1.一种胶片式全景齿科X线机的数字化升级装置,用于对现有医院胶片式全景齿科X线机进行数字化升级,其特征在于:包括片盒速度扫描装置,基于TDI CCD的X线探测器,视频信号AD转换上传装置,PC显示平台和供电电源;用片盒速度扫描装置扫描现有胶片式全景齿科X线机扫描片盒的运动,然后把扫描得到的速度信号传入到基于TDI CCD的X线探测器,其核心芯片CPLD对于运动信号进行处理,通过CPLD内部编程实现:光栅尺输出的运动信号为脉冲信号,具体便是片盒每走过4um光栅尺输出一个脉冲;CCD的像元是48*48um,即CCD内部电荷转移一次走过48um,这样只有使得片盒每走过48um产生一个脉冲触发CCD电荷转移一次,才能使得胶片运动和CCD的电荷转移同步;处理办法就是对光栅尺直接的输出信号进行12倍计数,使得光栅尺触发脉冲由原来的4um一个脉冲变为48um一个脉冲;其次由于片盒运动采用的是步进电机,则必然会有抖动,这样使得光栅尺输出信号受到抖动的干扰,这样信号处理程序部分也要有一个消抖模块;处理后的运动信号则驱动传感器TDI CCD的内部电荷的转移,对于片盒运动信号驱动CCD内部信号转移,则需要在CPLD编程产生CCD驱动信号的同时保留转移门控信号的可控输入端,其余CCD信号驱动则如定积分驱动程序,胶片运动信号控制CCD电荷垂直转移,以达到运动机构与TDI CCD电荷转移完全匹配的目的;其后X线探测器输出的牙齿有效信号进入视频信号AD转换上传装置进行信号的模数转换并传输到PC显示平台,PC显示平台对模数转换后得到的bin文件进行bmp格式存储并显示;供电电源为整个胶片式全景齿科X线机的数字化升级装置提供所需电压。1.
