Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to mobile communication technologies, and in particular, to a method, a terminal, a base station, and a system for implementing automatic neighbor relation establishment.
Background
In a wireless communication system, in order to reduce the burden of an operator in manually managing a Neighbor Relation, the operator has introduced an Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR) function. The ANR function manages a neighbor relation list, and in the ANR function, the ANR function has a neighbor detection function and a neighbor deletion function, wherein the neighbor detection function is used for finding a neighbor and adding the neighbor to the neighbor relation list, and the neighbor deletion function is used for deleting an outdated neighbor relation; the neighbor deletion function belongs to a base station internal behavior, and the neighbor detection function needs to be completed by the interaction between a base station (eNB) and a terminal (UE). In practical applications, the ANR function is to add and manage the neighboring cell relationship by detecting and reporting a global cell identity (CGI) of a target cell. The detection and reporting mode of CGI defined in the current protocol is shown in fig. 1, where UE sends a measurement report related to target cell B to a base station, where the measurement report includes a Physical Cell Identifier (PCI) of target cell B, but does not include CGI; when a base station receives a measurement report containing a PCI sent by UE, the base station indicates the UE to read CGI information of a cell corresponding to the PCI, namely CGI information of a target cell B; when the UE detects the CGI of the target cell B, the UE reports the detected CGI to the base station, and the base station determines that the newly found neighbor cell, namely the target cell B, is not in the neighbor cell list according to the CGI information, and adds the newly found neighbor cell, namely the target cell B, to the neighbor cell relation list, so that the ANR function is completed. Here, to implement the ANR function, the base station needs to schedule an appropriate idle state to allow the UE to read the broadcast message of the target cell B, so that the UE can acquire the CGI from the broadcast message of the target cell B.
When the ANR function is implemented according to the above scheme, the following problems may exist:
1) the UE needs to enter an idle state to read the broadcast message of the target cell and further acquire the CGI information, but if the UE does not support the function of entering the idle state or the UE cannot enter the idle state due to service restriction, the CGI acquisition cannot be completed, and the ANR function cannot be completed;
2) if the UE completes the CGI acquisition, but the report is not successful due to the radio link problem in the reporting process, the ANR function cannot be completed.
3) There are also reasons why ANR functions cannot be accomplished, such as: a configuration problem.
Due to the existence of the above problems, the ANR function cannot be completed, so that the automatic neighbor relation cannot be established, and if there is no neighbor relation, the UE cannot perform handover, and cannot coordinate or eliminate neighbor interference, in which case, the UE is generally reestablished.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a method, a terminal, a base station, and a system for implementing establishment of an automatic neighboring cell relationship, which can implement establishment of an automatic neighboring cell relationship, improve a network handover success rate, and reduce a call drop rate.

When the ANR function cannot be implemented due to the terminal itself or the radio link failure, etc., the ANR function can be implemented by carrying the CGI in the reestablishment request message, so that the ANR function in the current protocol is effectively supplemented, and great benefits are provided for improving the network handover success rate, reducing the call drop rate, and improving the overall network performance. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an implementation flow of a method for implementing establishment of an automatic neighboring cell relation according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:

1. A method for implementing Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR) establishment, the method comprising:
when the reason for triggering the reestablishment is determined to be radio link failure, comparing whether the global cell identity (CGI) of the source cell is consistent with the CGI of the cell selected for reestablishment, if the CGI is inconsistent, adding the CGI of the source cell into a reestablishment request message sent to the network side, and if the CGI is consistent and unsuccessfully reported, adding the CGI unsuccessfully reported into the reestablishment request message sent to the network side, and initiating the reestablishment to the network side through the reestablishment request message.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the network side determines that the cell selected for reestablishment does not have a neighbor cell relationship with the cell corresponding to the CGI in the reestablishment request message, adding the neighbor cell relationship.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the performing neighbor relation addition comprises:

the first decision module is configured to add the CGI of the source cell to a reestablishment request message sent to the network side when the CGI of the source cell is inconsistent with the CGI of the cell selected for reestablishment; when the CGI of the source cell is consistent with the CGI of the cell selected for reestablishment and has a CGI which is not reported successfully, adding the CGI which is not reported successfully in a reestablishment request message sent to a network side;
the sending module is used for sending a reestablishment request message to the network side.

The terminal according to claim 5, wherein the first determining module is further configured to determine whether the cause of triggering the re-establishment is a radio link failure when a reporting CGI indication sent by the network side is received, and the CGI is not reported or the reporting CGI fails.
