Abstract
本发明公开了一种番茄叶面喷施肥及番茄果实绿熟期施肥方法,该番茄叶面喷施肥由0.1%KCl,0.1%MnSO4和0.001%脱落酸(ABA)组成。在番茄果实绿熟期,在叶面喷施含浓度为0.1%KCl,0.1%MnSO4和0.001%脱落酸(ABA)的混合液,喷施时间为每天早上8-10点,喷施至叶面湿润但不滴水为止,喷施周期7d/次;该番茄叶面喷施肥喷施阶段为番茄果实的绿熟期。本发明可显著增加粉果番茄果实的番茄红素、可溶性糖、维生素c及有机酸等含量。本发明具有积极有益的效果:喷施后果实色泽好,成熟度一致,商品果率高;肥效迅速,可及时满足番茄对肥料的需求,大幅度提高粉果番茄果实的番茄红素、可溶性固形物的含量,具有显著的经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于番茄种植技术领域,尤其涉及一种番茄叶面喷施肥及番茄果实绿熟期施肥方法。
背景技术
番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)是我国种植面积和消费量最大的蔬菜作物之一。番茄中富含番茄红素(Lycopene)、可溶性糖(Soluble sugar)、维生素c(Vitamin C)、有机酸(Organic acid)等对人体有益的重要功能物质。特别是番茄红素和维生素c,属于抗氧化物质,已发现对多种癌症有抑制作用。随着人们生活水平的提高,对番茄品质的要求逐渐提高。因此,研究番茄功能物质的变化规律并增加其有益成分含量对番茄种植业的发展具有重要意义。
但是,我国大部分地区鲜食番茄以粉果为主,粉果番茄具有品质优口感好的优点,但其番茄番茄红素等功能物质含量较低。近年来,研究发现外源性物质如水分、肥料以及营养元素等的添加对番茄有益成分的累积具有重要影响,且合理加施可促进番茄产量及品质。然而,目前研究主要关注于水分灌溉、肥料与营养元素施用于栽培土壤中对番茄品质的影响,关于外源性物质叶面喷施对改善粉果番茄番茄红素、可溶性固形物等的影响研究还较为薄弱,特点是没有增加粉果番茄番茄红素含量的实用方法。
当前,在番茄种植过程中,肥料及微量元素多为土壤施入的方式,但施入土壤的肥料及微量元素易为土壤所固定,而且番茄根系受肥面积所限,肥料利用效率普遍不高,满足不了其营养需求;虽然有部分研究采用叶面喷施等途径促进了肥料的利用,但效果不够明显,其原因在于其配方成分难以适应番茄的营养需求,或者施肥时间与番茄生长时间不一致。因而现有的番茄施肥方式和方法,难以有效促进番茄果实中可溶性固形物的含量。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种番茄叶面喷施肥及番茄果实绿熟期施肥方法,旨在解决现有施肥方法与方式没有考虑番茄品质,且番茄品质低的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种番茄叶面喷施肥由0.1%KCl,0.1%MnSO4和0.001%脱落酸(ABA)组成。
上述的番茄叶面喷施肥,在粉果番茄生长期喷施。
上述的番茄叶面喷施肥,喷施时间为每天早上8-10点,喷施至叶面湿润但不滴水为止,喷施周期7d/次。
上述的番茄叶面喷施肥,喷施阶段为粉果番茄果实的绿熟期。
一种番茄果实绿熟期施肥方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,准备需要的粉红果番茄,以及硫酸锰、氯化钾、脱落酸分析纯,配置浓度为0.1%,0.1%和0.001%;
步骤二,在果实绿熟期,开始对粉红果番茄进行外源物质叶面喷施,每7d一次,每次喷施至叶面湿润但溶液不滴落为止,喷施过程在上午8-10点进行;
步骤三,随机选取番茄果实,对番茄性状、可溶性固形物含量测定,并对数据分析。本发明具有积极有益的效果:
1)喷施叶面肥,节省肥料、见效快,可补充番茄养分,增强光合作用;
2)喷施后果实增重快,色泽好,成熟度一致,商品果率提高;
3)叶面喷施,受肥面积大,肥效迅速,可避免营养元素被土壤所固定,能及时满足番茄对肥料的需求;
4)有效提高粉果番茄果实中番茄红素等功能物质的含量。

