Abstract
The invention brings forward an information presenting method and apparatus. The information presenting method comprises: identifying currently played content; obtaining information associated with the currently played content; and presenting the associated information. The method can improve user experience.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to an information presentation method and apparatus.
Background
With the development of intelligence, smart televisions have become increasingly popular. The smart television can not only provide television programs for users, but also interact with the users. In the prior art, a user can interact with the smart television through a two-dimensional code scanning or short message mode.
However, in this way, the user cannot interact effectively, and the user experience is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an information displaying method, which can improve user experience.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an information presentation apparatus.
To achieve the above object, an information displaying method according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention includes: identifying currently played content; acquiring information associated with the currently played content; and displaying the associated information.
According to the information display method provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, by acquiring and displaying the associated information of the currently played content, richer information can be displayed for the user, the interactivity between the user and the equipment is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In order to achieve the above object, an information display device according to a second aspect of the present invention includes: the identification module is used for identifying the currently played content; an obtaining module, configured to obtain information associated with the currently played content; and the display module is used for displaying the associated information.
The information presentation device provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention can present richer information for the user by obtaining and presenting the associated information of the currently played content, thereby improving the interactivity between the user and the device and improving the user experience.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. The currently played content may specifically refer to a television program.
The television program may specifically include:
a television show or movie;
comprehensive entertainment;
news;
a sporting event; and the number of the first and second groups,
and (4) advertising.
Specifically, the currently played content may be identified as follows:
identifying the currently played content according to the television program list and the channel information; or,
and extracting information in the currently played content, and identifying the currently played content according to the identification of the information.
Further, the extracting information from the currently played content, and identifying the currently played content according to the identification of the information, includes:
extracting key frames in the currently played content, carrying out image recognition on the key frames, and recognizing the currently played content; or,
and identifying the characteristic value of the audio information in the currently played content, and identifying the currently played content.
Specifically, news, entertainment programs and sports events can be identified according to television program lists and channel information;
for television and movies, image recognition can be used;
for an advertisement, since the background music of the advertisement is representative, it can be identified by the feature value of the audio information.
S12: acquiring information associated with the currently played content;
specifically, the acquiring information associated with the currently played content includes:
sending the currently played content to a server so that the server acquires information associated with the currently played content according to the collected information and receives the associated information returned by the server; or,
and acquiring information associated with the currently played content according to a pre-established user information database.
Specifically, the server or the local server may pre-establish a correspondence between the content and the associated information, so that after the currently played content is identified, the associated information may be determined according to the correspondence.
For example, for a tv show or a movie, the acquired associated information may specifically include related actor information, a plot introduction, and the like;
for the comprehensive entertainment, the acquired associated information may specifically include related lace news;
for news, the acquired associated information may specifically include a topic corresponding to the news content;
for a sports event, the acquired associated information may specifically include player information, team battle performance, and the like;
for the advertisement, the acquired associated information may specifically include purchase information of the product, and the like.
S13: and displaying the associated information.
Specifically, the displaying the associated information includes:
displaying the associated information on the currently played content in a floating layer manner; or,
and displaying the associated information on the currently played content in a popup mode.
Further, the execution subject of this embodiment is a first product, and the first product may specifically be a hardware product, and the hardware product may be used as a set top box and a direct information enhancement device for a television, and may add associated information in an output of a High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) of the set top box. Alternatively, the first product may specifically be a Software Development Kit (SDK), and the smart tv manufacturer may integrate the SDK in the smart tv, so that the native support associated information is displayed.
According to the embodiment, the associated information of the currently played content is acquired and displayed, so that richer information can be displayed for the user, the interactivity between the user and the equipment is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method of an information presentation apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention, the method including:
s21: and identifying the content currently played by the television.
Assume that the currently played content is an advertisement. Specifically, the advertisement content may be identified according to the audio characteristics of the currently played advertisement.
S22: and acquiring the associated information corresponding to the currently played content.
For example, the server may pre-configure a corresponding relationship between the played content and the associated information, for example, for an advertisement of a certain brand of clothing, the associated information may be pre-configured to be purchase channel information of the clothing.
S23: and displaying the associated information.
For example, the purchase channel information is presented on top of the currently played advertisement in a floating manner.
S24: and receiving an operation instruction of the user on the associated information, and responding to the operation instruction.
Specifically, the user may select the corresponding associated information through a remote controller, for example, the associated information includes information of a plurality of commodities, and the user may select information of a desired commodity through left and right or up and down keys of the remote controller.
After a user selects a commodity, an interface for displaying whether to place an order or not can be displayed for the user, if the user confirms, the smart television can send the purchase channel information of the commodity to the mobile phone of the user according to the mobile phone number of the user, and the user can place the order on the mobile phone.
In this embodiment, for example, the product is shown, and the user may also operate other related information, for example, information of actors is switched when playing a television.
According to the embodiment, the associated information of the currently played content is acquired and displayed, so that richer information can be displayed for the user, the interactivity between the user and the equipment is improved, and the user experience is improved. According to the embodiment, information streams can be superimposed in a layered mode, and convenient interaction is provided, so that interaction of a user is triggered, the user is not a simple information receiver any more, and user experience is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an information presentation apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus 30 includes an identification module 31, an acquisition module 32, and a presentation module 33.
