Abstract
本发明公开了一种仿玻璃盖板工艺,包括如下步骤:S1)制作模具;S2)熔融透明塑料并注入模具;S3)在步骤S2)所得产品表面喷涂树脂或印刷图文。本发明的材料主要采用透明塑料,透明塑料,其重量轻,材料费用较玻璃便宜,在模具内注塑成型,可有效简化工艺步骤。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子产品模型制造,尤其涉及一种仿玻璃盖板工艺。
背景技术
现有工艺为使用玻璃材料,透明度好,硬度高,但材料费与加工费用较高,R角位置加工复杂,且易碎;玻璃材料表面图文有贴膜、印刷、镭雕等,贴膜与印刷附着力不够,使用长时间后易掉色、变色、脱落、刮花等不良;而镭雕费用高,一但加工不良,整块玻璃需报废,材料的浪费较大,成品造价高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种工艺简单的仿玻璃盖板工艺。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种仿玻璃盖板工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1)制作模具;
S2)熔融透明塑料并注入模具;
S3)在步骤S2)所得产品表面喷涂树脂或印刷图文。
本发明的有益效果在于:区别于现有技术,本发明将玻璃材料改用为透明塑料,透明塑料,其重量轻,材料费用较玻璃便宜,在模具内注塑成型,速度快,效率高,生产稳定,可有效简化工艺步骤。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:将玻璃材料改用为透明塑料,透明材料,其重量轻,材料费用较玻璃便宜,在模具内注塑成型,可有效简化工艺步骤。
请参阅图1,本实施方式一种仿玻璃盖板工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1)制作模具;
S2)熔融透明塑料并注入模具;
S3)在步骤S2)所得产品表面喷涂树脂或印刷图文。
进一步的,所述塑料为PC、PMMA及AS材料中任意一种。具体的材料类型可以根据设计需求来选择。
进一步的,所述PMMA材料的比重为1.16g/cm3-1.20g/cm3,成型收缩率为0.5%-0.7%,成型温度为160℃-230℃。
进一步的,所述AS材料比重为1.06g/cm3,收缩率为0.3-0.7%,成型温度为180℃-240℃。
进一步的,所述PC材料比重为1.20g/cm3,收缩率为0.5-0.7%,成型温度为280℃-320℃。
进一步的,所述树脂的喷涂厚度为所述树脂的喷涂厚度为10um-15um。优选的喷涂厚度为12um。
进一步的,所述印刷图文的印刷厚度为6um-8um。优选的印刷厚度为7um。
进一步的,步骤S3)在喷涂之后使产品在温度为60℃-70℃下烘烤20min-30min。优选的温度为65℃,烘烤的时间为25min。

Claims (8)
1.一种仿玻璃盖板工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1)制作模具;
S2)熔融透明塑料并注入模具;
S3)在步骤S2)所得产品表面喷涂树脂或印刷图文。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿玻璃盖板工艺,其特征在于:所述塑料为PC、PMMA及AS材料中任意一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的仿玻璃盖板工艺,其特征在于:所述PMMA材料的比重为1.16g/cm3-1.20g/cm3,成型收缩率为0.5%-0.7%,成型温度为160℃-230℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的仿玻璃盖板工艺,其特征在于:所述AS材料比重为1.06g/cm3,收缩率为0.3-0.7%,成型温度为180℃-240℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的仿玻璃盖板工艺,其特征在于:所述PC材料比重为1.20g/cm3,收缩率为0.5-0.7%,成型温度为280℃-320℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仿玻璃盖板工艺,其特征在于:所述树脂的喷涂厚度为10um-15um。
7.根据权利要求1所述的仿玻璃盖板工艺,其特征在于:所述印刷图文的印刷厚度为6um-8um。
8.根据权利要求1所述的仿玻璃盖板工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3)在喷涂之后使产品在温度为60℃-70℃下烘烤20min-30min。