具体实施方式
实施例1发且绿熟期施肥试验
1、试验设计:
试验在苏州市虞河蔬菜基地塑料温室大棚内进行,在果实绿熟期,开始对粉红果番茄进行外源物质叶面喷施,每7d一次,每次喷施至叶面湿润但溶液不滴落为止,喷施过程在上午8-10点进行,共喷施5次,试验共设5个处理,分别为:(1)T0处理,喷施清水,作为空白对照组;(2)T1处理:喷施浓度为0.1%的KCl溶液;(3)T2处理,喷施浓度为0.1% 的MnSO4溶液;(4)T3处理:喷施浓度为0.001%的ABA溶液;(5)T4处理:按次序喷施浓度为0.1%KCl,0.1%MnSO4和0.001%ABA,各处理设3个重复试验小区,随机区组排列,每小区6m2,株行距45cm×60cm;
2、样品处理测定方法
2.1番茄性状分析
在果实成熟期,肉眼观测果色、果面、果肩等表观特性,并测定单果果高、直径、单果重及单株产量等,单果果高和直径:各处理所有果实,测定果实高度和直径后取平均值,cm;单果重:各处理果实总重量/果实个数,g/个;单株产量:各处理果实总重量/各处理株数,kg/株;
2.2可溶性固形物含量测定
随机选取成熟番茄果实3个,研磨成浆,番茄匀浆测定可溶性固形物含量,包括番茄红素、可溶性糖、维生素c以及有机酸等指标,是番茄重要的品质性状指标,决定着果实的风味品质,番茄红素,可溶性糖、维生素c及有机酸分别采用石油醚/丙酮提取分光光度法、蒽酮比色法、偏磷酸提取紫外分光光度法和标准碱液滴定法测定;
3、外源物质喷施对番茄果实产量及表观性状的影响:

从果色和果肩看,外源物质喷施对番茄果实的外观性状没有影响,各处理果实均呈粉色,果肩光滑(表1),但是,外源物质喷施对番茄果实大小产生一定的影响,不同外源性物质对果高(P=0.0897>0.05)和单株产量(P=0.985>0.05)影响不显著,而对番茄单果重(P=0.0116<0.05)和直径具有显著影响(P=0.0078<0.05),相比空白对照,喷施KCl在单果重和单株产量上增量最大,但果高小;喷施MnSO4果实变小,单果重降低,而单株产量却增加;喷施ABA导致果实大小和产量均有所降低;而喷施三者混合液的处理,仅果高有所增加外,果实直径、单果重和单株产量均降低;
4、外源物质喷施对番茄果实有益物质含量的影响:
5个处理的可溶性固形物含量(以番茄红素、可溶性糖、维生素c和有机酸之和计)分别为95.85、122.07、119.27、122.47和126.61μgg-1FW,T1、T2、T3和T4处理分别增加 27.36%、24.44%、27.78%和32.09%,其中,喷施外源性物质均显著增加了可溶性固形物的含量,且喷施三者混合液的处理增量最大,见图2。
综上所述,可溶性固体的含量可代表着番茄果实的品质,对比各种外源性物质喷施的作用效果,喷施KCl、MnSO4和ABA的混合液对番茄果实的增效作用最为显著,可溶性固体的含量可增加32.09%,而番茄红素、可溶性糖、维生素c和有机酸分别增加46.14%、16.13%、28.58%和4.76%,主要是各种营养物质的复合作用促进了番茄果实营养物质的积累。

1.一种番茄叶面喷施肥,其特征在于,其特征在于,该番茄叶面喷施肥由质量百分数为0.1%KCl,0.1%MnSO4和0.001%脱落酸组成;配制方法:每1000公斤水中加入1克KCl、1克MnSO4和0.01克脱落酸,溶解摇匀。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的番茄叶面喷施肥方法,其特征在于,该番茄叶面喷施肥在番茄果实绿熟期施肥方法为:在果实绿熟期,在叶面喷施番茄叶面喷施肥,喷施时间为每天早上8-10点,喷施至叶面湿润但不滴水为止,喷施周期7d/次。