The identification module 31 is used for identifying the currently played content;
the currently played content may specifically refer to a television program.
The television program may specifically include:
a television show or movie;
comprehensive entertainment;
news;
a sporting event; and the number of the first and second groups,
and (4) advertising.
In one embodiment, the currently playing content is a television program, and the identification module includes:
the first unit is used for identifying the currently played content according to the television program list and the channel information; or,
and the second unit is used for extracting the information in the currently played content and identifying the currently played content according to the identification of the information.
In one embodiment, the second unit is specifically configured to:
extracting key frames in the currently played content, carrying out image recognition on the key frames, and recognizing the currently played content; or,
and identifying the characteristic value of the audio information in the currently played content, and identifying the currently played content.
Specifically, news, entertainment programs and sports events can be identified according to television program lists and channel information;
for television and movies, image recognition can be used;
for an advertisement, since the background music of the advertisement is representative, it can be identified by the feature value of the audio information.
The obtaining module 32 is configured to obtain information associated with the currently played content;
in one embodiment, the obtaining module is specifically configured to:
sending the currently played content to a server so that the server acquires information associated with the currently played content according to the collected information and receives the associated information returned by the server; or,
and acquiring information associated with the currently played content according to a pre-established user information database.
Specifically, the server or the local server may pre-establish a correspondence between the content and the associated information, so that after the currently played content is identified, the associated information may be determined according to the correspondence.
For example, for a tv show or a movie, the acquired associated information may specifically include related actor information, a plot introduction, and the like;
for the comprehensive entertainment, the acquired associated information may specifically include related lace news;
for news, the acquired associated information may specifically include a topic corresponding to the news content;
for a sports event, the acquired associated information may specifically include player information, team battle performance, and the like;
for the advertisement, the acquired associated information may specifically include purchase information of the product, and the like.
The presentation module 33 is used for presenting the associated information.
In one embodiment, the presentation module is specifically configured to:
displaying the associated information on the currently played content in a floating layer manner; or,
and displaying the associated information on the currently played content in a popup mode.
Referring to fig. 4, the apparatus 30 further comprises:
and the processing module 34 is configured to receive an operation instruction of the user on the associated information, and respond to the operation instruction.
Specifically, the user may select the corresponding associated information through a remote controller, for example, the associated information includes information of a plurality of commodities, and the user may select information of a desired commodity through left and right or up and down keys of the remote controller.
After a user selects a commodity, an interface for displaying whether to place an order or not can be displayed for the user, if the user confirms, the smart television can send the purchase channel information of the commodity to the mobile phone of the user according to the mobile phone number of the user, and the user can place the order on the mobile phone.
In this embodiment, for example, the product is shown, and the user may also operate other related information, for example, information of actors is switched when playing a television.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.

Claims (12)
1. An information presentation method, comprising:
identifying currently played content;
acquiring information associated with the currently played content;
and displaying the associated information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the currently playing content is a television program, and wherein identifying the currently playing content comprises:
identifying the currently played content according to the television program list and the channel information; or,
and extracting information in the currently played content, and identifying the currently played content according to the identification of the information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein extracting information from the currently playing content, and identifying the currently playing content based on the identification of the information comprises:
extracting key frames in the currently played content, carrying out image recognition on the key frames, and recognizing the currently played content; or,
and identifying the characteristic value of the audio information in the currently played content, and identifying the currently played content.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the obtaining information associated with the currently played content comprises:
sending the currently played content to a server so that the server acquires information associated with the currently played content according to the collected information and receives the associated information returned by the server; or,
and acquiring information associated with the currently played content according to a pre-established user information database.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the presenting the associated information comprises:
displaying the associated information on the currently played content in a floating layer manner; or,
and displaying the associated information on the currently played content in a popup mode.
6. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and receiving an operation instruction of the user on the associated information, and responding to the operation instruction.
7. An information presentation apparatus, comprising:
the identification module is used for identifying the currently played content;
an obtaining module, configured to obtain information associated with the currently played content;
and the display module is used for displaying the associated information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the currently playing content is a television program, and wherein the identifying module comprises:
the first unit is used for identifying the currently played content according to the television program list and the channel information; or,
and the second unit is used for extracting the information in the currently played content and identifying the currently played content according to the identification of the information.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the second unit is specifically configured to:
extracting key frames in the currently played content, carrying out image recognition on the key frames, and recognizing the currently played content; or,
and identifying the characteristic value of the audio information in the currently played content, and identifying the currently played content.
10. The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to:
sending the currently played content to a server so that the server acquires information associated with the currently played content according to the collected information and receives the associated information returned by the server; or,
and acquiring information associated with the currently played content according to a pre-established user information database.
11. The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the presentation module is specifically configured to:
displaying the associated information on the currently played content in a floating layer manner; or,
and displaying the associated information on the currently played content in a popup mode.
12. The apparatus of any one of claims 7 to 9, further comprising:
and the processing module is used for receiving an operation instruction of the user on the associated information and responding to the operation instruction.
