Abstract

环保石油添加剂配方。该发明针对尾气排放的CO、NOx、HC、SO2超标,采用光学分解、残炭胶凝质汽化、尾气无害化处理技术。经检测对其清除率99%,达到和部分超过美国现行的汽车排放标准。以添加剂的方式将复合氢燃料加入燃油和机油,增加发动机功率和节省燃油10%--50%,以解决燃油因加入PX标号低、污染大、成本高的现状。方案要点:1、用44号元素钌和水制造出洁净高效低损的复合氢燃料。2、行车试验:车辆未加复合氢燃料行驶四个月,活塞环区70%被积炭堵死;加入复合氢燃料行驶四个月,活塞环区的积炭被清除的干干净净,光亮如新;再行驶一年,活塞组件依然是干干净净,光亮如新,经专业检测,一切合格。原因是该配方包含了磁护、钛流体强化技术。

技术领域
该配方属石化、环保领域的一项发明专利。 
背景技术
环保石油添加剂配方的研发成功,是我们的研发团队运用燃烧学、气体动力学等原理、根据中国的资源特点合理配方。 
发明内容
现有技术的车用润滑油因加入有机金属盐或硫磷氮化合物的添加剂,使残炭、硫化物等有害物的量变大,成为形成雾霾的因素之一。有没有一种添加剂不让有害物的量变大,而是变小,小至达到或接近美国汽车排放标准:CO-1.06(g/KM)、NO-0.125(柴油机0.27)、CH-0.078、PM-0.013。起到减霾、防止粘环拉缸延长发动机寿命等作用。而且符合十三项性能指标答案是肯定的,这就是环保石油添加剂配方。 
行车试验表明:该配方之产品车辆使用以后,行车的里程越长,残炭越少, 部件的清洁度越高,就连排气管都是干干净净的。这是为什么呢
因为它和现有技术的添加剂成分不同,而是运用航天技术的某项原理,用清除石头的办法清除积炭等沉积物,当然会清除的干干净净。经物理检测:对发动机积炭的清除率达99%左右,其它指标接近或部分超过美国汽车排放标准。 
该配方之产品在行车使用中,物理检测尾气排放的硫几乎为零,这是为什么呢
因为采用了三步脱硫法:基础油脱硫、基础油+添加剂的炼制过程中脱硫、燃烧室脱硫技术。尾气排放硫的无害化处理特别重要,因为我国生产无硫燃油的步子较欧美相对滞后。
环保石油添加剂的应用,实际是给发动机安装了一台杀毒杀菌机,而且杀毒杀菌的配方最佳、效果最佳、方法最佳。在美国,此成分的应用已有数十年历史。那么,负氧离子和远红外线等的释放是不是又给发动机安装了一台发生器,由排气管送入大气层净化空气
是的。成分决定功能……。而且负氧离子和远红外线等八种能杀灭百余种致病性病菌病毒的成分,是随着发动机温度的增大而增强。
环保石油添加剂在燃油和副燃油的应用,可提高发动机功率,这是真的吗
是真的。它能改变燃油的化学性质,虽然它的量极小,其热能的释放是以万卡的单位递增,热能增加了,单位面积活塞上的压力就增加,压力的增加实现了热能转化成机械能的增大,从而提高了发动机的功率,也就是所谓的增压效果,而且增压值的增大是随其成分的增大而增强。此技术在军事领域已有应用。由于燃油应用了加氢等三项科研成果,增加功率10%至50%。那么,此效 果保守的说能节省多少燃油呢
答:能省50%的燃油。重负荷车辆在平坦路面只需在怠速的状况下就可正常行驶,陡坡原来需要大油门,产品使用后只需微小油门就可轻松通过陡坡。
据市场调研:发动机排放的碳硫等有害物的严重程度,不但危及生命,而且使发动机故障频发,故环保石油添加剂配方其成分不变,只是比例按需调整,研发了以下产品:
1.雾霾消散燃油添加剂。(其中包含光学分解、固体汽化、无害化处理等五项技术)。
2.清洗活塞环积炭燃油添加剂。
3.清洗排气管积炭燃油添加剂。
4.发动机增压省油燃油添加剂
5.清洗润滑油滤清器(滤网)的油泥副燃油添加剂。
6.清洗曲轴箱油泥副燃油添加剂。
7.连杆轴瓦清硫抗腐抗磨副燃油添加剂。

十三项性能指标相同。 
环保石油添加剂配方区别于现有技术的特性: 
车辆使用后燃烧室产生的残炭和硫的氧化物随着行车里程增加而减小,而现有技术是随着行车里程增加而增大。
