本发明涉及一种高性能铝合金,包括有按重量百分比计算的如下物质组成:0.2-0.3%的硅,0.5-0.8%的铁,1.2-1.5%的铜,0.3-0.5%的锰,0.01-0.03%的钼,0.08-0.15%的镍,0.01-0.03%的硼,0.001-0.003%的碲,0.01-0.03%的钒,0.5-0.8%的镁,0.03-0.3%的铬,6.0-7.0%的锌,0.08-0.15%的钛,余量为铝及少量无法避免的杂质。

技术领域
本发明属于铝合金材料,特别是涉及一种高性能铝合金。
背景技术
铝合金材料广泛应用于工业、民用、建筑等领域,而目前工业用铝有许多不同的要求,如高强度、高韧性和良好的耐腐蚀性能等。目前高强度铝合金在工业领域运用的数量和范围越来越多,但现有技术中的合金铝存在许多问题,无法满足加工成型、表面质量及热处理等方面,这使得对高强度铝合金材料在工业领域中的使用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铝合金技术方案,通过该方案能够在保证铝合金材料的高强度性能的同时具有良好的加工性能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高性能铝合金,包括有按重量百分比计算的如下物质组成:0.2-0.3%的硅,0.5-0.8%的铁,1.2-1.5%的铜,0.3-0.5%的锰,0.01-0.03%的钼,0.08-0.15%的镍,0.01-0.03%的硼,0.001-0.003%的碲,0.01-0.03%的钒,0.5-0.8%的镁,0.03-0.3%的铬,6.0-7.0%的锌,0.08-0.15%的钛,余量为铝及少量无法避免的杂质。
所述的高强度铝合金,其组成中铜和锌两种元素的关系是在两元素的含量范围内,铜的中点范围为1.35%,锌的中点为6.5%,当铜的组成范围在1.2-1.35%之间时锌的范围在6.5-7.0%之间;当铜的组成在1.35-1.5%之间时,锌的范围在6.0-6.5%之间,但不包括当铜的范围在1.35%时锌的范围在6.5%。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过本发明的技术方案,优化了现有的高强度铝合金材料的配方,改进了加工成型能力,也提高了加工产品的表面质量和表面处理性能,同时具有高强度。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的技术方案。
在本发明的技术方案中的铝合金材料主要通过热加工生产,特别是热挤压加工生产。
在本发明中的生产加工等工艺同现有的铝合金生产工艺及装置均相同,改变的仅是对铝合金材料组成成份的改变,因此在本发明及以下的各实施例中均不再进行一一说明。
在本发明中所选用的单位为重量百分含量,在没有进行特别说明的情况下各组成的单位均为重量百分含量。
一种高性能铝合金,包括有按重量百分比计算的如下物质组成:0.2-0.3%的硅,0.5-0.8%的铁,1.2-1.5%的铜,0.3-0.5%的锰0.01-0.03%的钼,0.08-0.15%的镍,0.01-0.03%的硼,0.001-0.003%的碲,0.01-0.03%的钒,0.5-0.8%的镁,0.03-0.3%的铬,6.0-7.0%的锌,0.08-0.15%的钛,余量为铝及少量无法避免的杂质。
所述的高性能铝合金材料,其组成中铜和锌两种元素的关系是在两元素的含量范围内,铜的中点范围为1.35%,锌的中点为6.5%,当铜的组成范围在1.2-1.35%之间时锌的范围在6.5-7.0%之间;当铜的组成在1.35-1.5%之间时,锌的范围在6.0-6.5%之间;不存在当铜的范围在1.35%时锌的范围在6.5%。其中所述铜的中点是指(1.2%+1.5%)/2=1.35%;所述锌的中点是指(6.0%+7.0%)/2=6.5%。
实施例1
一种高性能铝合金,包括有按重量百分比计算的如下物质组成,0.2%的硅,0.5%的铁,1.2%的铜,0.3%的锰,0.01%的钼,0.08%的镍,0.01%的硼,0.001%的碲,0.01%的钒,0.5%的镁,0.03%的铬,7.0%的锌,0.08%的钛,余量为铝及少量无法避免的杂质。
实施例2
一种高性能铝合金,包括有按重量百分比计算的如下物质组成,0.3%的硅,0.8%的铁,1.5%的铜,0.5%的锰,0.03%的钼,0.15%的镍,0.03%的硼,0.003%的碲,0.03%的钒,0.8%的镁,0.3%的铬,6.0%的锌,0.15%的钛,余量为铝及少量无法避免的杂质。
实施例3
一种高性能铝合金,包括有按重量百分比计算的如下物质组成,0.25%的硅,0.6%的铁,1.3%的铜,0.4%的锰,0.015%的钼,0.09%的镍,0.015%的硼,0.002%的碲,0.022%的钒,0.6%的镁,0.1%的铬,6.8%的锌,0.1%的钛,余量为铝及少量无法避免的杂质。
实施例4
一种高性能铝合金,包括有按重量百分比计算的如下物质组成,0.3%的硅,0.5%的铁,1.4%的铜,0.3%的锰,0.022%的钼,0.12%的镍,0.02%的硼,0.0015%的碲,0.015%的钒,0.8%的镁,0.05%的铬,7.0%的锌,0.12%的钛,余量为铝及少量无法避免的杂质。
以上仅是有限的实施例,因为在此无法对实施例进行一一列举,但这些实施例不是对本发明的限制,应当理解,本领域的技术人员通过对本发明技术方案的改变和组成物质的有限增减均为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种高性能铝合金,其特征在于:包括有按重量百分比计算的如下物质组成:0.2-0.3%的硅,0.5-0.8%的铁,1.2-1.5%的铜,0.3-0.5%的锰,0.01-0.03%的钼,0.08-0.15%的镍,0.01-0.03%的硼,0.001-0.003%的碲,0.01-0.03%的钒,0.5-0.8%的镁,0.03-0.3%的铬,6.0-7.0%的锌,0.08-0.15%的钛,余量为铝及少量无法避免的杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能铝合金,其特征在于:其组成中铜和锌两种元素的关系是在两元素的含量范围内,铜的中点范围为1.35%,锌的中点为6.5%,当铜的组成范围在1.2-1.35%之间时锌的范围在6.5-7.0%之间;当铜的组成在1.35-1.5%之间时,锌的范围在6.0-6.5%之间,但不包括当铜的范围在1.35%时锌的范围在6.5%。
