技术领域
本发明提供一种阀门,具体涉及一种高压控制阀门。
背景技术
近几年来,阀门行业的发展并没有呈现直线上升的趋势,很多中小企业面临着很大的问题,面对市场的不景气,很多阀门企业纷纷倒闭。随着国家几项世纪工程“西气东输”、“西电东送”和“南水北调”项目的开工需要大量的阀门产品配套;另外,我国正进行高速现代化建设,石化行业、电力部门、冶金部门、化工行业和城市建设等使用阀门大户将增强对阀门产品的需求。但是我国的阀门科技含量和质量处于中、下等水平。在耐磨损、密封性能和使用寿命方面都比较欠缺。所以加强研发能力,不断提高产品科技含量和产品质量,将能在广阔的市场竞争中占据主动地位。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高压控制阀门,利用本发明高压控制阀门设计要求来制造高压控制阀门,能承受较高压力,耐磨防腐蚀,使用寿命长。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该高压控制阀门包括阀体、固定板、导板、阀座密封圈、阀座、阀座圈、阀座圈密封圈、阀板、阀杆、中法兰钢圈、阀盖、警示牌、U型填料、轴承、手轮、转动轴、销轴、轴承座、盘根压帽、栽丝螺栓、螺母、注脂孔铭牌、注脂孔、平板阀名牌,在阀体内腔中安装阀座密封圈和阀座及阀座圈。
本发明高压控制阀门中,在阀座内腔中安装阀座圈密封圈和阀板。
本发明高压控制阀门中,在阀座内腔中安装阀杆。
本发明高压控制阀门中,在转动轴的上部安装U型填料和轴承及轴承座。
本发明高压控制阀门中,阀体与阀盖之间装有中法兰钢圈。
本发明高压控制阀门中,阀板和阀座采用喷钨合金化处理。
本发明有益效果是:结构简单,设计合理,承受较高压力,耐磨防腐蚀,使用寿命长。
