Abstract
本发明涉及一种氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂,其特征在于:由以重量百分比计算的下列三种组分制备而成:氢氧化钙45-70%;海泡石15-20%;水玻璃10-40%。本发明以氢氧化钙作为中和剂,海泡石作为吸附剂,水玻璃作为粘合剂。在废气处理过程中水玻璃遇酸形成硅胶,不但粘结性好,吸水性强,可保证吸附剂不被潮解粉化,长期维持吸附剂颗粒的整体性。保证吸附处理设施能正常运行。水玻璃还能中和氮氧化物。

技术领域
本发明属于氮氧化物废气治理技术领域,特别是涉及一种氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国内含酸废气治理用的固体颗粒吸附剂属于广谱型制剂。可应用于治理盐酸废气、二氧化硫废气、氮氧化物废气及氟化氢废气等酸性废气。现有用于氮氧化物废气的吸附剂易吸潮粉化,堵塞设备,影响设备正常运行。需经常更换吸附剂,吸附剂利用率不高,造成吸附剂吸附效率低,影响废气处理达标率,设备运行成本高,易发生超标排放。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种粘结性好,吸水性强,可保证吸附剂不被潮解粉化,可以长期维持吸附剂颗粒的整体性,保证吸附处理设施能正常运行的氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂及其制备方法。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂,其特征在于:由以重量百分比计算的下列三种组分制备而成:
氢氧化钙45-70%;
海泡石15-20%;
水玻璃10-40%。
本发明还可以采用如下技术措施:
所述氢氧化钙为大于120目的粉状;所述海泡石为大于120目的粉状;所述水玻璃为40波美度溶液。
一种制备权利要求1-2所述氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将氢氧化钙粉料与海泡石粉料混合均匀;
2)将上一步的混合粉料中加入水玻璃并搅拌均匀;
3)将上一步得到的混合物挤压成型;
4)风干上一步所得成型混合物,筛分包装为成品。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:

一种氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂,由以重量百分比计算的下列三种组分制备而成:
氢氧化钙45-70%;
海泡石15-20%;
水玻璃10-40%。
氢氧化钙为大于120目的粉状;海泡石为大于120目的粉状;所述水玻璃为40波美度溶液。
本实施例中,三种原料的重量配伍比例是:氢氧化钙60%;海泡石18%;水玻璃22%。氢氧化钙为150目的粉状;海泡石为150目的粉状;水玻璃为40波美度溶液。
上述氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂的制备方法括以下步骤:
1)将氢氧化钙粉料与海泡石粉料混合均匀;
2)将上一步的混合粉料中加入水玻璃并搅拌均匀;
3)将上一步得到的混合物挤压成型;
4)风干上一步所得成型混合物,筛分包装为成品。

1.一种氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂,其特征在于:由以重量百分比计算的下列三种组分制备而成:
氢氧化钙45-70%;
海泡石15-20%;
水玻璃10-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂,其特征在于:所述氢氧化钙为大于120目的粉状;所述海泡石为大于120目的粉状;所述水玻璃为40波美度溶液。
3.一种制备权利要求1-2所述氮氧化物废气专用吸附剂的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将氢氧化钙粉料与海泡石粉料混合均匀;
2)将上一步的混合粉料中加入水玻璃并搅拌均匀;
3)将上一步得到的混合物挤压成型;
4)风干上一步所得成型混合物,筛分包装为成品。
