的安装空间来说较为不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种节省安装空间的LED双头射灯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED双头射灯,包括用于安装的安装面板;所述的安装面板底部设置有与LED射灯连接的固定圈;所述的固定圈内圈设置有螺纹;固定圈通过螺纹与LED射灯的灯体螺纹连接;所述的LED射灯灯体的底部设置有散热器;所述的固定圈的外圈通过螺栓连接有夹持装置;所述的安装面板的表面设置有开孔;所述的开孔与固定圈连通;所述的开孔上密封设置有灯盖。
具体的说,本发明所述的安装面板上的开孔个数为2个。
为了增加美观效果,本发明所述的安装面板、固定圈以及开孔一体成型设 置。
本发明的有益效果是,解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,将两个LED射灯集成设置在一个安装面板上,能有效的节省安装空间,简化安装步骤,而且不影响美观效果,方便实用。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的一种LED双头射灯,包括用于安装的安装面板1;安装面板的表面设置有开孔6;安装面板上的开孔个数为2个。安装面板底部设置有与LED射灯连接的固定圈2;为了增加美观效果,安装面板、固定圈以及开孔一体成型设置;开孔与固定圈连通;为了达到保护LED光源的目的,开孔上密封设置有灯固盖定圈7。内圈设置有螺纹3;固定圈通过螺纹与LED射灯的灯体螺纹连接;螺纹连接的方式可以便于LED射灯进行更换、维修等操作。
LED射灯灯体的底部设置有散热器4;散热器为铝型材散热器;固定圈的外圈通过螺栓连接有夹持装置5。

1.一种LED双头射灯,其特征在于:包括用于安装的安装面板;所述的安装面板底部设置有与LED射灯连接的固定圈;所述的固定圈内圈设置有螺纹;固定圈通过螺纹与LED射灯的灯体螺纹连接;所述的LED射灯灯体的底部设置有散热器;所述的固定圈的外圈通过螺栓连接有夹持装置;所述的安装面板的表面设置有开孔;所述的开孔与固定圈连通;所述的开孔上密封设置有灯盖。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED双头射灯,其特征在于:所述的安装面板上的开孔个数为2个。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED双头射灯,其特征在于:所述的安装面板、固定圈以及开孔一体成型设置。
